Abstract

本发明公开了一种电动汽车用耐高温充电电缆,包括有缆芯,缆芯包括有骨架,骨架为两个截面为正方形的骨架,小正方形骨架旋转90°内切设于大正方形骨架中,小正方形骨架中设有两根信号线芯,大正方形骨架的四个内角中分别设有一根电力线芯;缆芯外从内到外依次包覆有纳米硅防水胶填充层、镀锌铜丝编织铠装层、哑光聚氨酯外护套。本发明采用骨架结构,利用两个正方形骨架将信号线芯与电力线芯分开,可以有效屏蔽线芯之间的电磁干扰,同时将信号线芯设置在内部的小正方形骨架中,增强信号线芯的抗拖拽性能,缆芯外从内到外依次包覆有纳米硅防水胶填充层、镀锌铜丝编织铠装层、哑光聚氨酯外护套,增强了电缆的防水防油、耐高温耐火性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及电缆技术领域,具体为一种电动汽车用耐高温充电电缆。
背景技术
汽车充电电缆是一种为新能源汽车输电时使用的电缆,由于这类电缆是使用在充电桩上,电缆的除了需要进行电力传输的主要功能外,还需要有信号传输功能,现有技术中采用的方法是将具有信号传输功能的线芯和电力传输的线芯绞合在同一个缆芯内,实现了电缆的双重功能。
由于汽车充电桩电缆在充电过程中容易被汽车碾压而导致电缆损坏,现有技术中通常会设置一层金属铠装层来保护电缆,通常是采用铝合金联锁铠装结构。
现有技术存在以下问题和缺点:
1、电缆的耐热性、耐水性差:由于TPU材料的原因,现有技术中的电缆在夏季高温暴晒和雨季浸水的情况下,电缆容易加速老化,影响电缆的使用寿命;
2、电缆内信号线芯不耐拖拽:现有技术中将信号线芯直接绞合在缆芯内,通常信号线芯的截面较小,并且无任何保护结构,在长期移动拖拽过程中容易断芯;
3、现有技术中为了提高电缆信号线芯的抗电磁干扰能力,通常在成缆后的信号线缆芯外设置有屏蔽层,这种结构可以有效的方式防止外部电磁干扰的影响,但是线芯之间的影响却无法解决。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种电动汽车用耐高温充电电缆。
(二)技术方案
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种电动汽车用耐高温充电电缆,其特征在于:包括有缆芯,所述缆芯包括有骨架,所述骨架为两个截面为正方形的骨架,小正方形骨架旋转90°内切设于大正方形骨架中,小正方形骨架中设有两根信号线芯,大正方形骨架的四个内角中分别设有一根电力线芯;所述信号线芯包括两根导体一,每根导体一外分别包覆有乙丙橡胶绝缘层并对绞,对绞后的两根导体外包覆有玻璃丝防火层,所述两根信号线芯外包覆有铝箔绕包层;所述电力线芯包括导体二,导体二外从内到外依次包覆有聚氯乙烯绝缘层、铜带螺旋绕包层;所述缆芯外从内到外依次包覆有纳米硅防水胶填充层、镀锌铜丝编织铠装层、哑光聚氨酯外护套。
所述的一种电动汽车用耐高温充电电缆,其特征在于:所述骨架采用柔性硅橡胶硫化而成的一体式结构。
所述的一种电动汽车用耐高温充电电缆,其特征在于:所述导体一、二均采用0.11-0.15mm细铜丝束绞而成。
所述的一种电动汽车用耐高温充电电缆,其特征在于:所述铝箔绕包层的绕包搭盖率为22%-28%。
所述的一种电动汽车用耐高温充电电缆,其特征在于:所述镀锌铜丝编织铠装层的编织角度为45-55°,编织密度为85-90%。

本发明具备以下有益效果:
本发明采用骨架结构,利用两个正方形骨架将信号线芯与电力线芯分开,可以有效屏蔽线芯之间的电磁干扰,同时将信号线芯设置在内部的小正方形骨架中,增强信号线芯的抗拖拽性能,缆芯外从内到外依次包覆有纳米硅防水胶填充层、镀锌铜丝编织铠装层、哑光聚氨酯外护套,增强了电缆的防水防油、耐高温耐火性能。

一种电动汽车用耐高温充电电缆,其特征在于:包括有缆芯,所述缆芯包括有骨架1,所述骨架为两个截面为正方形的骨架,小正方形骨架旋转90°内切设于大正方形骨架中,小正方形骨架中设有两根信号线芯,大正方形骨架的四个内角中分别设有一根电力线芯;所述信号线芯包括两根导体2,每根导体2外分别包覆有乙丙橡胶绝缘层3并对绞,对绞后的两根导体2外包覆有玻璃丝防火层4,所述两根信号线芯外包覆有铝箔绕包层5;所述电力线芯包括导体6,导体6外从内到外依次包覆有聚氯乙烯绝缘层7、铜带螺旋绕包层8;所述缆芯外从内到外依次包覆有纳米硅防水胶填充层9、镀锌铜丝编织铠装层10、哑光聚氨酯外护套11。
骨架1采用柔性硅橡胶硫化而成的一体式结构。
导体2、6均采用0.11-0.15mm细铜丝束绞而成。
铝箔绕包层5的绕包搭盖率为22%-28%。
镀锌铜丝编织铠装层10的编织角度为45-55°,编织密度为85-90%。

1.一种电动汽车用耐高温充电电缆,其特征在于:包括有缆芯,所述缆芯包括有骨架,所述骨架为两个截面为正方形的骨架,小正方形骨架旋转90°内切设于大正方形骨架中,小正方形骨架中设有两根信号线芯,大正方形骨架的四个内角中分别设有一根电力线芯;所述信号线芯包括两根导体一,每根导体一外分别包覆有乙丙橡胶绝缘层并对绞,对绞后的两根导体外包覆有玻璃丝防火层,所述两根信号线芯外包覆有铝箔绕包层;所述电力线芯包括导体二,导体二外从内到外依次包覆有聚氯乙烯绝缘层、铜带螺旋绕包层;所述缆芯外从内到外依次包覆有纳米硅防水胶填充层、镀锌铜丝编织铠装层、哑光聚氨酯外护套。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种电动汽车用耐高温充电电缆,其特征在于:所述骨架采用柔性硅橡胶硫化而成的一体式结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种电动汽车用耐高温充电电缆,其特征在于:所述导体一、二均采用0.11-0.15mm细铜丝束绞而成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种电动汽车用耐高温充电电缆,其特征在于:所述铝箔绕包层的绕包搭盖率为22%-28%。
