本发明是一种停车位空闲时段线上匹配的方法。本发明是一种建立停车位所有者在车位空闲时段的时间段数据信息和地点信息数据库，与车位需求方时间段和地点数据信息互相匹配，双方数据信息重合的情况下通过付费匹配成功后交换该时间段车位使用权的一种方法。属于数据信息和物业管理领域。本发明是一种将私人车位公共化的一种方法，有助于缓解城市停车难的问题。

技术领域
本发明是一种建立停车位所有者在车位空闲时段的时间段数据信息和地点信息数据库，与车位需求方时间段和地点数据信息互相匹配，双方数据信息重合的情况下通过付费匹配成功后交换该时间段车位使用权的一种方法。属于数据信息领域和物业管理领域。
技术背景
由于目前大部分住宅和商业配备的停车位开发商都把车位卖出去变现，这些停车位使用权归个人或者企业所有，供公共停车的车位非常少，车位所有者由于买断了车位的使用权不允许其他车辆停靠。一方面尤其是住宅白天大量车位闲置写字楼晚上大量车位闲置，造成了资源的浪费；另一方面外来的车辆到停车场找不到停车位，很多停过道或者占用别人的车位容易引发纠纷。
本发明借助大数据的工具，提高停车位闲置时间的利用效率，部分缓解停车难的问题。比如白天写字楼车位紧张可以选择周围的住宅小区停车，晚上住宅车位紧张也可以选择写字楼的车位就近停车。本发明是将私人车位公共化的一种方法
发明内容
本发明主要是借助计算机数据处理功能，提高停车场的利用效率，将私人车位公共化的一种方法。
其特征在于通过第一控件接收车位所有者空闲时段车位让渡的时间段数据、地址数据和每小时价格数据。
通过第二控件接收车位需求方时间段数据和地址数据。
将第二控件的时间段数据和地址数据与第一空间的时间段和地址数据匹配，地址数据一致加上第二控件时间数据包含第一控件的时间数据则匹配成功，数据显示在需求方页面。
通过第三控件接收需求方支付信息和双方车牌信息，支付成功后将需求方车牌信息在所在物业车辆管理系统中替换，有效时间为所支付的时间段，过期恢复车辆所有者的车牌。
通过第四控件接收GPS信息和停车场地图信息，车辆到达匹配的停车场后调取该停车场的平面图，语音或者图形标识导向到目标车位。
具体实施方式
以小时为单位，个人或者单位所有的车位按单位出让使用权，将这些供求方的信息储存建立数据库，与车位需求方数据匹配成功后支付使用车位的费用，则匹配成功，双方在支付费用的时间段交换车位使用权。

1.本发明主要是借助计算机数据处理功能，提高停车场的利用效率，将私人车位公共化的一种方法。
2.本发明是一种停车位空闲时段线上匹配的方法，其特征在于通过第一控件接收车位所有者空闲时段车位让渡的时间段数据、地址数据和每小时价格数据。
通过第二控件接收车位需求方时间段数据和地址数据。
将第二控件的时间段数据和地址数据与第一空间的时间段和地址数据匹配，地址数据一致并且第二控件时间数据包含第一控件的时间数据则匹配成功，匹配成功的车位所有者数据显示在需求方页面。需求方看到显示的信息选定后支付费用。
通过第三控件接收需求方支付信息和双方车牌信息，支付成功后将需求方车牌信息在所在物业车辆管理系统中替换，有效时间为所支付的时间段，过期恢复车辆所有者的车牌。
通过第四控件接收GPS信息和停车场地图信息，车辆到达匹配的地点后导览至车位。
