At present, the known fuel quantity detection device of the fuel tank of the motor vehicle has various structural forms, and the floating ball type liquid level meter is one of the structural forms. The existing detection sensor of the floating ball type liquid level meter is provided with a measuring pipe, a plurality of reed pipes are arranged at different positions from top to bottom in the measuring pipe, a fixed end head used for being arranged and sealed on an oil tank, a transmitter, a wiring terminal and the like connected with the reed pipes are arranged at the upper end of the measuring pipe, and a magnetic floating ball is sleeved outside the measuring pipe. When the magnetic floating ball floats up and down along with the change of the liquid level, the magnetic coupling effect makes the contacts of the reed switch at the corresponding position attracted or disconnected, so that the total resistance (or voltage) of the sensor changes, and then the transmitter converts the changed resistance (or voltage) signal into a current signal of 4-20 mA, and the current signal is output to the measuring instrument through the wiring terminal. Compared with other oil tank oil quantity detection devices in the normal running state of the motor vehicle, the floating ball type liquid level meter has the characteristics of simple structure, convenient debugging, good reliability, high precision and the like. However, if the magnetic floating ball is mounted on the oil tank of the road and bridge engineering vehicle, the magnetic floating ball can shake up and down in the oil tank greatly along with jolt, rapid acceleration, rapid deceleration and the like of the road and bridge engineering vehicle. The magnetic floating ball is usually blocked or damaged due to the instant impact force generated when the sensor shakes in an out-of-range mode, so that the service life of the sensor is short (only about one month), the cost is increased, the detection accuracy is seriously affected, and the actual oil quantity of the oil tank cannot be truly reflected.

Because both sides of the two fixed coils are provided with the magnetic moving coils, when the floater shakes up and down in the oil tank along with jolt, rapid acceleration, rapid deceleration and the like of the road bridge engineering vehicle, the generated induced currents compensate each other, so that the accurate on-line detection of the oil quantity of the oil tank can be realized. The invention can avoid the phenomenon that the magnetic floating ball of the existing floating ball type liquid level meter is blocked or damaged, and has the advantages of reliability, practicality, safety and the like.

When the oil level is high (the oil amount is large), the floater 9 tightens the magnetic moving coil 6 through the traction rope 7, and increases the distance between the outer layer magnetic wire of the magnetic moving coil 6 and the fixed coil 3 or the fixed coil 4, so that the induction current is reduced; when the oil level is lowered (oil amount is reduced), the float 9 will loosen the magnetic moving coil 6 through the pulling rope 7, shortening the distance between the outer layer magnet wire of the magnetic moving coil 6 and the fixed coil 3 or the fixed coil 4, thereby increasing the induced current. The induced currents are amplified and analog-digital converted by the current processing circuit 10 and sent to the processor 11, and the two induced currents are calculated to obtain corresponding oil quantities, and the oil quantities are displayed by the display circuit 12. Because two floats 9, the magnetic moving coil 6, the fixed coil 3 and the fixed coil 4 are arranged, when the two floats 9 shake up and down in the oil tank along with jolt, rapid acceleration, rapid deceleration and the like of the road and bridge engineering vehicle, the two induction currents can be reduced simultaneously and one induction current is increased and the other induction current is reduced compared with the induction current (oil quantity) at the previous moment, and the processor 11 can perform compensation operation according to the magnitude of the induction current input by the two current processing circuits 10, so that the accurate oil quantity is obtained.
