本发明公开了一种无尘车间空气供应系统,包括进气管、第一空气净化器、风机、室内排气管、出气管、第二空气净化器、温度调节装置、湿度调节装置、总控中心,进气管贯穿车间墙面,进气管进口处设有第一空气净化器和风机,温度调节装置和湿度调节装置设置在进气管末端,进气管的末端与室内排气管连接,室内排气管上设有多个通气孔,第二空气净化器设置在出气管的出口,总控中心与风机、温度调节装置、湿度调节装置电气连接。通过总控中心控制温度调节装置和湿度调节装置,使无尘车间内温度和湿度适宜;在出气管的出口设置第二空气净化器,对排出气体做净化处理后再排放至大气中,防止无尘车间内生产产品产生的粉尘排放到大气中,造成污染。

技术领域
本发明属于车间空气供应设备技术领域,具体涉及一种无尘车间空气供应系统。
背景技术
无尘车间也叫洁净厂房、洁净室、无尘室。是指将一定空间范围内之空气中的微粒子、有害空气、细菌等之污染物排除,并将室内之温度、洁净度、室内压力、气流速度与气流分布、噪音振动及照明、静电控制在某一需求范围内,而所给予特别设计之房间。亦即是不论外在之空气条件如何变化,其室内均能俱有维持原先所设定要求之洁净度、温湿度及压力等性能之特性。无尘车间对车间内的空气质量要求高,车间使用密闭门,防止车间内的空气被外部的污染,密闭的空间空气不流通,所以需要空气供应系统,目前大部分无尘车间空气供应系统均侧重在余热回收上,未考虑到将空气温度和湿度的调节并入到空气供应系统内,无尘车间内的温度和湿度直接影响车间内工作人员的舒适度。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种可调节室内温度和湿度的无尘车间空气供应系统。
本发明的技术方案是一种无尘车间空气供应系统,包括进气管、第一空气净化器、风机、室内排气管、出气管、第二空气净化器、温度调节装置、湿度调节装置、总控中心,所述进气管贯穿车间墙面,所述进气管进口处设有第一空气净化器和风机,所述温度调节装置和湿度调节装置设置在进气管末端,所述进气管的末端与室内排气管连接,所述室内排气管上设有多个通气孔,所述室内排气管分布在车间内部墙壁,所述出气管设置车间顶部,所述第二空气净化器设置在出气管的出口,所述总控中心与风机、温度调节装置、湿度调节装置电气连接。
优选的,所述进气管进口设有盖体。
发明的有益效果:
本发明的一种无尘车间空气供应系统,通过总控中心可调节风机的转速,间接控制无尘车间内空气循环的周期;通过总控中心控制温度调节装置和湿度调节装置,使无尘车间内温度和湿度适宜;在出气管的出口设置第二空气净化器,对排出气体做净化处理后再排放至大气中,防止无尘车间内生产产品产生的粉尘排放到大气中,造成污染。

本发明是一种无尘车间空气供应系统,包括进气管1、第一空气净化器2、风机3、室内排气管4、出气管5、第二空气净化器6、温度调节装置7、湿度调节装置8、总控中心9,所述进气管1贯穿车间12墙面,所述进气管1进口处设有第一空气净化器2和风机3,所述温度调节装置7和湿度调节装置8设置在进气管1末端,所述进气管1的末端与室内排气管4连接,所述室内排气管4上设有多个通气孔10,所述室内排气管5分布在车间12内部墙壁,所述出气管5设置车间12顶部,所述第二空气净化器6设置在出气管5的出口,所述总控中心9与风机3、温度调节装置7、湿度调节装置8电气连接。通过总控中心9可调节风机3的转速,间接控制无尘车间内空气循环的周期;通过总控中心9控制温度调节装置7和湿度调节装置8,使无尘车间内温度和湿度适宜;在出气管5的出口设置第二空气净化器6,对排出气体做净化处理后再排放至大气中,防止无尘车间内生产产品时产生的粉尘排放到大气中,造成污染。
进气管1进口设有盖体11,当不使用时将盖体11盖上,防止气体进入进气管1,损坏进气管1内部的装置。
