Abstract
The invention discloses an anti-ultraviolet solid wood composite floor and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the manufacturing method comprises the following steps: i, manufacturing a solid wood composite floor plain plate; wrapping the ultraviolet absorption component with a molecular capsule to form a molecular capsule ultraviolet absorption component; mixing the molecular capsule ultraviolet absorption component with the UV primer; and IV, coating the molecular capsule ultraviolet absorption component and the UV primer on the solid wood composite floor plain plate. In the UV primer curing process, the ultraviolet absorption component wrapped by the molecular capsules is uniformly released in a cured UV paint film, so that the ultraviolet interference resistance of the floor is effectively improved, the floor is still good in stability and long in service life even if the floor is laid in a sunlight irradiation area, the problems that decorative patterns are damaged and the surface of the floor is discolored after the existing solid wood composite floor is irradiated by sunlight for a long time are effectively solved, and the solid wood composite floor can be widely applied to indoor places irradiated by sunlight for a long time.

Because the existing common solid wood composite floor material is generally only suitable for the indoor without sunlight irradiation, has no internal design structure capable of resisting ultraviolet rays, can only passively absorb the ultraviolet rays, can damage the paint surface and decorative patterns on the floor after a long time, is extremely easy to age and fade, cannot ensure the original color of the floor, and causes the poor stability and short service life of the floor.

The invention aims to provide an ultraviolet-proof solid wood composite floor and a manufacturing method thereof, which can effectively solve the problems of damaged decorative patterns and color change of a board surface of the solid wood composite floor caused by long-term sunlight irradiation and ultraviolet interference.
