本发明公开了一种预制有逃生门的预制板,包括设置在预制板上的门框以及与门框之间拔插连接的逃生门;所述逃生门为空心瓶塞结构,在预制板内设有以门框为中心呈放射网状的钢筋层,钢筋层中的钢筋与门框焊接且延伸至预制板的边缘外部;在逃生门附近的预制板内墙面设有与逃生门配套使用的救生袋连接件,连接件的一端与钢筋层焊接另一端设置在预制板的室内墙面上。本发明的预制板用于外墙,在发生火灾等灾害时,如果正常逃生通道无法使用的情况,可以通过逃生门逃生,增加生存几率,具有广阔的应用前景。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑材料领域,具体涉及一种预制有逃生门的预制板。
背景技术
随着城市化的脚步加快,越来越多的人们聚集在城市之中,而火灾是威胁公共安全,危害人们生命财产的灾害之一。至今,火灾仍然是世界各国所共同面临的问题,因为火灾不仅会造成严重的财产损失,更有可能会威胁到人们的生命安全。
钢筋混凝土强具有刚度大,抗震性能好的优点,在民用建筑中的应用日益广泛,而该类构件的火灾情况也时有发生,在火灾发生时高温会导致门窗变形,人无法通过正常的通路逃生时,容易被困在屋内,因此可以开发一种设有逃生门的外墙,在民用住宅中使用,增加生存几率。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种预制有逃生门的预制板,该预制板用于外墙,在发生火灾等灾害时,如果正常逃生通道无法使用的情况,可以通过逃生门逃生,增加生存几率,具有广阔的应用前景。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的方案为:包括设置在预制板上的门框以及与门框之间拔插连接的逃生门;所述逃生门为空心瓶塞结构,在预制板内设有以门框为中心呈放射网状的钢筋层,钢筋层中的钢筋与门框焊接且延伸至预制板的边缘外部;在逃生门附近的预制板内墙面设有与逃生门配套使用的救生袋的连接件I,连接件I的一端与钢筋层焊接另一端设置在预制板的室内墙面上。
该预制板主要用于外墙的墙体,在外墙上开设逃生门配合专用的救生袋可以安全降落到地面。逃生门采用圆形门框在火灾中不易发生形变,稳定性高。逃生门设在在离地面30~50cm高的地方。
作为优选的技术方案,在所述逃生门的门框表面和端口包覆有防火隔热层,所述防火隔热层表面设有塑料防护层。所述防火隔热层的材料为酚醛树脂或聚苯乙烯或石棉。在所述门框的外部和端部分别设有防火隔热材料,有效的避免门框过热,在逃生过程中造成烫伤。
作为优选的技术方案,所述门框选用壁厚度为8~12mm的钢管,增加门框的支撑性能,提高门框的强度性能。
作为优选的技术方案,所述预制板为五层结构,依次为外侧墙面装饰层、保温层、钢筋层、防火加强层和室内墙面装饰层,所述保温层与外侧墙面装饰层和钢筋层之间分别设有加强网,加强网内部填充隔热材料;所述钢筋支撑层的内外均填充水泥防火材料,各层之间通过粘合剂粘接成整体结构。
作为优选的技术方案,所述空心瓶塞结构的逃生门为内表面大外表面小的圆形锥台,所述圆形锥台的锥角为1~2°使逃生门容易打开,并且与门框之间连接稳定。
作为优选的技术方案,所述空心瓶塞结构的逃生门为中空铝合金结构,在所述中空逃生门内部填充有隔热材料,所述逃生门与门框连接的外壁设有橡胶密封条,所述逃生门在内墙的一侧设有门把手和插销,在所述门框的内表面设有与逃生门外表面相适配的锥面。该逃生门的门把手设在内墙一侧的逃生门一侧,该逃生门只能从内侧打开,防止盗窃。
作为优选的技术方案,预制有逃生门的预制板还设有与所述逃生门配套使用的救生袋,所述救生袋为两端开口结构,救生袋的进口端通过连接件I与预制板的内墙面固定连接;救生袋包括刚性进口段、半刚性转向段、降落段和刚性出口段,其中半刚性转向段、降落段和刚性出口段均可折叠装入到刚性进口段内,所述半刚性转向段设置为20~50cm的波纹管结构的转向段,所述出口段设置为50~100cm的刚性支撑管道;在所述救生袋的降落段内部设有缓降滑带和速度控制器;所述救生袋的降落段为两层结构,外部涂有耐高温涂层,涂层厚度2~5mm,中部采用弹性尼龙纤维和氨纶纤维制成。
作为优选的技术方案,在所述救生袋的进口端设有连接件II,所述连接件II为自锁钢挂钩。该自锁钢挂钩使用方便,强度高,广泛用于消防救灾领域。
作为优选的技术方案,所述水泥防火材料的成分配比为:铝酸盐水泥95~97份,石英砂粉末1~2份,黏土类矿物粉末0.5~1份,促凝剂和成石剂1~2份;所述石英砂的粒径为1~2mm;所述黏土类矿物粉末的粒径为1~2mm。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:通过用于外墙预制板的结构,提供一种支撑强度更好,更加结实耐用的预制板,该预制板具有良好的防火隔热效果;该预制板上设有逃生门,当发生火灾常用的逃生通道无法使用时,可以通过逃生门逃生,提高生还的可能性。

一种预制有逃生门的预制板,包括设置在预制板上的圆形门框2以及与圆形门框之间拔插连接的逃生门3;所述逃生门为空心瓶塞结构,在预制板内设有以圆形门框为中心呈放射网状的钢筋层1,钢筋层中的钢筋与门框焊接且延伸至预制板的边缘外部;在逃生门附近的预制板内墙面设有与逃生门配套使用的救生袋的连接件I4,连接件I的一端与钢筋层焊接另一端设置在预制板的室内墙面上。
在所述逃生门的门框表面和端口包覆有防火隔热层,所述防火隔热层表面设有塑料防护层。
所述圆形门框选用壁厚度为8~12mm的钢管。
