本发明属于户外用品技术领域,特别涉及一种双面多功能帐篷面料的制备方法。
背景技术
帐篷一直是人们在户外活动时不可缺少的户外器材, 随着越来越多的人喜爱和参与户外活动,人们对帐篷的要求也越来越高,除了防雨的基本要求以外,人们对帐篷的保温效果也越来越重视,在冬季或者在高海拔地区露营时,保温效果好的帐篷可以让使用者在帐篷内减少热量的消耗,保存跟多的体力。现有的帐篷大部分是通过在帐篷内另外设置保温层来达到保温的效果,导致帐篷结构复杂,零件多,不易携带。为了保证帐篷内的透气性,提高帐篷的舒适度,现在帐篷多分为内账和外账,内账通过支架支撑,外账使用带有防雨、防紫外线等具有功能性的帐篷面料制成,覆盖在内账上,实际使用中,外账可以双面翻转使用,但是由于外账多是在布料一侧面涂覆功能性涂层,导致在不同的使用环境下,需要更换不同的外账进行使用,户外爱好者也需要同时携带多个外账,增大出行负担。
粉煤灰是煤燃烧后的烟气中收捕下来的细灰,是我国当前排放量较大的工业废渣之一,到2010年我国粉煤灰年排放量已到达3亿吨,给我国的国民经济建设及生态环境造成巨大的压力。粉煤灰的综合利用,变废为宝、变害为利,已成为我国经济建设中一项重要的技术经济政策,是解决我国电力生产环境污染,资源缺乏之间矛盾的重要手段,也是电力生产所面临解决的任务之一。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的是针对目前技术中的不足,提供一种双面多功能帐篷面料的制备方法,制得的帐篷面料作为外账使用时,可同时满足保暖、防辐射、防紫外线等功能。
技术方案:为实现上述目的,本发明公开了一种双面多功能帐篷面料的制备方法,按以下步骤制成:
a、将涤纶纤维编制成基布;
b、将a中制成的基布放入烘箱进行烘干处理,烘干温度60℃,烘干时间4小时,将烘干后的基布平铺待用;
c、将按重量份数的聚氯乙烯树脂100份、塑化剂100-120份、环氧大豆油10-12份、铝酸酯3份、硬脂酸钡2份和硬脂酸铅1.5份搅拌混合,放入干燥筒中进行干燥,干燥温度75℃,干燥时间2h;
d、将按重量份数的粉煤灰25-35份放入干燥筒中进行干燥,干燥温度120℃,干燥时间2h;
e、将c中干燥后混合料的一半与d中干燥后的粉煤灰混合后送入熔炼炉中进行熔炼,温度为140℃-170℃;
f、将c中干燥后混合料的另一半与25-35份的玻璃微珠混合后送入熔炼炉中进行熔炼,温度为140℃-170℃;
g、将e和f中熔炼好的混合物分别涂覆在b中烘干后的基布两侧面上,用刮刀将混合物涂覆均匀,涂覆厚度为基布厚度的1.5-2倍,涂覆完成后喷淋10℃-15℃循环冷却水对布料进行冷却;
h、将g中冷却后的布料放入烘箱进行烘干,烘干温度60℃,烘干时间2h;
i、将h中烘干后的布料平铺在保温箱内,进行保温,保温温度85℃,保温时间2h,保温结束后自然冷却。

有益效果:本发明所述的双面多功能帐篷面料的制备方法所用主要材料是聚氯乙烯树脂,在树脂中分别添加粉煤灰和玻璃微珠。粉煤灰是煤燃烧后的烟气中收捕下来的细灰,颗粒直径范围在0.5~300μm,多为珠壁结构,有50%-80%呈空心珠状结构;玻璃微珠为薄壁空心珠状结构,这些细小的空心珠状结构颗粒在制得帐篷面料内形成大量空心结构,空心部分充满空气,而空气导热系数极低,所以该结构帐篷面料结构可以大幅减少热量的传递,保温效果极好。
基布中混有羊毛纤维,羊毛纤维本身不易导热,且会形成大量空隙,空隙中充满空气,保温效果好。添加在基布中的天丝具有极好的柔韧性和强度,能大大提高制得的帐篷面料的抗撕扯能力。
粉煤灰和玻璃微珠均为细小的珠状结构,可以增大聚氯乙烯材料熔炼后的流动性,配合偶联剂铝酸酯,使聚氯乙烯和粉煤灰结合更充分,制得的布料表面光滑平整。
塑化剂邻苯二甲酸二正辛酯的使用可以使聚氯乙烯更加柔软。在制备过程中,使用电加热刮刀,将刮刀温度设置在90-100℃,可以保证在涂覆中制得的混合胶体时,胶体不会凝固、结块,涂覆更加充分,厚度更加均匀。

f、将c中干燥后混合料的另一半与30kg粒径为175微米的玻璃微珠混合后送入熔炼炉中进行熔炼,温度为155℃;
g、将e和f中熔炼好的混合物分别涂覆在b中烘干后的基布两侧面上,用带电加热的刮刀将混合物涂覆均匀,电加热刮刀在涂抹时温度为95℃,涂覆厚度为基布厚度的1.75倍,涂覆完成后喷淋12.5℃循环冷却水对布料进行冷却;
h、将g中冷却后的布料放入烘箱进行烘干,烘干温度60℃,烘干时间2h;
i、将h中烘干后的布料平铺在保温箱内,进行保温,保温温度85℃,保温时间2h,保温结束后自然冷却。

h、将g中冷却后的布料放入烘箱进行烘干,烘干温度60℃,烘干时间2h;
i、将h中烘干后的布料平铺在保温箱内,进行保温,保温温度85℃,保温时间2h,保温结束后自然冷却。

Claims (5)

1.一种双面多功能帐篷面料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
a、将涤纶纤维编制成基布;
b、将a中制成的基布放入烘箱进行烘干处理,烘干温度60℃,烘干时间4小时,将烘干后的基布平铺待用;
c、将按重量份数的聚氯乙烯树脂100份、塑化剂100-120份、环氧大豆油10-12份、铝酸酯3份、硬脂酸钡2份和硬脂酸铅1.5份搅拌混合,放入干燥筒中进行干燥,干燥温度75℃,干燥时间2h;
d、将按重量份数的粉煤灰25-35份放入干燥筒中进行干燥,干燥温度120℃,干燥时间2h;
e、将c中干燥后混合料的一半与d中干燥后的粉煤灰混合后送入熔炼炉中进行熔炼,温度为140℃-170℃;
f、将c中干燥后混合料的另一半与25-35份的玻璃微珠混合后送入熔炼炉中进行熔炼,温度为140℃-170℃;
g、将e和f中熔炼好的混合物分别涂覆在b中烘干后的基布两侧面上,用刮刀将混合物涂覆均匀,涂覆厚度为基布厚度的1.5-2倍,涂覆完成后喷淋10℃-15℃循环冷却水对布料进行冷却;
h、将g中冷却后的布料放入烘箱进行烘干,烘干温度60℃,烘干时间2h;
i、将h中烘干后的布料平铺在保温箱内,进行保温,保温温度85℃,保温时间2h,保温结束后自然冷却。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种双面多功能帐篷面料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤a中,将重量百分比为60%的涤纶纤维、重量百分比为20%的羊毛纤维和重量百分比为20%的天丝纤维混纺,编制成基布。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种双面多功能帐篷面料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤c中塑化剂为邻苯二甲酸二正辛酯。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种双面多功能帐篷面料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤f中添加的玻璃微珠粒径为150-200微米。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种双面多功能帐篷面料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤g中使用的刮刀为带电加热的刮刀,电加热刮刀在涂抹时温度为90℃-100℃。
