本发明公开了一种高强度涤纶短纤线,包括聚四氟乙烯涂层、合成纤维层和尼龙布层,所述聚四氟乙烯涂层的内表面设有天然纤维层,所述人造纤维层的一端设有无机纤维层,所述再生纤维层和合成纤维层固定连接,所述合成纤维层的一端设有麻布层,所述棉布层的一端设有呢绒层,所述聚酯纤维层的一端设有莨纱层。本发明所述的一种高强度涤纶短纤线,设有聚四氟乙烯涂层、再生纤维层和合成纤维层,能够具有防腐蚀、抗各种有机溶剂的特点,耐高温耐低温无毒害电绝缘性佳,并能提高手感舒适度,染色性能好,透气性良好散热强,强度高、弹性好、防霉蛀,适用不同工作状况,带来更好的使用前景。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及涤纶短纤线领域,特别涉及一种高强度涤纶短纤线。
背景技术
涤纶短纤线是指生产涤纶所用的棉纱,涤纶是一类聚合物经纺丝而制成的纤维,目前多指以苯二甲酸乙二酯为原料生产的纤维,简称PET纤维。在我国俗称为涤纶。通常所谓的纱线,其实是指纱和线的统称,在服装材料学中定义如下:纱是将许多短纤维或长丝排列成近似平行状态,并沿轴向旋转加捻,组成具有一定强力和线密度的细长物体;而线是由两根或两根以上的单纱捻合而成的股线。纱是棉、毛、麻、化学纤维等将纤维拉长加捻纺成的细缕,再用棉、麻、丝、毛等细缕材料拈成的多股细缕,称之为线。纤维有两大特点:一是细到人们不能用肉眼直接观测,直径一般在几微米至几十微米之间或更细;二是其长径比在几十几百至几万甚至理论上能达到无穷大,与纤维的种类有关,这使纤维在力学上明显表现出长的性质,例如其弯曲扭转时发生小范围部分形变,整体拉伸时即使在弹性范围以内也显示出相当大的形变。所以简单的说纤维是一种细而长的,即直径细到肉眼不能直接观测,而其长度与直径的比在几十倍以上。
现有的涤纶短纤线在使用时存在一定的弊端,没有聚四氟乙烯涂层,不具有抗酸抗碱、抗各种有机溶剂的特点,和耐高温耐低温无毒害电绝缘性的优势,不具有防水的功能,没有再生纤维层手感舒适度较差,染色性较差,透气性能不够好,没有合成纤维,强度不够高、质量重,弹性不好,不能防霉驻,为此,我们提出一种具有散热和防腐蚀功能的涤纶纱线。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种高强度涤纶短纤线,可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种高强度涤纶短纤线,包括聚四氟乙烯涂层、合成纤维层和尼龙布层,所述聚四氟乙烯涂层的内表面设有天然纤维层,且天然纤维层的一端设有人造纤维层,所述人造纤维层的一端设有无机纤维层,且无机纤维层的一端设有再生纤维层,所述再生纤维层和合成纤维层固定连接,且合成纤维层的内表面设有不锈钢丝,所述合成纤维层的一端设有麻布层,且麻布层的一端设有棉布层,所述棉布层的一端设有呢绒层,且呢绒层的一端设有聚酯纤维层,所述聚酯纤维层的一端设有莨纱层,且莨纱层的一端设有维纶层,所述维纶层和尼龙布层固定连接。
优选的,所述聚四氟乙烯涂层通过天然纤维层和人造纤维层固定连接。
优选的,所述无机纤维层通过再生纤维层和合成纤维层固定连接。
优选的,所述不锈钢丝的数量为两组。
优选的,所述麻布层通过棉布层和呢绒层固定连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:该具有散热和防腐蚀功能的涤纶纱线,采用聚四氟乙烯涂层的设置,具有抗酸抗碱防腐蚀、抗各种有机溶剂的特点和耐高温耐低温无毒害电绝缘性的优势,并且具有防水的功能,设有再生纤维层和合成纤维层,能提高手感舒适度,染色性能好,透气性良好散热强,强度高、质轻、易洗快干、弹性好、防霉蛀,整个纱线简单,使用方便,散热、防腐蚀的效果相对于传统方式更好。

为使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。
如图1-2所示,一种高强度涤纶短纤线,包括聚四氟乙烯涂层1、合成纤维层6和尼龙布层13,所述聚四氟乙烯涂层1的内表面设有天然纤维层2,且天然纤维层2的一端设有人造纤维层3,所述人造纤维层3的一端设有无机纤维层4,且无机纤维层4的一端设有再生纤维层5,所述再生纤维层5和合成纤维层6固定连接,且合成纤维层6的内表面设有不锈钢丝14,所述合成纤维层6的一端设有麻布层7,且麻布层7的一端设有棉布层8,所述棉布层8的一端设有呢绒层9,且呢绒层9的一端设有聚酯纤维层10,所述聚酯纤维层10的一端设有莨纱层11,且莨纱层11的一端设有维纶层12,所述维纶层12和尼龙布层13固定连接。
其中,所述聚四氟乙烯涂层1通过天然纤维层2和人造纤维层3固定连接。
其中,所述无机纤维层4通过再生纤维层5和合成纤维层6固定连接。
其中,所述不锈钢丝14的数量为两组。

需要说明的是,本发明为一种高强度涤纶短纤线,在使用时,采用了聚四氟乙烯涂层1,具有抗酸抗碱防腐蚀、抗各种有机溶剂的特点,和耐高温耐低温无毒害电绝缘性的优势,并且具有防水的功能,聚四氟乙烯涂层1的内表面设有天然纤维层2,是自然界原有的或经人工培植的植物上、人工饲养的动物上直接取得的纺织纤维,是纺织工业的重要材料来源,人造纤维层3,是用某些线型天然高分子化合物或其衍生物做原料,直接溶解于溶剂或制备成衍生物后溶解于溶剂生成纺织溶液,之后再经纺丝加工制得的多种化学纤维的统称,具有很好的吸湿性能,无机纤维层4,是具有高效绝热性能的材料,设有再生纤维层5和合成纤维层6,能提高手感舒适度,染色性能好,透气性良好散热强,强度高、质轻、易洗快干、弹性好、防霉蛀,麻布层7,具有柔软舒适、透气清爽、耐洗、耐晒、防腐、抑菌等特点,麻布层7的一端设有棉布层8,强度高、抗皱性好、耐热性较好,在常温下耐稀碱,对染料具有良好的亲和力,染色容易,色谱齐全,色泽也比较鲜艳。棉的吸湿性、保湿、耐热性、耐碱性都非常好,聚酯纤维层10,最大的优点是抗皱性和保形性很好,具有较高的强度与弹性恢复能力,其坚牢耐用、抗皱免烫、不粘毛。本发明所述的一种具有散热和防腐蚀功能的涤纶短纤线,设有聚四氟乙烯涂层1、再生纤维层5和合成纤维层6,能够具有抗酸抗碱防腐蚀的特点,耐高温耐低温无毒害电绝缘性佳,并能提高手感舒适度,染色性能好,透气性良好散热强,强度高、质轻、易洗快干、弹性好、防霉蛀,适用不同工作状况,带来更好的使用前景。

1.一种高强度涤纶短纤线,包括聚四氟乙烯涂层(1)、合成纤维层(6)和尼龙布层(13),其特征在于:所述聚四氟乙烯涂层(1)的内表面设有天然纤维层(2),且天然纤维层(2)的一端设有人造纤维层(3),所述人造纤维层(3)的一端设有无机纤维层(4),且无机纤维层(4)的一端设有再生纤维层(5),所述再生纤维层(5)和合成纤维层(6)固定连接,且合成纤维层(6)的内表面设有不锈钢丝(14),所述合成纤维层(6)的一端设有麻布层(7),且麻布层(7)的一端设有棉布层(8),所述棉布层(8)的一端设有呢绒层(9),且呢绒层(9)的一端设有聚酯纤维层(10),所述聚酯纤维层(10)的一端设有莨纱层(11),且莨纱层(11)的一端设有维纶层(12),所述维纶层(12)和尼龙布层(13)固定连接。
