and a third execution module 408, if the ACC is in a non-flameout state, the safety belt is in a non-release state, the front left door is in an open state, and the hand brake is in an unlocked state, executing a second early warning operation.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the vehicle speed is detected to be less than a first threshold value, the hand brake locking prompting device does not need to wait for the vehicle speed to be reduced to zero, the state information of an ignition switch accessory ACC and the vehicle body state information can be obtained in advance, the vehicle body state information at least comprises the hand brake state information, the safety belt state information and the front left vehicle door state information, if the ACC is in a flameout state and the hand brake is in an unlocked state, a first early warning operation is executed, a driver is reminded to lock the hand brake when parking, and the parking safety is improved; if the ACC is in a non-flameout state, the safety belt is in a release state, and the hand brake is in an unlocked state, executing a second early warning operation; if the ACC is in a non-flameout state, the safety belt is in a non-release state, the front left door is in an open state, and the hand brake is in an unlocked state, a second early warning operation is executed to remind a driver to lock the hand brake when parking, and the parking safety is improved. Because the automobile body state information and the ACC state information are obtained in advance, whether the driver tends to get off the automobile can be pre-judged in advance, the delay of judging time is effectively reduced, the driver can be timely reminded to lock a hand brake when the automobile is parked, and the parking safety is improved.
Optionally, referring to fig. 5, as a possible implementation manner, the handbrake locking prompting device in the embodiment of the present invention may further include:

Optionally, referring to fig. 6, as a possible implementation manner, the handbrake locking prompting device in the embodiment of the present invention may further include:
a sixth determining module 411, configured to determine whether the seat belt is in a release state before the first warning operation is performed;
a seventh judging module 412, configured to judge whether the front left door is in an open state before the first warning operation is executed;
a second triggering module 413 configured to trigger the first execution module if the seatbelt is in the released state;
and a third triggering module 414 for triggering the first executing module if the safety belt is in the unreleased state and the front left door is in the opened state.
Optionally, as a possible implementation manner, the handbrake locking prompting device in the embodiment of the present invention may further include:
the detection module 415 detects the inclination angle of the vehicle body through a gradient sensor when the vehicle speed is detected to be less than a first threshold value;
and the locking module 416 adopts the electronic hand brake device to automatically lock the hand brake after the first early warning operation or the second early warning operation is executed if the inclination angle of the vehicle body is smaller than the second threshold value.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present invention, the first warning operation includes a voice prompt, a video prompt, or a text prompt; the second early warning operation comprises voice reminding, video reminding or text reminding.

Claims (10)

1. A hand brake locking prompting method is characterized by being applied to a manual transmission automobile, and comprises the following steps:
when the vehicle speed is detected to be smaller than a first threshold value, acquiring state information of an ignition switch accessory ACC and vehicle body state information, wherein the vehicle body state information at least comprises hand brake state information, safety belt state information and front left vehicle door state information;
judging whether the ACC is in a flameout state;
judging whether the hand brake is in an unlocked state or not;
if the ACC is in a flameout state and the hand brake is in an unlocked state, executing a first early warning operation;
judging whether the safety belt is in a release state or not;
judging whether the front left vehicle door is in an open state or not;
if the ACC is in a non-flameout state, the safety belt is in a release state, and the hand brake is in an unlocked state, executing a second early warning operation;
and if the ACC is in a non-flameout state, the safety belt is in a non-release state, the front left vehicle door is in an open state, and the hand brake is in an unlocked state, executing second early warning operation.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the body status information further includes driver seat status information, the driver seat status information indicating whether a driver seat is present, and further comprising, prior to the performing the second warning operation:
judging whether the driver seat is occupied or not;
if the driver is in a manned state, the ACC is in a non-flameout state, the safety belt is in a release state, and the hand brake is in an unlocked state, executing a second early warning operation;
and if the driver is in a manned state, the ACC is in a non-flameout state, the safety belt is in a non-release state, the front left vehicle door is in an open state, and the hand brake is in an unlocked state, executing second early warning operation.
3. The method of claim 1 or 2, further comprising, prior to the performing the first pre-warning operation:
judging whether the safety belt is in a release state or not;
judging whether the front left vehicle door is in an open state or not;
if the safety belt is in a release state, the ACC is in a flameout state, and the hand brake is in an unlocked state, executing a first early warning operation;
and if the safety belt is in an unreleased state, the front left vehicle door is in an opened state, the ACC is in a flameout state, and the hand brake is in an unlocked state, executing a first early warning operation.
4. The method of claim 3, further comprising:
when the vehicle speed is detected to be less than a first threshold value, detecting the inclination angle of the vehicle body through a gradient sensor;
and if the inclination angle of the vehicle body is smaller than a second threshold value, automatically locking the hand brake by adopting an electronic hand brake device after the first early warning operation or the second early warning operation is executed.
5. The method of claim 3,
the first early warning operation comprises voice reminding, video reminding or text reminding;
the second early warning operation comprises voice reminding, video reminding or text reminding.

the fifth judgment module is used for judging whether the driver seat is occupied or not;
and the first triggering module is used for triggering the second execution module and the third execution module if the driver is in a manned state.

the detection module detects the inclination angle of the vehicle body through a gradient sensor when detecting that the vehicle speed is less than the first threshold value;
and the locking module is used for automatically locking the hand brake by adopting the electronic hand brake device after the first early warning operation or the second early warning operation is executed if the inclination angle of the vehicle body is smaller than a second threshold value.
