本发明涉及一种自动旋转裁板装置,包括工作台,所述工作台一侧设有夹持机构,所述夹持机构包括支架,滑动连接于所述支架的滑块,围绕所述滑块旋转设置的夹持片,所述工作台表面设有转向机构,所述转向机构包括旋转轴,固定连接于所述旋转轴顶端的板台,所述转向机构一侧设有裁切机构。通过转向机构的转轴每次旋转的角度为90°,在对需要多边裁切的板材进行裁切时,节省了大量的时间和人力,提高裁切效率。

一种自动旋转裁板装置
技术领域
本发明涉及机械制造领域,特别是涉及一种自动旋转裁板装置。
背景技术
切割板材时,依靠人工切割的方式不但需要耗费大量的人力,且切割板材的精度不高,在切割时也容易造成意外。针对上述问题,现有技术提供了一种自动裁板装置,但是对板材的裁切一次只能切割一面,切割的效率不高,需要人工去改变切割板材的位置,现提出一种可以自动旋转的裁板装置,方便快捷,节省人力的同时大大地提高了工作效率。
发明内容
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种自动旋转裁板装置,包括:工作台,所述工作台一侧设有夹持机构,所述夹持机构包括支架,滑动连接于所述支架的滑块,围绕所述滑块旋转设置的夹持片,所述工作台表面设有转向机构,所述转向机构包括旋转轴,固定连接于所述旋转轴顶端的板台,所述转向机构一侧设有裁切机构。
本发明的工作原理为:包括工作台,所述工作台一侧设有夹持机构,所述夹持机构包括支架,滑动连接于所述支架的滑块,围绕所述滑块旋转设置的夹持片,所述工作台表面设有转向机构,所述转向机构包括旋转轴,固定连接于所述旋转轴顶端的板台,所述转向机构一侧设有裁切机构。
通过在工作台上设置的夹持机构和转向机构,通过转向机构旋转,带动夹持机构上的夹持片旋转,使得板材裁切完一边之后可以旋转继续裁切下一边,无需人工移动板材位置;夹持机构设置于转向机构左侧,将板材放置在转向机构顶端的板台上,调整支架上滑块的位置,使得夹持片固定板材位置,裁切机构设置于转向机构右侧,对板材进行裁切。设置转向机构的转轴每次旋转的角度为90°,即每次转动都会带动板材以及夹持片旋转90°后停止,裁切完一边后继续旋转,在对需要多边裁切的板材进行裁切时,节省了大量的时间和人力,提高裁切效率。
进一步地,所述裁切机构包括固定柱,滑动连接于所述固定柱的伺服电机,所述伺服电机一端连接有裁切轮。
固定好板材之后,启动伺服电机带动裁切轮高速旋转,伺服电机连接有气缸,通过气缸驱动向下移动对板材进行裁切。
进一步地,所述裁切机构还包括移动部,所述移动部包括固定于所述工作台上的横向滑轨,所述固定柱底部与所述横向滑轨滑动连接。
滑轨横向设置在工作台表面,左边从靠近转向机构的位置向右横向延伸,固定柱在滑轨上左右滑动,调整裁切轮位置对板材进行切割。
进一步地,所述板台表面设有垫板层。
垫板层使用防滑材料制成,例如橡胶,防止板材在转向或者切割时滑动导致移位。
进一步地,覆盖所述裁切机构设有保护罩,所述保护罩对应裁切轮位置设有观察窗。
裁切轮在高速旋转切割时非常危险,如果切割金属会产生大量的火花,切割其它材料也会产生大量废屑,为保证安全以及避免污染工作区域,加设保护罩,在保护罩上用透明材料,例如玻璃制成观察窗,通过窗口观察板材切割情况。
进一步地,还包括废料回收盒,所述废料回收盒设置于所述裁切机构下方。
板材被切割部分形成废料掉落,通过回收盒回收废料,避免直接砸向工作台面,造成不必要损伤。
进一步地,所述废料回收盒内设置有垫层。
板材质量较大,为避免掉落损坏回收盒,在回收盒内加设海绵层。
进一步地,还包括有控制面板,所述控制面板设置于所述工作台一侧,所述控制面板内设有控制电路,所述控制电路包括裁切模块和旋转模块。
在控制电路内预设好控制程序,通过控制面板控制机器操作以及应急操作。
本发明的有益效果为:通过转向机构的转轴每次旋转的角度为90°,在对需要多边裁切的板材进行裁切时,节省了大量的时间和人力,提高裁切效率。

具体实施方式
如图1中所示,本发明一实施例提供的一种自动旋转裁板装置。
一实施例中,所述自动旋转裁板装置,包括工作台1,所述工作台1一侧设有夹持机构,所述夹持机构包括支架21,滑动连接于所述支架21的滑块22,围绕所述滑块22旋转设置的夹持片23,所述工作台1表面设有转向机构,所述转向机构包括旋转轴31,固定连接于所述旋转轴31顶端的板台32,所述转向机构一侧设有裁切机构。
通过在工作台1上设置的夹持机构和转向机构,通过转向机构旋转,带动夹持机构上的夹持片23旋转,使得板材裁切完一边之后可以旋转继续裁切下一边,无需人工移动板材位置;夹持机构设置于转向机构左侧,将板材放置在转向机构顶端的板台32上,调整支架21上滑块22的位置,使得夹持片23固定板材位置,裁切机构设置于转向机构右侧,对板材进行裁切。设置转向机构的转轴每次旋转的角度为90°,即每次转动都会带动板材以及夹持片23旋转90°后停止,裁切完一边后继续旋转,在对需要多边裁切的板材进行裁切时,节省了大量的时间和人力,提高裁切效率。
一实施例中,所述裁切机构包括固定柱41,滑动连接于所述固定柱41的伺服电机42,所述伺服电机42一端连接有裁切轮43。
固定好板材之后,启动伺服电机42带动裁切轮43高速旋转,伺服电机42连接有气缸,通过气缸驱动向下移动对板材进行裁切。
一实施例中,所述裁切机构还包括移动部,所述移动部包括固定于所述工作台1上的横向滑轨44,所述固定柱41底部与所述横向滑轨44滑动连接。
滑轨44横向设置在工作台1表面,左边从靠近转向机构的位置向右横向延伸,固定柱41在滑轨44上左右滑动,调整裁切轮43位置对板材进行切割。
一实施例中,所述板台32表面设有垫板层33。
垫板层33使用防滑材料制成,例如橡胶,防止板材在转向或者切割时滑动导致移位。
一实施例中,覆盖所述裁切机构设有保护罩(图中未出示),所述保护罩对应裁切轮43位置设有观察窗。
裁切轮43在高速旋转切割时非常危险,如果切割金属会产生大量的火花,切割其它材料也会产生大量废屑,为保证安全以及避免污染工作区域,加设保护罩,在保护罩上用透明材料,例如玻璃制成观察窗,通过窗口观察板材切割情况。
一实施例中,还包括废料回收盒51,所述废料回收盒51设置于所述裁切机构下方。
板材被切割部分形成废料掉落,通过回收盒回收废料,避免直接砸向工作台1面,造成不必要损伤。
一实施例中,所述废料回收盒51内设置有垫层511。
板材质量较大,为避免掉落损坏回收盒,在回收盒内加设海绵层。
一实施例中,还包括有控制面板61,所述控制面板61设置于所述工作台1一侧,所述控制面板61内设有控制电路,所述控制电路包括裁切模块和旋转模块。
在控制电路内预设好控制程序,通过控制面板控制机器操作以及应急操作。

1.一种自动旋转裁板装置,其特征在于:包括工作台,所述工作台一侧设有夹持机构,所述夹持机构包括支架,滑动连接于所述支架的滑块,围绕所述滑块旋转设置的夹持片,所述工作台表面设有转向机构,所述转向机构包括旋转轴,固定连接于所述旋转轴顶端的板台,所述转向机构一侧设有裁切机构。
2.根据权利要求1所述自动旋转裁板装置,其特征在于:所述裁切机构包括固定柱,滑动连接于所述固定柱的伺服电机,所述伺服电机一端连接有裁切轮。
3.根据权利要求2所述自动旋转裁板装置,其特征在于:所述裁切机构还包括移动部,所述移动部包括固定于所述工作台上的横向滑轨,所述固定柱底部与所述横向滑轨滑动连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述自动旋转裁板装置,其特征在于:所述板台表面设有垫板层。
5.根据权利要求2所述自动旋转裁板装置,其特征在于:覆盖所述裁切机构设有保护罩,所述保护罩对应裁切轮位置设有观察窗。
6.根据权利要求1所述自动旋转裁板装置,其特征在于:还包括废料回收盒,所述废料回收盒设置于所述裁切机构下方。
7.根据权利要求6所述自动旋转裁板装置,其特征在于:所述废料回收盒内设置有垫层。
8.根据权利要求1所述自动旋转裁板装置,其特征在于:还包括有控制面板,所述控制面板设置于所述工作台一侧,所述控制面板内设有控制电路,所述控制电路包括裁切模块和旋转模块。
