Starting a heating element and opening an electric control valve 24 (when the heating element is used for the first time, some lubricating oil is added into the heater 6 or the filter tank 12 in advance), heating the oil in the heater 6 or the filter tank 12 and then sending the oil into the oil storage tank 15, the oil spray nozzle 22 and the oil through channel 29, and heating the lubricating oil on the track 1 by the heat conduction layer 19 at the bottom of the oil storage tank 15 to melt the lubricating oil; the multi-stage scraper can scrape impurities adhered to the rail 1, at least three layer scraping knives 16 can gradually scrape the impurities layer by layer, the complete cleaning of the impurities is facilitated, the relatively large impurities can be divided into small impurities, the small impurities can be conveniently collected along with oil, a channel for conveying the oil is prevented from being blocked, the oil sprayed by the oil nozzle 22 can wash the scraped impurities on the rail 1, the collection and the cleaning of the impurities are facilitated, and the secondary pollution of the adhered impurities to the surrounding environment of the rail 1 can be prevented; the oil sprayed from the oil nozzle 22 and the oil in the oil passage 29 of the scraping blade 16 can transfer heat to the lubricating oil on the rail 1, so as to promote the melting of the lubricating oil.
(3) Collecting lubricating oil: the oil liquid is more on track 1, can take away less debris on track 1 in the collection process for track 1's cleanliness is higher. Lubricating oil fluid with impurities flows down along two sides of a railhead of the track 1, falls on the inclined plane plate 72, flows into the groove 8 on the horizontal plate 71 along the inclined plane plate 72, then enters the oil collecting pipe 28, after the suction pump 13 is started, the oil in the oil collecting pipe 28 enters the filter box 12 from the oil conveying pipe 14, impurities are accumulated in the filter box 12 through the filtering treatment of the filter box 12, clean lubricating oil enters the heater 6, the heated oil is used for cleaning the track 1, the circulation effect of an oil way is realized, after the cleaning of the track 1 is finished, the heating element and the electric control valve 24 are closed, the oil is stored in the filter box 12 or the heater 6, and then the suction pump 13 is closed.
The track sundries removing device is simple and convenient to mount, good in removing effect of sundries on the surface of a track, capable of collecting adhesive sundries and small sundries and beneficial to track environmental sanitation nursing.

A bridge crane track cleaning device comprises a mounting plate (3) which is positioned above a track (1) and is arranged on the head end of a crane (2), a dust cover (4) of a cross frame on the track (1) is fixed on the mounting plate (3), a track sweeping plate (5) which is attached to the upper surface of the track (1) at the bottom is fixed on the front side panel of the dust cover (4), a heater (6) is arranged in the dust cover (4), the lower parts of the two side surfaces of the dust cover (4) which are parallel to the track (1) extend to be positioned at two sides of the track (1), and are formed with bottom plates (7) which are opposite to two sides of the middle part of the clamping track (1), grooves (8) for collecting lubricating oil are arranged on the bottom plates (7),
the bottom plate (7) comprises a horizontal plate (71) parallel to the length direction of the track (1) and an inclined plate (72) connected to one side of the horizontal plate (71) through a torsion spring (9), the upper end of the inclined plate (72) abuts against the middle of the track (1), the upper surface of the horizontal plate (71) is connected to the lower edge of the upper surface of the inclined plate (72), the upper surface of the horizontal plate (71) is provided with a groove (8) in an inverted U shape in the length direction, and the horizontal plate (71) is fixed on the lower portions of two side faces, parallel to the track (1), of the dust cover (4) through a detachable fixing piece;
the dust cover (4) is internally divided into an object placing cavity (40) and a working cavity (50) located below the object placing cavity (40) by a transverse partition plate (11), the heater (6) is a box body provided with a heating element inside, the heater (6) is located in the object placing cavity (40), a filter box (12) and a suction pump (13) connected to an input port of the filter box (12) are further arranged in the object placing cavity (40), the suction pump (13) is communicated with the groove (8) through an oil feeding pipe (14), and an output port of the filter box (12) is connected with the input port of the heater (6); be equipped with oil storage tank (15) in working chamber (50) and be located the multistage scraper of oil storage tank (15) rear side, oil storage tank (15) upper end is connected to on baffle (11) through spring (17), spring (17) overcoat is equipped with the telescopic cylinder, oil storage tank (15) are through high temperature resistant glued tube (18) and heater (6) delivery outlet intercommunication, oil storage tank (15) bottom is equipped with heat-conducting layer (19) of attached track (1) upper surface, oil storage tank (15) lower part rear side is equipped with oil-out (20), multistage scraper includes at least three scrape layer sword (16) that set up along track (1) length direction equidistant, and the interval of three scrape layer sword (16) bottom and track (1) upper surface diminishes, and the bottom of last scrape layer sword (16) just attaches on track (1) upper surface, scrape layer sword (16) are fixed on baffle (11) through connecting rod (21), the oil spray nozzle is characterized in that an oil spray nozzle (22) is arranged on the partition plate (11) on one side of the connecting rod (21), the oil spray nozzle (22) is communicated with an output port of the heater (6) through an oil delivery pipe (23), and electric control valves (24) are arranged on the high-temperature-resistant rubber pipe (18) and the oil delivery pipe (23).
2. The bridge crane rail cleaning device as claimed in claim 1, wherein a sealing rubber pad (25) is fixed on the upper end of the inclined plate (72), and baffles (26) are fixed on the front side and the rear side of the inclined plate (72).
