Abstract
本发明提出一种结构设计合理、操作简易,可实现同时为多个物料上色的物料上色机,包括机架、用于固定物料的固定装置,还包括传送带、若干用于导向传送带的导向轮,用于给物料上色的若干上色装置,所述传送带设置于所述机架上,所述导向轮可转动设置于所述机架上,所述上色装置沿所述传送带传送方向设置于机架上,所述物料固定装置可转动设置于所述传送带上,所述机架上设置有驱动所述传送带传动的第一驱动装置。

技术领域
本发明涉及物料颜色加工机械技术领域,特别涉及物料上色机。
背景技术
目前,公知的上色装置是通过电机驱动旋转轴带动物料做回转运动,人工手持颜料刷在物料上来回运动让物料在回转过程中充分沾染颜料,待上色完成后停止电机取下已上色物料再换上未上色物料开启电机,周而复始,该种上色方式一次只能为一个物料上色效率低,且频繁更换物料需耗费大量的时间和精力,长时间重复同一较高强度的动作,也容易造成操作人员的身体疲劳,对操作人员的身体健康带来危害。
发明内容
因此,针对上述的问题,本发明提出一种结构设计合理、操作简易,可实现同时为多个物料上色的物料上色机。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采取的解决方案为:物料上色机,包括机架、用于固定物料的固定装置,还包括传送带、若干用于导向传送带的导向轮,用于给物料上色的若干上色装置,所述传送带设置于所述机架上,所述导向轮可转动设置于所述机架上,所述上色装置沿所述传送带传送方向设置于机架上,所述物料固定装置可转动设置于所述传送带上,所述机架上设置有驱动所述传送带传动的第一驱动装置。
进一步改进的是:所述机架上设置有若干用于加快烘干涂抹在物料上颜料的发热器。
进一步改进的是:所述发热器上方设置有第二导向轮,所述发热器下方两侧分别设置有第一导向轮、第三导向轮,所述传送带依次绕设于第一导向轮、第二导向轮、第三导向轮。
进一步改进的是:所述发热器的下方设置有风扇。
进一步改进的是:所述机架上还固定设置有若干箱体,所述发热器设置于所述箱体内,所述传送带穿设于所述箱体内。
进一步改进的是:所述箱体上方设置有供所述传送带穿过的烘干管道,所述烘干管道设置于所述机架上,所述烘干管道与所述箱体相连通。
进一步改进的是:所述发热器设置于所述两个上色装置之间。
进一步改进的是:所述传送带为链条传送带,所述导向轮为齿盘轮,所述链条传送带与所述齿盘轮相啮合,所述固定装置为用于穿设固定物料的固定杆,所述固定杆可转动穿设于所述链条传送带的链节连接孔,所述固定杆固定设置有两个防止固定杆脱离链条的限位板,两个所述限位板分别设置于所述链条传送带的链节连接孔两侧。
进一步改进的是:所述上色装置包括上色辊、转动轴,所述上色辊侧面环绕开设有与物料相配合的上色环槽,所述转动轴与所述上色辊固定连接,所述转动轴与所述上色辊中心轴相重叠,所述机架上设置有用于驱动转动轴转动的第二驱动装置。
进一步改进的是:所述第一驱动装置与所述第二驱动装置为电机。
通过采用前述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:物料上色机可以实现同时对多个物料进行上色、上下物料过程不停机,而且操作简便、节约劳动力,一个人工就可以操作整台机子进行上下料,大大缩短了生产时间,提高了生产效率,增加经济效益。

现结合附图和具体实施例对本发明进一步说明。
参考图1至图2,本发明实施例所揭示的是物料上色机,包括机架1、链条传送带2、若干用于导向链条传送带的齿盘轮3、用于固定物料的固定杆4、还包括五个用于给物料上色的上色装置5,所述链条传送带2设置于所述机架1上,所述齿盘轮3可转动设置于所述机架1上,所述链条传送带2与所述齿盘轮3相啮合,所述固定杆4可转动穿设于所述链条传送带2的链节连接孔21,所述固定杆4固定设置有两个防止固定杆脱离链条的限位板41,两个所述限位板41分别设置于所述链条传送带2的链节连接孔21两侧;所述机架1上设置有驱动所述链条传送带2传动的电机6;所述上色装置5沿所述链条传送带2传送方向设置于机架1上,所述上色装置5包括上色辊51、转动轴52,所述上色辊51侧面环绕开设有与物料相配合的上色环槽53,所述转动轴52与所述上色辊51固定连接,所述转动轴52与所述上色辊51中心轴相重叠,所述电机6驱动转动轴52转动;所述机架1上设置有五个发热管7,所述发热管7设置于两个所述上色装置5之间,所述发热管7接通外部电源后发热供物料上色后烘干;五个所述发热管7上方的机架上均设置有第二齿盘轮32,五个所述发热管7下方两侧的机架上均分别设置有第一齿盘轮31、第三齿盘轮33,所述链条传送带2依次绕设于第一齿盘轮31、第二齿盘轮32、第三齿盘轮33,能够加长发热管7对上色后物料的加热时间,加快颜料的烘干;所述发热管7的下方设置有风扇8,所述风扇8出风口朝上设置于所述发热管7下端的所述机架1上,所述风扇8开启后可加快所述发热管7的温度扩散同时加快空气流动速度,进一步加快颜料的烘干速度;所述机架1上还固定设置有五个箱体9,五个所述发热管7分别设置于五个所述箱体9内,所述链条传送带2穿设于所述箱体9内,所述箱体9可以起到防尘、保持温度的作用,所述箱体9上方设置有烘干管道10,所述烘干管道10与所述箱体9相连通。
物料上色机工作原理:启动所述电机6,所述齿盘轮3和所述上色装置5的所述转动轴52同时转动,所述齿轮盘3转动带动所述链条传送带2传动,所述转动轴52转动带动所述上色辊51转动继而带动所述上色环槽53转动,随着所述链条传送带2的传动将物料一个个固定套设于所述固定杆4的自由端上,当物料被链条传送带2输送至上色装置5的位置时,物料的外表面与上色辊51侧面开设的上色环槽53相切合,物料被转动的上色辊51带动旋转,使得上色环槽53上的颜料可以环绕涂抹于物料外周,所述物料走过五个所述上色装置5后就会充分上色,所述机架1内设置有五个所述发热管7,所述发热管7接通外部电源后发热供物料上色后烘干,所述发热管7外部设置有所述箱体9,所述箱体9可以对所述发热管7散发出的温度进行维持保温,所述箱体9上方设置有烘干管道10,所述烘干管道10与所述箱体9相连通,所述发热管7下端的所述风扇8开启后可加快所述发热管7的温度扩散、加快空气流动速度,同时让温度扩散到所述烘干管道10,所述链条传送带3穿过所述烘干管道10内,进一步充分烘干颜料,在物料完全上色烘干后再替换上新的物料重复以上操作,该上下料的操作只需一个人工即可实现,大大减低了劳动力,也降低了人工的劳动强度。。
基于前述方案,所述第一驱动装置、第二驱动装置也可以是内燃机;所述导向轮也可以是滚轮;所述传送带也可以是带式传送带;所述上色装置也可以是上色板,所述上色板固定设置于所述机架上,所述物料与所述上色板相切合,在传送带的传送下,作用于物料与上色板之间的阻力,物料持续在上色板旋转从而被上色;所述发热器也可以是发热暖灯。

Claims (5)
1.物料上色机,包括机架、用于固定物料的固定装置,其特征在于:还包括传送带、若干用于导向传送带的导向轮,用于给物料上色的若干上色装置,所述传送带设置于所述机架上,所述导向轮可转动设置于所述机架上,所述上色装置沿所述传送带传送方向设置于机架上,所述物料固定装置可转动设置于所述传送带上,所述机架上设置有驱动所述传送带传动的第一驱动装置;
所述机架上设置有若干用于加快烘干涂抹在物料上颜料的发热器;
所述发热器上方设置有第二导向轮,所述发热器下方两侧分别设置有第一导向轮、第三导向轮,所述传送带依次绕设于第一导向轮、第二导向轮、第三导向轮;
所述机架上还固定设置有若干箱体,所述发热器设置于所述箱体内,所述传送带穿设于所述箱体内;
所述箱体上方设置有供所述传送带穿过的烘干管道,所述烘干管道设置于所述机架上,所述烘干管道与所述箱体相连通;
所述发热器设置于相邻两个上色装置之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的物料上色机,其特征在于:所述发热器的下方设置有风扇。
3.根据权利要求1所述的物料上色机,其特征在于:所述传送带为链条传送带,所述导向轮为齿盘轮,所述链条传送带与所述齿盘轮相啮合,所述固定装置为用于穿设固定物料的固定杆,所述固定杆可转动穿设于所述链条传送带的链节连接孔,所述固定杆固定设置有两个防止固定杆脱离链条的限位板,两个所述限位板分别设置于所述链条传送带的链节连接孔两侧。
4.根据权利要求1所述的物料上色机,其特征在于:所述上色装置包括上色辊、转动轴,所述上色辊侧面环绕开设有与物料相配合的上色环槽,所述转动轴与所述上色辊固定连接,所述转动轴与所述上色辊中心轴相重叠,所述机架上设置有用于驱动转动轴转动的第二驱动装置。
5.根据权利要求4所述的物料上色机,其特征在于:所述第一驱动装置与所述第二驱动装置为电机。
