Abstract
The invention discloses a composition for treating and preventing arthritis and a preparation method thereof, wherein the composition comprises 2-20 parts of cucumber seed powder, 2-20 parts of collagen peptide powder, 1-11 parts of poria cocos powder, 0.8-8 parts of inulin, 0.7-7 parts of polydextrose powder, 0.5-5 parts of konjac powder, 0.06-0.56 part of aspartic acid chelated calcium powder, 0.45-4.5 parts of oat powder, 0.06-0.6 part of red date essence and 0.01-0.1 part of sucralose. The composition provided by the invention has the advantages of fewer adopted components and good drug effect; after the medicine is taken and the disease condition is treated, the patient condition can be further consolidated by continuously taking the medicine, the reoccurrence of arthritis can be prevented, the resistance of the human body can be increased, and no side effect is caused to the human body.

Background

At present, various medicines and methods for treating joint diseases such as cervical spondylosis, arthritis and femoral head necrosis exist, such as western medicine treatment, combined traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment, acupuncture and moxibustion and the like, but western medicine treatment for a long time has large side effects, influences the body and treats the symptoms without the root cause. The traditional Chinese and western medicine combined treatment and the combination of acupuncture and moxibustion have good effects on diseases such as cervical spondylosis and arthritis, but the treatment effect is single, and the obvious relapse of later-stage diseases cannot be prevented well.

In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a composition for treating and preventing arthritis and a method for preparing the same. The invention relates to a composition for treating and preventing arthritis, which is realized by the following technical scheme and comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 2-20 parts of cucumber seed powder, 2-20 parts of collagen peptide powder, 1-11 parts of poria cocos powder, 0.8-8 parts of inulin, 0.7-7 parts of polydextrose powder, 0.5-5 parts of konjac flour, 0.06-0.56 part of aspartic acid chelated calcium powder, 0.45-4.5 parts of oat powder, 0.06-0.6 part of red date essence and 0.01-0.1 part of sucralose.
The composition for treating and preventing arthritis comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20 parts of cucumber seed powder, 10 parts of ossein peptide powder, 9 parts of poria cocos powder, 6 parts of inulin, 7 parts of polydextrose powder, 4 parts of konjac powder, 0.3 part of aspartic acid chelated calcium powder, 4 parts of oat powder, 0.3 part of red date essence and 0.1 part of sucralose.
The composition for treating and preventing arthritis is characterized in that the bone collagen peptide is bovine bone collagen peptide or porcine bone collagen peptide.
The preparation method of the cucumber seed powder for treating and preventing arthritis specifically comprises the following steps:
a: placing the cleaned cucumber seed powder and deionized water in a reaction kettle, mixing, and extracting for 3 times at 90-100 ℃ to obtain an extracting solution; in the extraction process, the mass of cucumber seeds and deionized water is 1: 6-10;
b: after extraction is finished, filtering the extracting solution by using a 320-mesh sieve to obtain filtrate; then carrying out double-effect concentration on the filtrate at the temperature of 70-80 ℃ to obtain a concentrate;
c: drying the obtained concentrate in a spray drying tower, wherein the air inlet temperature is 110-130 ℃ and the air outlet temperature is 60-70 ℃; drying until the water content in the cucumber seed powder is less than or equal to 8 percent, namely finishing the drying.
The composition for treating and preventing arthritis, the preparation method of the collagen peptide powder comprises the following steps:
a: putting the cleaned pig bone or ox bone into a reaction kettle, and adding deionized water; then steaming and boiling for 3-4 hours at the temperature of 90-100 ℃ to finish steaming and boiling;

the preparation method of the cucumber seed powder specifically comprises the following steps:
mixing cleaned cucumber seeds with deionized water, placing the mixture in a reaction kettle for extraction, and extracting for 3 times at 90-100 ℃ to obtain an extracting solution; in the extraction process, the mass of cucumber seeds and deionized water is 1: 6-10; filtering the mixed solution obtained after the extraction is finished by adopting a 320-mesh sieve to obtain filtrate; carrying out double-effect concentration on the filtrate at the temperature of 70-80 ℃ to obtain a concentrate;

after filtering, carrying out double-effect concentration on the enzymolysis filtrate at the temperature of 60-70 ℃ to obtain a concentrate;
drying the obtained concentrate in a spray drying tower, wherein the air inlet temperature during drying is 110-130 ℃, the air outlet temperature during drying is 60-70 ℃, and the required collagen peptide powder is obtained after drying;
the preparation method of the poria cocos powder specifically comprises the following steps:
adding cleaned Poria cocos and deionized water into a reaction kettle for extraction, and extracting for three times at 90-100 ℃ to obtain an extracting solution; in the extraction process, the mass ratio of the poria cocos to the deionized water is 1: 6-10;
filtering the extracted extracting solution by using a 320-mesh sieve to obtain filtrate; carrying out double-effect concentration on the filtrate at the temperature of 60-70 ℃ to obtain a concentrate;
and (3) drying the obtained concentrate in a spray drying tower, wherein the inlet air temperature during drying is 110-130 ℃, the outlet air temperature during drying is 60-70 ℃, and the drying is completed until the water content in the tuckahoe powder is less than or equal to 10%, thus obtaining the tuckahoe powder.

The composition for treating and preventing arthritis according to claim 1, comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20 parts of cucumber seed powder, 10 parts of ossein peptide powder, 9 parts of poria cocos powder, 6 parts of inulin, 7 parts of polydextrose powder, 4 parts of konjac powder, 0.3 part of aspartic acid chelated calcium powder, 4 parts of oat powder, 0.3 part of red date essence and 0.1 part of sucralose.
3. The composition for the treatment and prevention of arthritis according to claim 1 or 2, wherein said collagen peptide is bovine collagen peptide or porcine collagen peptide.
