Description

Medical hand-cranking type leg rehabilitation equipment
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of medical rehabilitation equipment, and relates to medical hand-cranking type leg rehabilitation equipment.
Background
Recovery is generally performed in four stages after leg surgery:
in the first period: in the early stage of rehabilitation training, namely 1-2 weeks after injury, the injured limb is swollen and painful, the broken end of the fracture is unstable, and the injured limb is easy to displace again. Therefore, the main purpose of functional exercise is to promote blood circulation of the affected limb, to facilitate the subsidence of swelling and to stabilize the fracture. The patient can perform isometric contraction of muscles of quadriceps muscles of injured limbs, namely, rhythmic contraction and relaxation of the muscles, namely, the normal tightening and loosening, on the premise of keeping the joints still, and the muscular atrophy or adhesion can be prevented through isometric contraction of the muscles. The medicine is taken 4-5 times a day, and each time is about 5 minutes, so that the patient does not feel tired in legs. In combination with the active dorsal extension and plantar flexion of the ankle joint of the affected limb, the family members can massage the sole of the affected foot. The above movements do not interfere with the fixation of the fracture, do not facilitate the healing of the fracture, and especially do not do the internal and external rotation of the lower limbs. In this period of rehabilitation training, the upper and lower joints should not move except for the fracture in principle, and other parts of the body should move normally. The force should be gradual and violence cannot be used. In addition, patients and family members pay special attention to observe the swelling condition of the affected limb and the blood circulation condition of the affected limb periphery, such as the condition of persistent swelling and pain of the lower leg, numbness, coolness and pallor of toes, severe pain of the passively moving toes and the like, and need to find a doctor to perform appropriate treatment in time, which is tens of millions of people who cannot feel like tigers. And in the second stage, in the middle stage of rehabilitation training, namely 2-4 weeks after injury, the patient needs to go to a hospital for rechecking in addition to continuously doing the functional exercises, and the movement of the unfixed joint at the proximal end and the distal end of the fracture and the movement of the upper joint and the lower joint at the fracture part are gradually recovered according to the rechecking result so as to prevent the mobility of the joint adjacent to the joint from being reduced. The conditional patients can go to the hospital regularly and perform functional exercise with physical therapy under the guidance of the rehabilitation teacher. The rehabilitation training in this stage is carried out on the premise that the patient needs to go to a hospital for reexamination, and the external fixator (plaster or brace) is removed in due time according to the opinion of the attending physician to carry out the next rehabilitation training. For example, in the case of severe comminuted unstable fracture or multiple fracture, the rehabilitation training time without load bearing period should be properly prolonged according to the clinical X-ray radiography condition.
And in the third period, namely 5-6 weeks after the injury, the X-ray film is required to be reviewed, the range and the force of the movement can be further expanded according to the X-ray result, the active joint flexion and extension movement is gradually increased from one joint to a plurality of joints, the muscular atrophy is prevented, and the joint stiffness is avoided. According to the condition of fracture, the patient can hold the double-crutch lower bed to move, particularly the knee joint and the hip joint on the affected side, but the injured limb is strictly prevented from bearing load.
In the fourth stage, in the later stage of rehabilitation training, the fracture has already reached clinical healing or has been removed for external fixation, bony callus has formed at the time, X-ray examination has been developed, and the skeleton has a certain supporting force, but most of the bones have dysfunction such as joint mobility reduction and muscular atrophy of adjacent joints. The aim of the rehabilitation at this stage is to recover the joint mobility of the affected joint, strengthen the muscle strength and recover the limb function. The rehabilitation training is mainly started by the active movement and the weight-bearing exercise of the injured joints, so that the joints can be quickly restored to the normal movement range and the normal strength of the limbs. The rehabilitation can be carried out in the recovery period and simultaneously the physical therapy, gait training and the like can be matched. In a word, the aim of rehabilitation is to promote the recovery of the body function after fracture and prevent the occurrence of complications and secondary symptoms through targeted training. The principle of rehabilitation is progressive, with primary initiative and secondary complement. Gradual progression means that the amount and the amplitude of each activity gradually increase from small to large and from weak to strong; active as active and passive as auxiliary means that the muscle activity training of each joint is mainly that the patient stretches and bends, and is assisted by other people.
In the shank of fourth phase resumes the in-process, the fracture has reached clinical healing or has got rid of the external fixation, the skeleton has had certain support and has dug the supporting power, resume this moment and need the activity of the key small range of shank, activity patient shank is because articular joint activity degree descends in earlier stage, dysfunction such as muscular atrophy, make the patient can not oneself carry out limbs function recovery activity, need the manual auxiliary patient of medical personnel to resume, medical personnel can make medical personnel's arm ache for patient's activity shank for a long time, and it is relatively more time to occupy medical personnel, consequently need a patient can oneself carry out the medical treatment of shank recovery usefulness with rocking type shank rehabilitation equipment urgently.
