Claims (5)
1. A double-stage wheel type crop cleaning machine comprises a cleaning tank, a bar-shaped brush, a driving mechanism and a rack, wherein the cleaning tank and the driving mechanism are arranged on the rack; the cleaning machine mainly comprises a cleaning tank, a first rotating wheel (2), a second rotating wheel (6), a scraping plate (1), a bar-shaped brush (3) and a frame, wherein, the cleaning tank is provided with a first filter plate (21), a clapboard (18) and a second filter plate (16), the first filter plate (21) and the second filter plate (16) are semicircular bent plates with the same structure, silt filter holes are densely distributed on the semicircular curved plate, the partition plate (18) is separated between the first filter plate (21) and the second filter plate (16) in a manner that the lower part of the partition plate is left empty, the space above the first filter plate (21) forms a first cleaning area (4), the space below the first filter plate (21) forms a first dirt collecting area (20), the space above the second filter plate (16) forms a second cleaning area (7), the space below the second filter plate (16) forms a second dirt collecting area (17), and the second dirt collecting area (17) is communicated with the first dirt collecting area (20) through the space below the partition plate (18); the first rotating wheel (2) is arranged in a first cleaning area (4), the second rotating wheel (6) is arranged in a second cleaning area (7), a plurality of rod-shaped brushes are arranged on the first rotating wheel (2) and the second rotating wheel (6), and a plurality of scrapers are respectively arranged on the outer wheel discs of the first rotating wheel (2) and the second rotating wheel (6) in an annular array mode; the first rotating wheel (2) and the second rotating wheel (6) are rotating wheels with the same structure and are composed of an outer wheel disc, an inner wheel disc and a connecting arm, the connecting arm is connected between the outer wheel disc and the inner wheel disc to form an integrated structure, a shaft hole used for being installed on a wheel shaft is formed in the center of the inner wheel disc, installing holes for installing bar-shaped brushes (3) are distributed in the outer wheel disc and the connecting arm according to different radiuses, the installing holes of the scrapers (1) are arrayed on the outer wheel disc in an annular mode, and the bar-shaped brushes (3) and the scrapers (1) are perpendicular to the plane of the rotating wheels; a feed inlet (24) is arranged on one side of the first cleaning area (4), and a discharge outlet (9) is arranged on one side of the second cleaning area (7); when the machine works, the driving mechanism drives the first rotating wheel (2) and the second rotating wheel (6) to rotate through the wheel shaft, the rod-shaped brushes (3) and the scraping plates (1) which are arranged on the first rotating wheel (2) and the second rotating wheel (6) circularly perform arc motion, and the root crops are stirred and scrubbed.
2. The dual stage wheel crop washer of claim 1 wherein the first (20) and second (17) dirt collection areas have sloped bottom surfaces with a dirt discharge opening (19) downstream of the sloped bottom surfaces.
3. The dual stage wheel crop washer of claim 1 wherein the washer tank is accessed by a water inlet port (5) and the working water flows in a circular pattern through the root crops in the first (4) and second (7) washing zones.

The double-stage wheel type crop cleaning machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein a discharge tank (13) is arranged outside the discharge port (9) of the second cleaning area (7), a discharge machine (12) is obliquely arranged in the discharge tank (13), the discharge port (9) of the second cleaning area (7) extends to the position above the receiving port of the discharge machine (12), and a floating object collecting port (10) and a floating object baffle plate (11) are arranged between the discharge port (9) and the discharge machine (12).

The double-stage wheeled crop washer as defined in claim 1, wherein the driving mechanism is composed of a reduction motor (27), a driving gear (26), a first driven gear (25), an inverted gear (28), a second driven gear (29), a first wheel shaft (32) and a second wheel shaft (31), the driving gear (26) is mounted on a rotating shaft of the reduction motor (27), the first driven gear (25) is mounted on the first wheel shaft (32), the first wheel shaft (32) is a wheel shaft of the first wheel (2), the second driven gear (29) is mounted on the second wheel shaft (31), the second wheel shaft (31) is a wheel shaft of the second wheel (6), the inverted gear (28), the first wheel shaft (32) and the second wheel shaft (31) are respectively mounted on the frame through bearing seats, the driving gear (26) is respectively engaged with the first driven gear (25) and the inverted gear (28), the counter gear (28) meshes with a second driven gear (29).
