Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及具有组合的抗微生物活性和对盐水结晶的抑制活性的水悬浮液形式的涂料组合物配制物,该组合物基于氧化锌微米棒和/或纳米棒和至少一种多元羧酸,还涉及该涂料组合物用于处理各种表面的应用及其制备方法。本发明的组合物特别适用于材料耐久性,特别是对于多孔材料,例如石膏、灰泥、凝灰岩、混凝土、木材等。
背景技术
已知的盐水结晶抑制剂属于多元羧酸类,特别是磷酸柠檬酸(AFC),其可以抑制和/或阻止盐晶体在使用它们的材料的多孔网络内生长,从而减少来自结晶压力的结构损坏。然而,因为它们刺激细菌生长,使用多羧酸溶液,特别是磷酸柠檬酸(AFC)是不利的。事实上,溶液形式的磷酸柠檬酸为细菌提供能量产生(ATP)的重要前体,同时,它的存在仅产生微酸性pH,这不足以抑制细菌增殖。与盐晶体的形成相同,结构或图案表面上的微生物生长也是不希望的,因为微生物通常造成污渍、难闻的气味和表面降解。除真菌外,通常在这些表面上增殖的微生物类型主要是葡萄球菌、放线菌和假单胞菌属的细菌。特别地,葡萄球菌是革兰氏阳性球菌,其在自然界中广泛分散。它们存在于地板灰尘、墙壁和各种制成品上。此外,放线菌,好氧革兰氏阳性,主要是形态上类似于丝状霉菌的腐生菌,也会引起同样的问题。在革兰氏阴性细菌中,最常见的是铜绿假单胞菌,其可以在所有潮湿环境中遇到,并且由于其适度的营养需求而具有高适应能力的特征。
盐水结晶损坏被认为是建筑材料降解的主要原因之一,并且在历史建筑和考古遗址中尤其相关。盐水结晶降解通常被认为是一个取决于大气温度和湿度的过程,导致多孔材料表面上存在盐晶体(风化),这些盐晶体通常高度可见和延伸,或由于沉积在材料孔隙中的盐晶体的生长(亚风化或加密风化)而引起各种机械应力,这可能危及建筑物的结构安全性并导致表面材料的扩散损失,例如剥落和分离。通常没有合适的预防或缓解策略,主要是因为通常不可能去除盐源和/或控制微气候环境。通常,常用的预防或缓解方法是脱盐方法,包括:用水洗涤和通过使用高吸收性材料如粘土或纤维素纸浆而施加表面活性剂包;用例如氢氟酸进行化学清洗;用钡化合物萃取盐;电迁移;真空抽气或用加压水;产生化学屏障和使用一系列固化剂和表面涂层,例如钝化材料表面的聚合物防水剂。
到目前为止,研究中最具代表性的减轻和/或阻止建筑材料中结晶压力造成的损害的化学添加剂属于碱性亚铁氰化物(亚铁氰化钾或亚铁氰化钠)、表面活性剂(十二烷基硫酸钠和十六烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵)和含磷物质(二亚乙基三胺五(甲基膦酸)和磷酸柠檬酸)。
关于使用结晶抑制剂来控制由建筑材料的毛细管网络内产生的结晶压力引起的损害的专利文献是缺乏的。
中国专利CN101921135B描述了一种通过使用高浓度(0.2-0.5M)的亚铁氰化钾和氨基三亚甲基膦酸分别作为碱金属氯化物和碱金属硫酸盐的抑制剂来对石材进行脱盐的方法。
另一方面,中国专利CN101177351描述了一种通过用pH=7.5的流体处理除去盐的方法,所述流体通过可渗透盐的基质负载在纤维素缓冲垫上。该方法需要相当复杂的体系以从多孔表面除去盐并清洁多孔表面,并且即使可接受,其效力还要取决于处理时间和环境条件,并且是昂贵的。
一般而言,涉及结晶抑制剂或脱盐作用的用途的专利文献涉及用于净化来自海水并用于建筑物的材料(例如海洋砂的用途)的应用、在医学领域(例如,结石处理)、污水处理、石油装置、油、脂肪和杀虫剂中的应用。因此,它们涉及与本发明的应用范围相去甚远的技术领域。
专利US4753652、DE102005018887、US20080194042和US1989-321249涉及基于磷酸柠檬酸(AFC)或其盐(磷酸柠檬酸盐)的产品,其可用作医疗领域中的抗钙化剂。
美国专利US5503840涉及抗微生物粉末的配方,其基本上基于下列金属氧化物中的至少一种:二氧化钛、氧化锌或硫酸钡,然后用银覆盖,在某些情况下还用铜衍生物覆盖。氧化锌的粒径为0.1μm至3μm。特别地,该组合物基于涂覆的氧化物颗粒。在氧化锌的情况下,这些颗粒在有机溶剂中被银、二氧化硅、氧化铝覆盖。
专利CN103054129涉及具有抗微生物性质的氧化锌纳米颗粒的制备,所述氧化锌纳米颗粒的尺寸在8nm至150nm的范围内。这些颗粒通过在高温(250~600℃)下的水热处理得到,用于食品工业领域,特别是作为基于果汁的饮料的添加剂。
专利JPH 09263466涉及一种钛基产品,其可含有氧化锌或其他金属氧化物。这种产品可以直接涂覆或喷涂到表面并具有抗微生物活性。
国际专利申请WO2014/209222涉及基于吡啶硫酮锌(IUPAC名称:双(2-吡啶硫基)锌1,1'-二氧化物)和尺寸在15μm和20μm之间的氧化锌颗粒的悬浮液(通常是含水的)的抗微生物和抗病毒涂层的配方。该配方主要用于建筑/墙壁领域,以清漆的形式作为具有抗微生物和抗病毒活性的涂层。
美国专利申请US2011/0070275A1涉及含有吡啶硫酮锌(IUPAC名称:双(2-吡啶硫基)锌1,1'-二氧化物)和ZnO复合物的通常为水基的配制物,用于去头屑洗发水,也用于船体涂料。
专利US5518774涉及用于涂料和清漆的水基配制物,其对其施加的基材提供“罐内”保藏以及抗微生物效力的组合。该组合物通常含有水、基础介质(例如清漆中使用的聚合物胶乳)、锌化合物(例如ZnO)和吡啶硫酮盐(通常是命名为N-氧化物-2-硫醇吡啶钠盐的吡啶硫酮钠)。
专利CN102119127涉及水悬浮液或粉末形式的氧化锌纳米颗粒的制备及其在化妆品制剂中作为塑料、清漆、涂料的稳定剂和作为抗微生物活性剂的用途。这些颗粒的平均直径为2-500nm。
从本文引用的专利文献中已知,氧化锌微米颗粒和纳米颗粒具有抗微生物活性,而已知的盐水结晶抑制剂具有环境污染(亚铁氰化物)和对人类和地球/水生环境的毒性(膦酸盐)。此外,传统的脱盐技术有时无效和/或太昂贵,因为它们不适合长期保存和处理大表面。
发明目的
由于现有技术中的这些原因,需要能够有效地用于防止由多孔材料内的结晶引起的损害的新涂料组合物,特别是具有盐水结晶抑制活性和抗微生物活性的涂料组合物,它们在低浓度下具有活性,对环境和人类无毒。
由于上述原因,需要优化具有抗微生物活性和对盐水结晶的抑制活性的组合的涂料组合物。本发明的另一个目的是提供一种制备这种组合物的方法,该方法简单而廉价。这些目的通过权利要求1的组合物和权利要求6中限定的方法实现。
发明内容
根据本发明的涂料组合物是基于多元羧酸和氧化锌微米棒和/或纳米棒的水悬浮液。用于本发明组合物中的多元羧酸有利地选自磷酸柠檬酸。
优选地,本发明的涂料组合物包含在磷酸柠檬酸水溶液中浓度为50μg/ml-20mg/ml的氧化锌(ZnO)微米棒和/或0.1μg/ml-2mg/ml的氧化锌(ZnO)纳米棒,磷酸柠檬酸的浓度在10-10M到103M之间。
更优选地,所述组合物包括在磷酸柠檬酸(AFC)水溶液中的浓度为100μg/ml至10mg/ml的氧化锌微米棒和/或0.5μg/ml至1mg/ml的氧化锌纳米棒,所述磷酸柠檬酸水溶液含有浓度在10-6M和10-3M之间的磷酸柠檬酸。
在本发明的组合物中,ZnO微米棒的尺寸为直径100nm-1μm,长度μm-10μm,优选直径为200nm-500nm,长度为2μm-5μm,其中ZnO纳米棒的直径为15nm-100nm,长度为100nm-5μm,优选直径为25nm-70nm,长度为300nm至3μm。
优选地,根据本发明用于制备涂料组合物的微米棒(micro-stick)和纳米棒(nano-stick)是文献中称为“微米棒(microrod)”和“纳米棒(nanorod)”的微米棒和纳米棒。
此外,本发明涉及制备上述涂料组合物的方法。该方法包括将氧化锌微米棒和/或氧化锌纳米棒的粉末分散在含有多元羧酸的水溶液中来制备悬浮液。优选地,所述多元羧酸是磷酸柠檬酸。
根据本发明,制备水悬浮液形式的涂料组合物的优选方法是通过分散5mg-2g氧化锌微米棒和/或10μg-200mg氧化锌纳米棒到100ml含有磷酸柠檬酸的水溶液中得到,磷酸柠檬酸的浓度在10-10M-103M之间。
根据本发明的组合物的每种组分的所有指定量是相对于涂料组合物的悬浮液总重量而言。
在本发明的变化形式中,含有磷酸柠檬酸的水溶液可根据文献中报道的已知合成方法制备:W.P.Tew,C.M ahle,J.Benavides,J.E.Howard,A.L.Lehninger,Synthesis andCharacterization of Phosphocitric Acid,aPotent Inhibitor ofHydroxylapatiteCrystalGrowth,Biochem istry 1980,19,1983-1988.这种方法可以得到浓度在1M至1.5M之间的高浓度磷酸柠檬酸水溶液,用蒸馏水稀释,得到所需浓度的溶液。
根据本发明的制备涂料组合物的方法可以在4-20℃,优选10-20℃的温度下进行。该方法可包括任选的超声处理和离心步骤,以避免进一步沉降并产生均匀的悬浮液。
此外,本发明涉及用于制备ZnO微米棒的方法,特别是水热合成方法。这种过程简单且廉价,包括以下基本步骤:
a)制备至少一种锌盐在有机溶剂中的均相生长溶液,
b)将在上述步骤a)中得到的均相溶液保持在预热炉中,温度在100℃-500℃之间,优选在200℃-400℃之间,保持足以形成ZnO微米棒的一段时间,和
c)任选地纯化、过滤和干燥在上述步骤b)中得到的产物。
用于制备ZnO微米棒的水热合成的步骤a)优选在室温下进行直至得到均相溶液。
在本发明方法的步骤b)中足以形成ZnO微米棒的时间有利地包括2小时-36小时,优选8小时-18小时。制备ZnO微米棒的方法的步骤c)包括本领域技术人员公知的任选方法。
用于制备ZnO微米棒的方法的步骤a)中的锌盐可以选自例如硝酸锌六水合物或乙酸锌二水合物。类似地,根据本发明的水热合成的步骤a)中使用的有机溶剂可以选自例如六亚甲基四胺或具有类似性质的其他胺溶剂。
另外,本发明涉及一种通过热分解制备ZnO纳米棒的方法,包括以下步骤:
a)使至少一种锌盐与铝接触;
b)将步骤a)中得到的产品放入密封的钢容器中,和
c)将步骤b)中制备的所述钢容器放入温度在100℃-500℃之间的热炉中,并将其在热炉中保持足以形成ZnO纳米棒的时间。
在根据本发明的热分解的步骤a)中,可以将至少一种锌盐以任何方式与铝接触,例如,可以将锌盐(或多种锌盐)置于两片铝箔之间或用铝箔包裹。与锌盐接触的铝的存在是必要的,有助于纳米结构的生长。因此,对于根据本发明的制备ZnO纳米棒的方法,使至少一种锌盐与铝接触的方式没有限制。
在根据本发明的用于制备氧化锌纳米棒的热分解的步骤c)中,将含有锌盐和铝的钢容器保持在热炉中2小时-36小时的时间段。
根据本发明的涂料组合物对金属和碱土金属盐具有特别的活性,并且在源自碳酸盐、二氧化硅和纤维素的多孔基质(大孔,中孔和微孔)上具有活性。
本发明涂料组合物的主要优点是其生态相容性和在基材上的简单涂布。可以使用涉及涂料的技术领域的技术人员已知的技术将组合物施加到不同的基材上。本发明组合物的一些非限制性的施用实例和方法是旋涂、浸涂和喷涂。
本发明提供一种涂料组合物,其对盐水结晶具有高抑制能力并具有显著的抗微生物能力。
根据本发明的涂料组合物具有几个其他优点,例如:
-它是生态相容的,因为它可溶于水和/或醇(根据挥发性有机化合物的排放控制和使用过程中的安全性);
-它是非侵入性的;
-它的生产成本低;
-它可以通过已知方法容易地应用于不同的基材上,并且
-它在低浓度下有效。
根据本发明的涂料组合物有利地适用于建筑业领域。其他主要应用领域是船舶产品和材料、路面维护和文化遗产保护。

具体实施方式
实施例1基于磷酸柠檬酸(AFC)的水溶液的制备
根据已知文献中报道的合成方法,以高浓度水溶液(1-1.5M)的形式得到AFC:W.P.Tew,C.M ahle,J.Benavides,J.E.Howard,A.L.Lehninger,Synthesis andCharacterization of PhosphocitricAcid,a Potent Inhibitor of HydroxylapatiteCrysta lGrowth,Biochem istry 1980,19,1983-1988。该方法主要包括以下步骤:
-在吡啶存在下,使等摩尔比的邻亚苯基氯代磷酸酯和浓度为10-3M的柠檬酸三乙酯反应,并用甲苯作溶剂,形成受保护的柠檬酸三乙酯的邻亚苯基磷酸酯;
-通过H2/PtO2体系催化还原除去亚苯基保护基团,在该公开中报道的环境压力下进行;
-在NaOH/CaCl2存在下,在4℃的温度下除去乙基保护基团;
-通过过滤分离在前一步骤中水解除去保护基团后得到的钙盐;并用DEAE-纤维素纯化得到磷酸柠檬酸根阴离子和
-在Dowex强阳离子交换树脂上处理后者。
通过应用W.P.Tew等描述的方法直接得到的AFC水溶液(1-1.5M),用蒸馏水稀释,得到浓度在10-3-10-6M范围内的溶液。
实施例2ZnO微米棒的制备
通过简单且经济的有利的水热技术制备ZnO微米棒。该方法通常包括下述的步骤:
-在Pyrex烧杯中制备由等摩尔比例的硝酸锌六水合物和六亚甲基四胺组成的水基生长溶液,其通过在室温下以500rpm磁力搅拌30分钟溶解在去离子水中,直至得到均相溶液;
-将含有生长溶液的烧杯转移到温度约为300℃的热炉中,并将烧杯保持在热炉中至少3小时;
-用去离子水a.r.替换生长溶液并在浴中超声处理以移动粘在烧杯底部(在生长过程中作为基底)的由ZnO微米棒构成的白色沉积物;
-将超声处理后得到的悬浮液在由纳米多孔氧化铝膜构成的过滤器上过滤;
-将滤出物在120℃的炉中干燥。
通过从多孔氧化铝膜上移出过滤的沉积物来得到ZnO微米棒。
实施例3ZnO纳米棒的制备
通过采用热分解工艺生产ZnO纳米棒。首先将作为合成前体的乙酸锌二水合物置于两片铝箔之间,然后将其放入密封的钢容器中。然后将如此制备的钢容器放入预热的马弗炉中并在300℃下保持12小时。由此,在聚集形式的多孔箔中得到ZnO纳米棒。
实施例4基于含有ZnO微米棒的磷酸柠檬酸(AFC)的水悬浮液的制备
将如实施例2中所述得到的ZnO微米棒(微米棒)的粉末分散在如实施例1中所述制备的含有磷酸柠檬酸的水溶液中。通过热低温恒温器将悬浮液的温度保持在10℃和20℃之间,优选在15℃,如此将得到的分散体进行超声振幅为70%的超声处理,持续时间等于20分钟(处理器以1秒开-1秒关的脉冲周期的活跃时间)。
在超声处理结束时,将得到的悬浮液快速转移到50m l离心管中,以避免进一步沉淀。

将如实施例3中所述得到的ZnO纳米棒的粉末分散在如实施例1中所述制备的含有磷酸柠檬酸的水溶液中。如此得到的分散体的超声条件对应于实施例4中用于制备基于AFC和ZnO微米棒的水悬浮液的超声条件。
在超声处理结束时,将得到的悬浮液快速转移到50ml离心管中,以避免进一步沉淀。如此得到的产物在下述测试中用作涂料组合物。
抗菌和抗盐水活性测试
根据本发明的组合物在以下三种条件下显示出对所有被分析的微生物特别有效:
1)以直接施加在建筑材料(例如砖)上的生物膜的形式:用如实施例4中所述得到的悬浮液形式的涂料组合物处理基材,然后用不同的细菌物种污染。验证了处理的抗菌和抗盐水效率;
2)在水悬浮液中:将如实施例4中所述得到的根据本发明的悬浮液形式的涂料组合物用不同的细菌物种污染。验证了处理的抗微生物和抗盐水效率。
3)在保质期测试中:评估了如实施例4和5中所述得到的涂料组合物的抗微生物能力的保留随时间的变化。
砖基材上的抗菌试验
将如实施例4中所述得到的涂料组合物施加到商业类型的建筑砖上。
之后,用两种不同类型的细菌污染所述处理过的砖表面:革兰氏阳性细菌,具体是金黄色葡萄球菌,和革兰氏阴性细菌,具体是铜绿假单胞菌。
为此目的,将细菌的水悬浮液施加到未处理的材料和用如实施例1中所述得到的只含有磷酸柠檬酸的溶液和如实施例4和5中所述得到的本发明的涂料组合物处理的材料上。然后将接种的材料在环境温度和湿度下温育一段确定的时间。此后,将样品浸入缓冲体系中,然后搅拌以除去存活的微生物。这些测试是根据经ISO22196规定修改的OECD指南进行的,以评估多孔和无孔材料的抗菌处理效率。然后通过采用已知的测定菌落形成单位(%CFU)的标准技术,确定所得悬浮液中存在的菌落形成单位数。未经处理的砖上的单一细菌物种的存活率被评估为100%CFU(P值<0.05),经处理的砖上得到的存活率随后与之相关,如图1所示。对于含有本发明的ZnO微米和/或纳米棒悬浮液的涂料组合物,可以确切地看到显著的抗微生物效果。
砖基材上的抗盐水试验
通过在环境条件下进行的结晶实验评估了如实施例4中所述得到的本发明涂料组合物的抑制效率。通过该试验得到的结果显示在图2中,其中从每单位表面S(cm2)样品蒸发的水的重量损失值(以克表示)(ΔW)被报告为时间的函数(以小时表示)。相对于Na2SO4结晶,所得到的结果显示了本发明的涂料组合物与未处理的样品和用如实施例1中所述得到的磷酸柠檬酸水溶液处理的样品相比的效率。
本发明的涂料组合物的行为与磷酸柠檬酸的抑制活性相同且不受影响,因此突出显示了ZnO微米棒的存在不影响AFC的盐水抗结晶效率。
用本发明的涂料组合物处理的多孔基材的显微镜分析(FE-SEM)
通过场发射扫描电子显微镜(FE-SEM)分析,评估了在用如实施例4中所述制备的涂料组合物处理的砖表面上得到的涂层。为此目的,样品上覆盖了薄铬层,以避免在显微镜分析过程中产生静电荷。FE-SEM分析的结果报告在图3和4中,显示了用如实施例4中所述得到的涂料组合物处理的样品的切割表面的FE-SEM图像,其中可以看到ZnO微米棒在砖材料的多孔结构中的渗透。
水悬浮液中的抗菌试验
将细菌水悬浮液(铜绿假单胞菌或金黄色葡萄球菌)接种到单独的磷酸柠檬酸(AFC)溶液中和如实施例4中所述得到的本发明的涂料组合物中。将所有样品在环境温度和湿度条件下温育一段确定的时间。此后,将样品适当稀释并涂布在固体培养基上,通过测定菌落形成单位(%CFU)来估计存活细菌。单个细菌物种在含有AFC的悬浮液中的存活率被评估为100%CFU,然后将由本发明的涂料组合物产生的存活率与之相关联。得到的结果报告在图5的直方图上,表示两种细菌(铜绿假单胞菌(1)和金黄色葡萄球菌(2))的菌落形成单位(%CFU),在每种情况下使用磷酸柠檬酸(AFC)溶液和如实施例4中所述得到的涂料组合物(AFC+M R)。通过将AFC(1)的悬浮液得到的值认定为100%(P值<0.05)来报告每种产物(1,2和3)的微生物负荷。可以观察到如实施例4中所述得到的本发明的涂料组合物(AFC+MR)的高抗微生物效果,特别是在革兰氏阳性细菌,即金黄色葡萄球菌的情况下,其中细菌死亡率是100%CFU,即得到了对这种细菌生长的完全抑制。
保质期测试
与实施例1中所述得到的AFC溶液相比,对如实施例4和5中所述得到的根据本发明的涂料组合物进行了短时间和长时间的的保质期测试,以验证产品的储存稳定性。
通过监测悬浮液的微生物负荷最多进行30天的保质期测试。在此期间,即使本发明的涂料组合物未经无菌条件而制备,并且在环境温度和湿度条件下保持,ZnO微米棒(ZnO-M R)和ZnO纳米棒(ZnO-NR)保持其抗菌性能并抑制细菌和真菌的增殖。
作为实例,图6以直方图形式表示在0天和30天分析的不同水悬浮液中存在的微生物的平板生长所得到的结果。其中存在ZnO微米棒(2)的本发明涂料组合物的抗真菌效果是明显的,而在ZnO纳米棒(3)的情况下,抗微生物效果是明显的。微生物质量和不同悬浮液的量的差异是由于环境和时间的变化,以及在制备所有组合物时的非无菌性。图6报告了相对微生物负荷(RM L)的数据,对于如实施例4中所述得到的涂料组合物(2),和对于实施例5中所述得到的涂料组合物(3),其是相对于如实施例1中所述得到的磷酸柠檬酸(AFC)溶液(1)检测的总细菌负荷计算的。用T0描述的直方图的垂直棒是指在试验开始时,即在用产品(1)、(2)和(3)接种板的时刻的相对微生物负荷值,因此,T0值在直方图中描绘为相对微生物负荷的值1(P值<0.05)。描绘为T30的垂直棒指的是相对于描绘为T0的值,从接种后30天检测到的总细菌负荷值计算的相对微生物负荷值。
用本发明的涂料组合物进行的测试表明使用磷酸柠檬酸(AFC)、ZnO微米棒和/或ZnO纳米棒的组合可以得到具有高抗微生物活性和抗盐水活性的多孔材料用涂料组合物。
Claims (12)
1.一种具有抗微生物活性和抗盐水活性的涂料组合物,其为水悬浮液形式,其特征在于包含氧化锌ZnO的微米棒和/或纳米棒以及多元羧酸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述多元羧酸是磷酸柠檬酸。
3.根据权利要求2所述的涂料组合物,其特征在于,包含50μg/ml至20mg/ml的ZnO微米棒和0.1μg/ml至2mg/ml的ZnO纳米棒和浓度在10-10M和103M之间的磷酸柠檬酸的水溶液。
4.根据权利要求1所述的涂料组合物,其特征在于,所述ZnO微米棒的直径为100nm至1μm,长度为1μm至10μm,而所述ZnO纳米棒的直径为15nm至100nm,长度为100nm至5μm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的涂料组合物,其特征在于,所述ZnO微米和纳米颗粒是ZnO微米棒和纳米棒。
6.制备根据权利要求1所述的涂料组合物的方法,其特征在于通过将氧化锌微米棒和/或氧化锌纳米棒分散在含有多元羧酸的水溶液中制备水悬浮液。
7.根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于所述多元羧酸是磷酸柠檬酸。
8.根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,将5mg至2g的ZnO微米棒和/或10μg至200mg的ZnO纳米棒分散在100ml的浓度为10-10M-103M的磷酸柠檬酸的水溶液中。
9.根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于所述微米棒和/或纳米棒在磷酸柠檬酸水溶液中的分散在4-20℃的温度下进行。
10.根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述ZnO微粒为ZnO微米棒,所述ZnO纳米颗粒为ZnO纳米棒。
11.根据权利要求1所述的组合物用于多孔和无孔材料的抗微生物处理的用途。
12.根据权利要求1的组合物作为多孔和无孔材料表面上盐结晶抑制剂的用途。
