the power cable anti-theft alarm device controls the communication module to send the abnormal information including the abnormal information that a cable branch box or a door of an electric room is opened and monitored by the monitoring module, the abnormal information that the available electric quantity of the power supply module detected by the monitoring module is less than a preset threshold value to the monitoring background through the processor, controls the communication module to send alarm information triggered by the alarm to the monitoring background through the processor, and controls the communication module to send the information that the mobile terminal is communicated on line to the monitoring background through the processor;
