Please refer to fig. 5, which is a schematic diagram illustrating an operating environment of the self-help enrollment processing system 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention.
In the present embodiment, the self-enrollment processing system 10 is installed and operated in the electronic apparatus 1. The electronic device 1 may be a desktop computer, a notebook, a palm computer, a server, or other computing equipment. The memory 11 may also be an external storage device of the electronic apparatus 1 in other embodiments, such as a plug-in hard disk provided on the electronic apparatus 1, a Smart Media Card (SMC), a Secure Digital (SD) Card, a Flash memory Card (Flash Card), and the like. Further, the memory 11 may also include both an internal storage unit and an external storage device of the electronic apparatus 1. The memory 11 is used for storing application software installed in the electronic device 1 and various data, such as program codes of the self-service enrollment processing system 10. The memory 11 may also be used to temporarily store data that has been output or is to be output.

The user selects the next handling operation through the job entry handling item selection interface, a salary card printing request is generated and sent to the cabinet system when the user clicks a salary card printing option, and a material getting request is generated and sent to the cabinet system when the user clicks a material getting option.
And the printing processing module 103 is configured to perform job card printing processing when receiving a job card printing request generated by the user based on the entry transaction item selection interface, and store a job card printing record of the user after the job card printing of the user is completed.
When a user clicks a work card printing option on the entry transaction item selection interface, a work card printing request generated on the entry transaction item selection interface is sent to the cabinet system, the cabinet system enters a work card printing processing flow after receiving the work card printing request, and after the work card printing of the user is completed (namely printing is successful), the cabinet system stores the work card printing record of the user, namely the cabinet system records that the user has received the work card.
And the material management module 104 is used for randomly opening a cabinet door of a cell in which materials are stored for the user to receive the materials when receiving a material receiving request generated by the user based on the entry transaction item selection interface, and storing a material receiving record of the user.
And when the user selects and clicks the goods and materials getting option on the entry transaction item selection interface, generating a goods and materials getting request on the entry transaction item selection interface and sending the goods and materials getting request to the cabinet system, and after receiving the goods and materials getting request, the cabinet system enters into goods and materials getting processing. The cabinet system randomly selects a cell for storing materials, and controls the electronic lock of the cabinet door of the cell to open so as to open the cell and allow a user to receive the materials in the cell; after the user takes out the materials in the cell and closes the cabinet door of the cell, the cabinet system confirms that the user takes out the materials, the cabinet records the materials taking record of the user, and the material labels in the cell are stored in association with the user.
And the feedback module 105 is used for sending the work card printing record and the material getting record to the asset management system and the human resource system which are in communication connection in real time.
After each user finishes the job entry transaction, the cabinet system sends the paycard response record and the material getting record of the user to the asset management system and the human resource system which are in communication connection with each other, so that the material management system can manage the destination of materials, and the human resource system can timely know the job entry condition of the staff waiting for job entry.
The technical scheme of this embodiment, through adopting self-service entry rack to accomplish the handling to a series of flows of entering into the work such as staff user's authentication, worker's card is printed, goods and materials are provided, compare in prior art, reduced the manpower resources that the staff consumes that enters the work by a wide margin to the flow of entering the work of staff can all accomplish in self-service entry rack department and handle, and the staff is more convenient to enter the work.

The first generating sub-module 1012 is configured to generate a certificate reading operation guidance interface and start the certificate identification module when a certificate verification request generated by a user based on the identity verification mode selection interface is received.

The storage of the cabinet system stores an information base of the staff to be entered, which contains basic attribute information (for example, staff names, departments for entering, positions, certificate information, telephone numbers, etc.) of all the staff to be entered. The second generating sub-module 1014 is configured to generate an input interface including a mobile phone number input field and a short message verification code input field when receiving a short message verification code verification request generated by the user based on the identity verification mode selection interface.
When a user selects a short message verification code verification option on the identity verification mode selection interface, a short message verification code verification request is generated on the identity verification mode selection interface and sent to the cabinet system, when the cabinet system receives the short message verification code verification request, an input interface is generated on the touch operation screen, and the input interface comprises a mobile phone number receiving column and a short message verification code input column. The second searching sub-module 1015 is configured to, after receiving the mobile phone number and the short message verification code that are input by the user based on the input interface, search the staff to enter corresponding to the received mobile phone number in the staff to enter information base, and verify the received short message verification code after querying the corresponding staff to enter.
In the staff to be entered information base of the cabinet system, the basic attribute information of each staff to be entered comprises the mobile phone number of the staff to be entered. When the user inputs the mobile phone number and the short message verification code received by the user mobile phone terminal on the input interface and confirms, the cabinet system receives the mobile phone number and the short message verification code input by the user, the cabinet system searches the staff to be entered corresponding to the received mobile phone number in the staff to be entered information base, after finding the corresponding staff to be entered, the cabinet system further verifies the received short message verification code, namely compares the received short message verification code with the short message verification code which is newly sent to the received mobile phone number by the cabinet system, and after the short message verification codes are compared to be consistent, the user is confirmed to be the searched corresponding staff to be entered, namely the identity of the current user passes verification.
Referring to fig. 8, in the self-service entry processing system of the present embodiment, the print processing module 103 includes an acquisition sub-module 1031, a shooting sub-module 1032, a third generation sub-module 1033, a print sub-module 1034, and a recording sub-module 1035.

The shooting sub-module 1032 is used for starting the camera shooting equipment to shoot and displaying a shooting operation interface after receiving a confirmation instruction generated by the user based on the information checking interface;
the user clicks a confirmation icon of the information checking confirmation interface after the information checking confirmation, the information checking confirmation interface generates a confirmation instruction and sends the confirmation instruction to the cabinet system, and after the cabinet system receives the confirmation instruction, the camera equipment is controlled to start to shoot the head portrait of the staff, the shooting operation interface is displayed on the touch operation screen, so that the user can see the current shooting picture of the camera equipment through the shooting operation interface in real time, and the user can adjust the position of the user to determine the finally shot image.
A third generating sub-module 1033, configured to, after receiving a shooting confirmation instruction generated by the user based on the shooting operation interface, generate a work card of the user by using the shot image as a user head image, and generate a preview interface to show front and back effect diagrams of the work card of the user;
when a user clicks a confirmation icon on a shooting operation interface after the shooting head portrait finishes, the shooting operation interface generates a confirmation instruction and sends the confirmation instruction to the cabinet system, and after the cabinet system receives the confirmation instruction, the image shot by the user shooting equipment (namely the shot image confirmed by the user) is used as a user head portrait, a work card of the user is generated, and a preview interface is generated on a touch operation screen to display effect graphs of the front side and the back side of the work card of the user;
the print sub-module 1034, upon receiving a print request generated by the user based on the preview interface, controls the work card printing apparatus to print the work card of the user.
When a user clicks the print icon on the preview interface, the preview interface generates a print request and sends the print request to the cabinet system, and the cabinet system receives the print request and controls the work card printing equipment to work so as to print the work card of the user. The cabinet system can display prompt information on the touch display screen to prompt a user to take away the work card when the work card printing equipment finishes printing the work card.
And the record sub-module 1035 is used for saving the work card printing record of the user after the work card of the user is printed.
Referring to fig. 9, in the present embodiment, the self-service entry processing system further includes an unlocking module 106 and a deposit record module 107.
The unlocking module 106 is configured to, after receiving an unlocking instruction sent by a preset terminal device, acquire a cabinet door number in the unlocking instruction, and unlock an electronic lock of a cabinet door corresponding to the cabinet door number;

when receiving an enrollment transaction request generated by a user based on a touch operation screen, performing identity authentication processing on the user;
displaying an entry transaction item selection interface after the user identity verification passes, wherein the entry transaction item selection interface comprises a work card printing option and a material getting option;
when a work card printing request generated by a user based on the job entry transaction item selection interface is received, work card printing processing is carried out, and a work card printing record of the user is saved after the work card printing of the user is finished;
when receiving a material getting request generated by a user based on the job transaction item selection interface, randomly opening a cabinet door of a cell in which materials are stored for the user to get the materials, and storing material getting records of the user;
sending the work card printing record and the material getting record to an asset management system and a human resource system which are in communication connection in real time;
when a work card printing request generated by a user based on the job entry transaction item selection interface is received, the step of performing work card printing processing comprises the following steps: when a request of printing a work card generated by a user based on a touch operation screen is received, acquiring basic employee information of the user from an information base of staff to be entered, and generating an information check interface to display the acquired basic employee information; after a confirmation instruction generated by a user based on the information check interface is received, starting the camera equipment to shoot and displaying a shooting operation interface; after a shooting confirmation instruction generated by the user based on the shooting operation interface is received, the shot image is used as a head portrait of the user to generate a work card of the user, and a preview interface is generated to display a front effect image and a back effect image of the work card of the user; when a printing request generated by a user based on the preview interface is received, controlling the work card printing equipment to print the work card of the user;
when executed by the processor, the self-help entry processing system further implements the steps of: after an unlocking instruction sent by preset terminal equipment is received, acquiring a cabinet door number in the unlocking instruction, and unlocking an electronic lock of a cabinet door corresponding to the cabinet door number; and acquiring the material number scanned by the scanning equipment, and establishing a mapping relation between the acquired material number and the acquired cabinet door number for storage after the cabinet door corresponding to the cabinet door number is closed.
2. The electronic device according to claim 1, wherein the step of performing authentication processing on the user upon receiving an enrollment transaction request generated by the user based on the touch screen comprises:
displaying an identity verification mode selection interface when receiving an enrollment transaction request generated by a user based on a touch operation screen, wherein the identity verification mode selection interface comprises a certificate verification option and a short message verification code verification option;
when a certificate verification request generated by a user based on the identity verification mode selection interface is received, a certificate reading operation guide interface is generated and a certificate identification module is started;
after the certificate identification module identifies the certificate information of the user, searching the staff to be enrolled corresponding to the identified certificate information in a staff to be enrolled information base;
when a short message verification code verification request generated by a user based on the identity verification mode selection interface is received, generating an input interface comprising a mobile phone number input field and a short message verification code input field;
after receiving the mobile phone number and the short message verification code input by the user based on the input interface, searching the staff to enter corresponding to the received mobile phone number in the staff to enter information base, and verifying the received short message verification code after inquiring the corresponding staff to enter.
3. The electronic device of any of claims 1-2, wherein the self-enrollment processing system, when executed by the processor, further performs the steps of:

when a work card printing request generated by a user based on the job entry transaction item selection interface is received, the step of performing work card printing processing comprises the following steps: when a request of printing a work card generated by a user based on a touch operation screen is received, acquiring basic employee information of the user from an information base of staff to be entered, and generating an information check interface to display the acquired basic employee information; after receiving a confirmation instruction generated by the user on the basis of the information check interface, starting the camera equipment to shoot and displaying a shooting operation interface; after a shooting confirmation instruction generated by a user based on the shooting operation interface is received, the shot image is used as a head portrait of the user to generate a work card of the user, and a preview interface is generated to display a front effect image and a back effect image of the work card of the user; when a printing request generated by a user based on the preview interface is received, controlling the work card printing equipment to print the work card of the user;
