Description

Microwave oven weighing method and device and microwave oven
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of intelligent household appliances, in particular to a microwave oven weighing method and device and a microwave oven.
Background
The existing weighing scheme of the articles in the microwave oven mainly comprises the following two steps:
1. the weight sensor is added on the glass turntable base of the microwave oven, so that the weight value change on the glass turntable can be measured.
2. A weighing device is arranged on the microwave oven support legs, and one is arranged on each of three or four support legs.
For the first mode, due to the different internal structures of the microwave oven cavity, a glass turntable structure and a pure platform structure without a turntable exist. For a turntable-free structure, the first approach is not applicable.
For the second mode, the weight distribution is not balanced to four supporting feet in the use of the microwave oven, the gravity center is not in the right center of the whole oven when food is not placed, and the weight deviation can bring errors, so that the measurement result is inaccurate. Although the influence of the unbalance can be reduced by changing the layout of the support legs and using a plurality of sensors, the weight of the food is difficult to accurately measure because the error of the final weight measurement is the sum of the errors of the plurality of sensors, and the problem of inaccurate measurement results still exists.

Preferably, the device further comprises a base 107 connected to the weight sensor 103, and a reinforcing spacer 108 is disposed between the base 107 and the weight sensor 103, so as to ensure that the weight sensor 103 does not contact the base 107 after being deformed under pressure, and the measurement result is affected. The outer bottom surface of the base 107 may be a pure plane or a plane including a plurality of legs, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present invention, and the base 107 is mainly used for contacting with a platform in a use environment such as a desktop, and the base structure capable of achieving this function belongs to the protection scope of the present invention.
Preferably, the weight sensor 103 in the embodiment of the present invention is specifically a cantilever type weight sensor, and two ends of the type of sensor are respectively a fixed end and a bearing end. The fixed end is used for fixing the whole sensor and is connected with the base 107, and specifically, can be fixedly connected through a screw; the bearing ends are connected with the reinforcing brackets 1042. When the pressure on the load-bearing end changes, the weight sensor 103 outputs a corresponding analog electric signal, and the analog electric signal can be converted into a weight digital signal after passing through the amplifying and AD acquisition circuit. The calculation by software is finally called weight value.
The microwave oven weighing device can be integrated in a microwave oven, and a weight sensor of the microwave oven weighing device is electrically connected with a controller in the microwave oven main body.
A second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The embodiment of the invention provides a microwave oven weighing method, and a process for weighing articles in a microwave oven by using the method is shown in a figure 2, and comprises the following steps:
step 201, when detecting the suspected article placing operation, starting the weight sensor to acquire the total weight of the microwave oven main body and the contents;
in this step, when the following event occurs, it is determined that the suspected article placement operation has occurred:
1. the door of the microwave oven is detected to be open and/or closed. That is, it is considered that an article may be put in when the door of the microwave oven is opened or closed, or when the opening-before-closing operation occurs for a certain time.
2. A heating instruction is received. In the embodiment of the invention, the heating instruction can be an instruction for starting various heating functions or automatic cooking modes of the microwave oven, and can be any heating mode such as microwaves, light waves and the like. The instruction may be generated by a user operating a control panel of the microwave oven, by voice input, or by a client transmitting the instruction via a communication means.
3. The sensor in the microwave oven cavity detects that an article is put in. In the embodiment of the invention, a sensor can be added in the microwave oven cavity for sensing the obstacle, and the article is judged to be put in when the article appears in the heating area.
4. The weight sensor detects a weight change. In the embodiment of the invention, when the weight sensor is a cantilever type weight sensor, the weight change can be sensed, so that weighing is started.
Step 202, subtracting a preset microwave oven dead weight from the total weight to obtain the content weight;
the self weight of the microwave oven can be preset in a memory of the microwave oven, or an initial weight M1 can be measured as the self weight of the microwave oven by starting a weight sensor after power-on. The total weight M2 is measured when a suspected item-in operation is detected. It is determined whether M2 and M1 are the same, and the result of M2-M1 is taken as the content weight when the values are different. The value of the weight of the content is transmitted back to the controller (main control chip) for calculation.
The embodiment of the invention provides a microwave oven weighing method, a device and a microwave oven, wherein a weight sensor for measuring the total weight of the whole microwave oven body and contents is added below a bottom plate of the microwave oven body, the weight sensor of the microwave oven weighing device is electrically connected with a controller in the microwave oven body, when the operation of suspected articles is detected, the weight sensor is started to acquire the total weight of the microwave oven body and the contents, and the preset microwave oven dead weight is subtracted from the total weight to acquire the weight of the contents. The weighing device realizes the weighing of the universal microwave oven and solves the problem that accurate weighing cannot be realized in microwave ovens with various structural designs.
The weight sensor is arranged below the microwave oven main body, and is suitable for weighing the whole microwave oven main body, and is suitable for microwave ovens with various structures; only one sensor is used for testing, so that errors are reduced, and the accurate weight of food put into the microwave oven by a user can be obtained.
In order to ensure the long-term stable and normal operation of the sensor, the design of a bracket, a heat insulation layer and the like is realized. The support on the load bearing end of the weight sensor can effectively shield microwaves emitted by the waveguide tube and heat emitted by the furnace chamber, so that the working accuracy and stability of the weight sensor can be ensured. Because the weight sensor needs to bear pressure for a long time, the reinforced bracket structure solves the problems of dispersion of pressure under the long-time pressure and structural torsion resistance, and is the basis of long-time use stability.
The above description may be implemented alone or in various combinations and these modifications are within the scope of the present invention.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only for illustrating the technical solution of the present invention, and are not limiting. Although the invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical scheme described in the foregoing embodiments can be modified or some technical features thereof can be replaced by equivalents; such modifications and substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.
