Abstract
本发明公开了一种组合型球泡灯,包括灯座和灯罩,还设置有圆筒形灯架,在圆筒形灯架的外表面竖向固定有LED灯条,还设置有圆筒灯网,在圆筒灯网的侧壁上均匀设置有竖向通槽,在圆筒灯网的顶端固定有插片,在灯座上还设置有散热灯套,在散热灯套的内壁上设置有扣槽,在灯座上设置有卡扣凸起,在灯座内设置有驱动电源电路板,在散热灯套的内壁上还设置有插槽,圆筒形灯架插卡在散热灯套内且插片插卡固定在插槽内,在散热灯套的底端还设置有连接圆环凸起,灯罩的开口插合在连接圆环凸起上固定。本发明的结构设置合理,可以满足不同功率照明更换使用需求,有效的保证散热性能,从而保证使用寿命,提高整体的散热性能,使用稳定性好。

技术领域
本发明属于照明灯具技术领域,具体涉及一种组合型球泡灯。
背景技术
随着我国灯具的快速发展,各种LED灯发展迅速,球泡灯是一种常见的灯具,传统技术的球泡灯主要是由灯座、灯珠和灯罩组成,其虽然可以实现相应的功能,但是其灯珠多是固定在灯座上的,从而不方便根据需要进行更换对应功率的灯珠,同时传统技术的球泡灯的灯座的散热性能非常有限,从而将驱动电源电路板固定在灯座内,会影响灯座的使用寿命,从而适用性受到限制。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构设置合理且散热性能好的组合型球泡灯。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是一种组合型球泡灯,包括灯座和灯罩,还设置有圆筒形灯架,在所述圆筒形灯架的外表面竖向固定有LED灯条,还设置有圆筒灯网,在所述圆筒灯网的侧壁上均匀设置有竖向通槽,在所述圆筒灯网的顶端固定有插片,所述圆筒形灯架套设置在所述圆筒灯网内且所述LED灯条处于竖向通槽内,所述灯罩套设置在圆筒灯网的外侧,所述插片贴压在圆筒形灯架的表面,在所述灯座上还设置有散热灯套,在所述散热灯套的内壁上设置有扣槽,在所述灯座上设置有卡扣凸起,在所述灯座内设置有驱动电源电路板,所述散热灯套通过卡扣凸起及扣槽与灯座固定,在所述散热灯套的内壁上还设置有插槽,所述圆筒形灯架插卡在所述散热灯套内且插片插卡固定在插槽内,在所述散热灯套的底端还设置有连接圆环凸起,所述灯罩的开口插合在所述连接圆环凸起上固定,所述LED灯条与所述驱动电源电路板相连接。
所述散热灯套上均匀设置有散热通槽。
所述扣槽和插槽均为三个且依次间隔设置在同一圆环上,所述卡扣凸起为三个且插片为三个。
在所述圆筒形灯架的底壁上固定有灯珠,在所述灯罩的底面设置有散热孔槽。
所述圆筒灯网为橡胶材料网体。
本发明具有积极的效果:本发明的结构设置合理,其在使用时可以根据需要更换固定LED灯条的圆筒形灯架即可,从而可以满足不同功率照明更换使用需求,并且其采用圆筒形灯架,可以有效的保证散热性能,不但可以避免灯座内的驱动电源电路板过热,而且也可以避免LED灯条过热,从而保证使用寿命,并且还设置有散热灯套,配合圆筒形灯架,可以保证散热气流对流,提高整体的散热性能,使用稳定性好。

见图1,一种组合型球泡灯,包括灯座1和灯罩2,还设置有圆筒形灯架3,在所述圆筒形灯架3的外表面竖向固定有LED灯条4,还设置有圆筒灯网5,在所述圆筒灯网5的侧壁上均匀设置有竖向通槽6,在所述圆筒灯网5的顶端固定有插片7,所述圆筒形灯架3套设置在所述圆筒灯网5内且所述LED灯条4处于竖向通槽6内,所述灯罩2套设置在圆筒灯网5的外侧,本实施例中,圆筒灯网不但用于分隔LED灯条,还可以保证圆筒形灯架与灯罩的连接稳定性,所述插片7贴压在圆筒形灯架3的表面,在所述灯座1上还设置有散热灯套8,在所述散热灯套8的内壁上设置有扣槽9,在所述灯座1上设置有卡扣凸起10,在所述灯座1内设置有驱动电源电路板11(为现有技术的结构),所述散热灯套8通过卡扣凸起10及扣槽9与灯座1固定,在所述散热灯套8的内壁上还设置有插槽12,所述圆筒形灯架3插卡在所述散热灯套8内且插片7插卡固定在插槽内12,在所述散热灯套8的底端还设置有连接圆环凸起13,所述灯罩2的开口插合在所述连接圆环凸起13上固定,所述LED灯条与所述驱动电源电路板相连接。
所述散热灯套上均匀设置有散热通槽14。
所述扣槽和插槽均为三个且依次间隔设置在同一圆环上,所述卡扣凸起为三个且插片为三个。
在所述圆筒形灯架的底壁上固定有灯珠,在所述灯罩的底面设置有散热孔槽15。
所述圆筒灯网为橡胶材料网体。
本发明的结构设置合理,其在使用时可以根据需要更换固定LED灯条的圆筒形灯架即可,从而可以满足不同功率照明更换使用需求,并且其采用圆筒形灯架,可以有效的保证散热性能,不但可以避免灯座内的驱动电源电路板过热,而且也可以避免LED灯条过热,从而保证使用寿命,并且还设置有散热灯套,配合圆筒形灯架,可以保证散热气流对流,提高整体的散热性能,使用稳定性好。

1.一种组合型球泡灯,包括灯座和灯罩,其特征在于:还设置有圆筒形灯架,在所述圆筒形灯架的外表面竖向固定有LED灯条,还设置有圆筒灯网,在所述圆筒灯网的侧壁上均匀设置有竖向通槽,在所述圆筒灯网的顶端固定有插片,所述圆筒形灯架套设置在所述圆筒灯网内且所述LED灯条处于竖向通槽内,所述灯罩套设置在圆筒灯网的外侧,所述插片贴压在圆筒形灯架的表面,在所述灯座上还设置有散热灯套,在所述散热灯套的内壁上设置有扣槽,在所述灯座上设置有卡扣凸起,在所述灯座内设置有驱动电源电路板,所述散热灯套通过卡扣凸起及扣槽与灯座固定,在所述散热灯套的内壁上还设置有插槽,所述圆筒形灯架插卡在所述散热灯套内且插片插卡固定在插槽内,在所述散热灯套的底端还设置有连接圆环凸起,所述灯罩的开口插合在所述连接圆环凸起上固定,所述LED灯条与所述驱动电源电路板相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合型球泡灯,其特征在于:所述散热灯套上均匀设置有散热通槽。
3.根据权利要求2所述的组合型球泡灯,其特征在于:所述扣槽和插槽均为三个且依次间隔设置在同一圆环上,所述卡扣凸起为三个且插片为三个。
4.根据权利要求3所述的组合型球泡灯,其特征在于:在所述圆筒形灯架的底壁上固定有灯珠,在所述灯罩的底面设置有散热孔槽。
5.根据权利要求4所述的组合型球泡灯,其特征在于:所述圆筒灯网为橡胶材料网体。
