Abstract
本发明公开了一种LED灯具,其包括一体成型的灯座,所述灯座的内腔上部通过固定机构连接有电源控制器,所述灯座上部侧壁上设有沿其环布且竖向呈条状的多道散热孔,所述灯座的下部中间连接有呈盘状的内灯罩,灯座与内灯罩之间卡装有呈环状的LED灯珠安装板,灯座与内灯罩的下端卡装有向下突出且呈环形的散光灯罩。本发明具有照明范围广、散热性能好和电源控制器固定牢固从而延长其使用寿命的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种LED灯具。
背景技术
LED灯具以及安装其的灯罩作为家居用品,其不仅仅起到房屋照明的作用,而且起到一定的装饰作用。现有的LED灯具包括一个可以安装基座,基座上配装有集光罩壳,集光罩壳一体成型,不仅可以起到对LED灯具进行集光的作用,而且可以作为装饰品点缀整个房间。现有技术中的LED灯具存在照明范围小、散热效果不理想的问题,另外,LED灯具内顶部装有电源控制器,电源控制器采用插装的结构连接在筒灯内,其容易出现晃动现象,因而会造成接触不良甚至其损坏的问题。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的是提供一种LED灯具,旨在提高其照明范围,避免出现光斑现象,并且能大大提高其散热性能,延长其使用寿命。
本发明提出一种LED灯具,包括一体成型的灯座,其结构特点在于:所述灯座的内腔上部通过固定机构连接有电源控制器,所述灯座上部侧壁上设有沿其环布且竖向呈条状的多道散热孔,所述灯座的下部中间连接有呈盘状的内灯罩,灯座与内灯罩之间卡装有呈环状的LED灯珠安装板,灯座与内灯罩的下端卡装有向下突出且呈环形的散光灯罩。
所述固定机构包括与灯座一体成型或卡装在灯座上的托盘,托盘的纵截面呈L型,所述电源控制器卡装在所述托盘与灯座之间。
所述固定机构包括与灯座一体成型且沿灯座环布的多道竖拉筋,多道竖拉筋的底部通过与之一体成型的下托座连为一体,所述电源控制器卡装在下托座与灯座之间。
所述固定机构包括与灯座一体成型且沿灯座环布的多道竖拉板,竖拉板的下伸端皆设有向内伸出的拉头,所述电源控制器卡装在多个拉头与灯座之间。
所述灯座的顶部设有连接头部。
采用上述结构后,通过固定机构固定电源控制器,改变了原有的简单插装的结构,使其进行定位固定,大大提高了其稳定性,避免出现因晃动现象导致的接触不良等问题;设置多道条状的散热孔,大大提高了散热性能,延长其使用寿命,并且散光灯罩的结构设置,会使LED灯珠发出的光进行漫散射,从而提高其照明范围,避免光斑现象的发生。
综上所述,本发明具有照明范围广、散热性能好和电源控制器固定牢固从而延长其使用寿命的优点。

参照附图1和图2,提出本发明的一实施例。本发明提供的LED灯具,其包括一体成型的灯座1,灯座1的顶部设有连接头部11,连接头部可用于本发明旋拧在灯口上,所述灯座1的内腔上部通过固定机构连接有电源控制器2,在本实施例中,上述固定结构为:固定机构包括与灯座一体成型的托盘7,当然也可以采用单独制作卡盘的结构和卡盘卡装在灯座上的结构,托盘7的纵截面呈L型,所述电源控制器2卡装在所述托盘7与灯座之间,通过托盘托住电源控制器2,并通过卡装的结构使其牢固固定,所述灯座1上部侧壁上设有沿其环布且竖向呈条状的多道散热孔3,具体来说,散热孔大致呈悬滴状,增加其美观性能,所述灯座1的下部中间连接有呈盘状的内灯罩4,灯座与内灯罩4之间卡装有呈环状的LED灯珠安装板5,LED灯珠安装板上可镶嵌有多个LED灯珠,灯座与内灯罩的下端卡装有向下突出且呈环形的散光灯罩6,该结构的散光灯罩可使LED灯珠发出的光线进行漫散射,从而扩大照明范围,并且部分灯光会从内灯罩照射出,避免出现光斑的现象。
参照图4和图5,本发明提供了另一种实施例,其基本结构与上述实施例相同,不同点在于,所述固定机构包括与灯座一体成型且沿灯座环布的多道竖拉筋8,多道竖拉筋8的底部通过与之一体成型的下托座81连为一体,共设置三道竖拉筋8,所述电源控制器卡装在下托座与灯座之间,通过竖拉筋的拉动、下托座81的承托作用使电源控制器牢固固定。
参照图6,本发明提供了再一种实施例,其基本结构与上述实施例相同,不同点在于,所述固定机构包括与灯座一体成型且沿灯座环布的多道竖拉板9,竖拉板9的下伸端皆设有向内伸出的拉头,所述电源控制器卡装在多个拉头与灯座之间,通过竖拉板的拉头的拉动作用以及灯座上的卡装,从而使电源控制器牢固固定。
本发明不仅可以用作灯具,例如应急照明灯泡等,还可以用作野外作业的手电筒、头灯等照明设置。

1.一种LED灯具,包括一体成型的灯座(1),其特征在于:所述灯座(1)的内腔上部通过固定机构连接有电源控制器(2),所述灯座(1)上部侧壁上设有沿其环布且竖向呈条状的多道散热孔(3),所述灯座(1)的下部中间连接有呈盘状的内灯罩(4),灯座与内灯罩(4)之间卡装有呈环状的LED灯珠安装板(5),灯座与内灯罩的下端卡装有向下突出且呈环形的散光灯罩(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED灯具,其特征在于:所述固定机构包括与灯座一体成型或卡装在灯座上的托盘(7),托盘(7)的纵截面呈L型,所述电源控制器(2)卡装在所述托盘(7)与灯座之间。
3.根据权利要求1所述的LED灯具,其特征在于:所述固定机构包括与灯座一体成型且沿灯座环布的多道竖拉筋(8),多道竖拉筋(8)的底部通过与之一体成型的下托座(81)连为一体,所述电源控制器卡装在下托座与灯座之间。
4.根据权利要求1所述的LED灯具,其特征在于:所述固定机构包括与灯座一体成型且沿灯座环布的多道竖拉板(9),竖拉板(9)的下伸端皆设有向内伸出的拉头,所述电源控制器卡装在多个拉头与灯座之间。
5.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的LED灯具,其特征在于:所述灯座(1)的顶部设有连接头部(11)。
