本发明涉及一种螺杆泵啮合齿型中从动螺杆齿型尖角处倒棱型线结构,包括从动螺杆,其特征在于:所述从动螺杆啮合齿型尖角处由圆弧段ab、渐开线段bc、圆弧段cd、圆弧段de和直线段ef段,其中所述圆弧段cd和圆弧段de相切,圆弧段de和直线段ef相切。本发明将传统的尖角倒棱a至f是一条直线,经过改进设计成圆弧加直线,螺杆啮合型线由一点变成一段啮合线,从而减少了螺杆磨损,提高了啮合密封性和螺杆工作寿命。与传统螺杆泵从杆尖角倒棱比较本次改进的圆弧倒棱根据圆弧半径的大小决定啮合间隙,ef导入段可是使泵中输送的介质顺畅的流入螺杆与衬套之间,保证了泵运转的润滑性。

技术领域
本发明属于螺杆泵技术领域,特别是涉及一种螺杆泵啮合齿型中从动螺杆齿型尖角处倒棱型线结构。
背景技术
传统的三螺杆泵中,主从螺杆泵齿形采用相共轭的摆线,构成螺杆泵的密封输送空间。为了防止从动螺杆齿形尖点过快磨损,普遍采用倒棱的方式,如直线倒棱或圆弧倒棱等,总体上来说并不改变密封齿形的特点。在一些特定的工况场合,如泵输送介质润滑性差,或介质中含气量大,造成泵急剧磨损、泄漏、噪声、振动,影响正常使用。不利于节能和环保。目前螺杆泵主要用于石油、石化、船舶、冶金和电力行业的润滑和输送领域。由于传统螺杆泵会出现以上缺陷,因此需要改进。
发明内容
本发明为解决公知技术中存在的技术问题而提供一种减少了螺杆磨损,提高了啮合密封性和螺杆工作寿命、保证了泵运转的润滑性的螺杆泵啮合齿型中从动螺杆齿型尖角处倒棱型线结构。
本发明为解决公知技术中存在的技术问题所采取的技术方案是:
一种螺杆泵啮合齿型中从动螺杆齿型尖角处倒棱型线结构,包括从动螺杆,其特征在于:所述从动螺杆啮合齿型尖角处由圆弧段ab、渐开线段bc、圆弧段cd、圆弧段de和直线段ef段,其中所述圆弧段cd和圆弧段de相切,圆弧段de和直线段ef相切。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是:由于本发明将传统的尖角倒棱a至f是一条直线,经过改进设计成圆弧加直线,螺杆啮合型线由一点变成一段啮合线,从而减少了螺杆磨损,提高了啮合密封性和螺杆工作寿命。与传统螺杆泵从杆尖角倒棱比较本次改进的圆弧倒棱根据圆弧半径的大小决定啮合间隙,ef导入段可使泵中输送的介质顺畅的流入螺杆与衬套之间,保证了泵运转的润滑性。
