技术领域
本发明涉及一种升降式护栏,应用于护栏改造技术领域。
背景技术
护栏主要用于住宅、公路、商业区、公共场所等场合中对人身安全及设备设施的保护与防护,但现有的护栏结构多为固定的,多数是在护栏立柱间加装横杆,在横杆之间均匀固接竖杆,护栏在加工完成后,横杆的高度是不变的,其防护高度是不变,在一些特定场合,需完全防止其他不相干人员攀爬,如电力维修时,现有的护栏结构不能完全避免不相关人员进入维修场所,具有一定的局限性,容易发生安全事故。
发明内容
为解决现有技术方案的缺陷,本发明公开了一种升降式护栏,具有结构新颖、安全性高的优点。
本发明公开了一种升降式护栏,包括:底座、护栏立柱、导轨、横杆、竖杆、伸缩杆、转轴、转盘、圆孔,所述护栏立柱为两个对称竖直固接在底座上端面左右两侧,且每个护栏立柱朝向底座中心一侧的端面上均竖直固接一根导轨,所述横杆左右两端开有与导轨相匹配的凹槽,所述横杆通过凹槽与两侧的导轨滑动连接,所述横杆共两根,所述竖杆均匀竖直固接在两根横杆之间,所述伸缩杆为两根固接在下侧横杆下端面左右两侧,所述伸缩杆下端固接在底座上端面处,所述转轴下端通过轴承与底座转动连接,所述转轴置于底座的中部,所述转轴上部为螺纹部,所述转轴上端向上穿过下侧横杆且与其螺纹连接,所述转盘固接在转轴下部,所述转盘外周面开有一个圆孔,所述圆孔用以插接长杆。
两根伸缩杆关于转轴呈左右对称结构。

如图1所示,本发明公开了一种升降式护栏,包括:底座1、护栏立柱2、导轨3、横杆4、竖杆5、伸缩杆6、转轴7、转盘8、圆孔9,所述护栏立柱2为两个对称竖直固接在底座1上端面左右两侧,且每个护栏立柱2朝向底座1中心一侧的端面上均竖直固接一根导轨3,所述横杆4左右两端开有与导轨3相匹配的凹槽,所述横杆4通过凹槽与两侧的导轨3滑动连接,所述横杆4共两根,所述竖杆5均匀竖直固接在两根横杆4之间,所述伸缩杆6为两根固接在下侧横杆4下端面左右两侧,所述伸缩杆6下端固接在底座1上端面处,所述转轴7下端通过轴承与底座1转动连接,所述转轴7置于底座1的中部,所述转轴7上部为螺纹部71,所述转轴7上端向上穿过下侧横杆4且与其螺纹连接,所述转盘8固接在转轴7下部,所述转盘8外周面开有一个圆孔9,所述圆孔9用以插接长杆。
两根伸缩杆6关于转轴7呈左右对称结构。
本发明是这样实施的:在使用时,可在圆孔9处插接长杆,转动转盘8,转盘8带动转轴7转动,从而带动上部螺纹部71转动,螺纹部71转动可带动下横杆4在竖直方向上发生位移,横杆4升降带动伸缩杆6收缩,从而达到升降横杆4的目的,从而可有效杜绝不相关人员攀爬进入护栏内,设置伸缩杆6可防止人从下方间隙内爬入护栏内,采用本技术方案,在对安全性要求较高的场所使用,可大大提高安全性能。
