Abstract
一种发光提示绳,其一端结合在一帐篷,另一端结合在一锚定点,并且该发光提示绳介在该锚定点与该帐篷间提供拉力以竖立该帐篷,所述的发光提示绳包含有一发光蕊,以及一结构绳。该结构绳包含有多个以该发光蕊为轴心被编成一条状体的承载纱,每一该承载纱所编成的条状体其径向侧呈网状编织,而具有多个可供该发光蕊光线透出的缝隙。其中在该发光提示绳的任何一段中,该发光蕊的展开长度较每一该承载纱更短,令该发光提示绳承受轴向拉力时,其轴向拉力实质作用在该承载纱。
Description
技术领域
本发明有关于一种发光提示绳,尤指一种可耐受拉力的发光提示绳。
背景技术
习用的帐篷以支架、绳索、布幕等组件组成,并将绳索固定在锚定点与帐篷之间,提供帐篷稳固的支撑力。使用者可将营钉钉入地面形成锚定点,或将绳索绑缚在周围的稳固物体上,如树干等。露营活动地点一般位在市郊或山林间,该些处所往往缺乏照明。入夜时,露营者将难以察觉营绳所在位置,常有不慎遭绳索绊倒受伤的意外发生。对此,参照图1所示,先前技术采用冷阴极荧光灯管(Cold cathode fluorescent lamp, CCFL)制作一种软性冷光管900。该冷光管900是缠绕在营绳800上,并通过电力发出冷光,以提示用户营绳800所在位置。惟该种冷光管900因成分含汞,如不慎泄漏将对有安全疑虑。加上冷光管900为外附装置,与营绳800间整合性差不易使用。又因冷光管900的发光效率不理想,若欲呈现足够的明度势必得浪费大量电能。是以,先前技术实有改进的必要。
发明内容
本发明的目的,在于解决习用冷光管装置含汞而有健康疑虑、与营绳间缺乏整合性、发光效率低等缺点。
为达上述目的,本发明提供一种发光提示绳,其一端结合在一帐篷,另一端结合在一锚定点,并且该发光提示绳介在该锚定点与该帐篷间提供拉力以竖立该帐篷,所述的发光提示绳包含有一发光蕊、以及一结构绳。该结构绳包含有多个以该发光蕊为轴心被编成一条状体的承载纱,每一该承载纱所编成的条状体其径向侧呈网状编织,而具有多个可供该发光蕊光线透出的缝隙。其中在该发光提示绳的任何一段中,该发光蕊的展开长度较每一该承载纱更短,令该发光提示绳承受轴向拉力时,其轴向拉力实质作用在该承载纱。
进一步地,该结构绳包含有多个以该承载纱为轴心被编织成一条状体的外覆纱,每一该外覆纱所编成的条状体其径向侧呈网状编织,而具有多个可供该发光蕊光线透出的缝隙。
进一步地,该外覆纱包含有荧光染料或吸光材料。
进一步地,该结构绳包含有一透光套管,该发光蕊及每一该承载纱是穿设在该透光套管内侧,且每一该外覆纱是缠绕包覆在该透光套管外侧。
进一步地,该发光蕊包含有一导光条,以及多个间隔设置在该导光条中的发光节点。
进一步地,该发光蕊包含有一第一电源线,一与该第一电源线并列的第二电源线,以及多个跨接该第一电源线与该第二电源线的发光元件。
进一步地,该结构绳包含有多个与该发光蕊并列设置的加固索,每一该承载纱以该发光蕊与每一该加固索为轴心被编成一条状体,且在该发光提示绳的任何一段中,该加固索的展开长度较该发光蕊略长。
是以,本发明的发光提示绳藉由承载纱耐受拉力,而可直接作为营绳使用,并由该发光蕊提供指示光源,减少使用者夜里被营绳绊倒的可能性。

具体实施方式
关于本发明的技术,请参照图2至图5所示。在本实施态样中,本发明提供一种发光提示绳100,主要包含有一发光蕊10,以及一结构绳20。该发光提示绳100一端结合在一帐篷200,另一端结合在一锚定点300,并且该发光提示绳100介在该锚定点300与该帐篷200间提供拉力以竖立该帐篷200。
具体而言,本实施态样中,该发光蕊10包含有一由光纤等导光材料制成的导光条14,以及多个间隔设置在该导光条14中用以散射光线的发光节点15。在有其他光源可利用的前提下,使用者可将该导光条14一端连接到其他光源,令光线通过每一该发光节点15时散射,达到提示营绳所在位置的效果。
该结构绳20包含有多个以该发光蕊10为轴心被编成一条状体的承载纱21,每一该承载纱21所编成的条状体其径向侧呈网状编织,而具有多个可供该发光蕊10光线透出的缝隙。在该发光提示绳100的任何一段中,每一该承载纱21是缠绕在该发光蕊10外围的,因此该发光蕊10的展开长度较每一该承载纱21更短,且该发光提示绳100承受轴向拉力时,该轴向拉力实质作用在该承载纱21。又,该结构绳20的末端可包含有一余留段30,具体为每一该承载纱21缠绕成柱状且不包含该发光蕊10的部分。以确保该发光提示绳100两端受到拉力时由该承载纱21优先承受拉力,并避免该发光蕊10被扯断。藉上述结构,本发明利用该发光蕊10提供指示光源,并由每一该承载纱21作为受力结构,达到在承受拉力的前提下提供提示营绳所在位置的目的。
此外,该结构绳20包含有多个以该承载纱21为轴心被编织成一条状体的外覆纱22,每一该外覆纱22所编成的条状体其径向侧呈网状编织,而具有多个可供该发光蕊10光线透出的缝隙。该外覆纱22作为该结构绳20的最外层,其包含有荧光染料或吸光材料(如长余晖稀土纤维)以加强其提示效果。
请参照图6及图7所示,为本发明的第二实施态样。其中该发光蕊10包含有一第一电源线11,一与该第一电源线11并列的第二电源线12,以及多个跨接该第一电源线11与该第二电源线12的发光元件13,且每一该发光元件13的光源是朝向该发光蕊10的径向设置。因露营营区较难取得大量的电力供应,因此每一该发光元件13较佳为发光二极管,具有得以弱电驱动及节能等优点。此外,该结构绳20包含有一透光套管40,该发光蕊10及每一该承载纱21是穿设在该透光套管40内侧,且每一该外覆纱22是缠绕包覆在该透光套管40外侧。藉此,该透光套管40可作为保护该发光蕊10的防水层。又,因每一该发光元件13具有厚度,因此会在每一该外覆纱22表面产生颗粒感的突起,藉由该透光套管40包覆也有使该发光提示绳100在外观及触觉上更为平整的益处。
请参照图8所示,为本发明的第三实施态样。为提高该结构绳20的抗拉强度,该结构绳20可包含有多个与该发光蕊10并列设置的加固索,每一该承载纱21以该发光蕊10与每一该加固索为轴心被编成一条状体,且在该发光提示绳100的任何一段中,该加固索的展开长度较该发光蕊10略长。每一该加固索的材质可与每一该承载纱21相同,或是以金属丝等结构强度较高的材料制成。
Claims (5)
1.一种发光提示绳,其特征在于,其一端结合在一帐篷,另一端结合在一锚定点,并且该发光提示绳介在该锚定点与该帐篷间提供拉力以竖立该帐篷,所述的发光提示绳包含有:
一发光蕊;以及
一结构绳,包含有多个以该发光蕊为轴心被编成一条状体的承载纱,每一该承载纱所编成的条状体其径向侧呈网状编织,而具有多个可供该发光蕊光线透出的缝隙,该结构绳包含有多个以该承载纱为轴心被编织成一条状体的外覆纱,每一该外覆纱所编成的条状体其径向侧呈网状编织,而具有多个可供该发光蕊光线透出的缝隙,该结构绳包含有一透光套管,该发光蕊及每一该承载纱是穿设在该透光套管内侧,且每一该外覆纱是缠绕包覆在该透光套管外侧;
其中该发光蕊的径向侧被多个承载纱缠绕并完全包覆;
其中在该发光提示绳的任何一段中,该发光蕊的展开长度较每一该承载纱更短,令该发光提示绳承受轴向拉力时,其轴向拉力实质作用在该承载纱。
2.如权利要求1所述的发光提示绳,其特征在于,该外覆纱包含有吸光材料。
3.如权利要求1所述的发光提示绳,其特征在于,该发光蕊包含有一导光条,以及多个间隔设置在该导光条中的发光节点。
4.如权利要求1所述的发光提示绳,其特征在于,该发光蕊包含有一第一电源线,一与该第一电源线并列的第二电源线,以及多个跨接该第一电源线与该第二电源线的发光元件。
5.如权利要求1所述的发光提示绳,其特征在于,该结构绳包含有多个与该发光蕊并列设置的加固索,每一该承载纱以该发光蕊与每一该加固索为轴心被编成一条状体,且在该发光提示绳的任何一段中,该加固索的展开长度较该发光蕊略长。
