技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种用于消防、交通、矿井等场合的安全绳，特别是能够蓄光自发光的安全绳。
背景技术
消防、交通、矿井、建筑等许多部门和场合在灭火、救援、抢险和登高作业时需要用到安全绳。按标准要求，安全绳应由绳芯和绳皮构成。传统的安全绳不具有发光功能，黑暗和烟雾中使用不便。近来已有一种发光安全绳面世，它是在安全绳表面涂覆蓄光发光材料，其缺陷是涂覆工艺麻烦，耗材多，增加成本，而且涂层易磨损脱落，影响使用效果。另有一种场地发光绳，需要通电后发光，显然作为安全绳并不适合。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种加工成本低，发光效果好的蓄光发光安全绳。
本实用新型的技术方案是:蓄光发光安全绳主要由绳芯和紧裹在绳芯外表的绳皮构成，改进之处是所述绳皮为编织层，该编织层中至少有一道螺旋状发光编织绳，所述发光编织线是一束含有蓄光自发光粉的发光纤维。
进一步的方案是:所述发光编织线为2～4道；所述发光编织线左旋和右旋交叉；所述发光编织线的相邻侧有彩色编织线。
采用以上技术方案，该安全绳和编织层中有发光编织线，而发光编织线是含有蓄光自发光粉的发光纤维，可选用稀土铝酸盐蓄光自发光粉，其物理、化学性能优越，对人体、环境无害，在日光和可见光下蓄光20分钟，可发光24小时；所用纤维优选涤纶长丝或丙纶长丝，发光粉掺入纤维中，避免磨损脱落，可反复吸光-储能-发光，寿命达十年以上，所述编织线呈单道或多道螺旋状，可以单旋或左、右旋交叉，不仅节省发光纤维材料，不影响编织工艺和安全绳强度，而且发光奇特，效果好，加之在发光编织线的相邻侧(一侧和两侧)设有彩色编织线，则无论在黑暗中或发亮处都更加醒目迎人，进一步增强使用效果。

参阅附图，蓄光发光安全绳由绳芯1、绳皮2构成，绳皮为高强纤维编织层，该编织层中有两道右螺旋状发光编织线3，编织线3是一束由掺入稀土铝酸盐蓄光自发光粉的丙纶长丝组成的发光纤维，发光纤维可反复吸光-储能-发光，编织线3的相邻侧有彩色编织线4。

1、一种蓄光发光安全绳，由绳芯和紧裹在绳芯外表的绳皮构成，其特征是所述绳皮为编织层，该编织层中至少有一道螺旋状发光编织线，所述发光编织线是一束含有蓄光自发光粉的发光纤维。
2、按权利要求1所述的蓄光发光安全绳，其特征在于：所述发光编织线为2～4道。
3、按权利要求2所述的蓄光发光安全绳，其特征在于：所述发光编织线左旋和右旋交叉。
4、按权利要求1所述的蓄光发光安全绳，其特征在于：所述发光编织线的相邻侧有彩色编织线。
