In the prior art, a washing machine suitable for industrial production is mainly composed of an outer tub 2 fixed on a machine base 1, an inner tub 3 and a rotating shaft 5 driven by a motor; next, the industrial washing machine further comprises a water inlet, a water outlet, a transmission mechanism and a heat dissipating device 6. Wherein, the rotating shaft 5, the transmission mechanism and the motor form a driving mechanism of the inner barrel 3, the inner barrel 3 which is connected with the rotating shaft 5 and is used for washing clothes is sleeved in the outer barrel 2, and the inner barrel 3 and the outer barrel are generally coaxially and horizontally arranged; the water inlet is generally arranged at the middle upper part of the outer barrel 2, the water outlet is generally arranged at the bottom of the outer barrel 2 and is connected with an external wastewater collection system; the heat sink 6 is generally provided at the upper portion of the tub 2 to absorb heat generated from the washing machine by means of condensed water.
The outer barrel 2 of the washing machine is a water tank and a water collector; in the process of washing clothes, the outer barrel 2 is a water tank and is used for storing a mixed solution of tap water and a detergent, the mixed solution has a certain water level in the outer barrel 2 and is used for soaking the clothes in the inner barrel 3, the inner barrel 3 is driven by the rotating shaft 5 to continuously rotate, and the clothes at the bottom of the inner barrel 3 are lifted to a high position and then fall down for beating washing; in the dehydration process, the outer barrel 2 is a water collector, the inner barrel 3 rotates at a high speed under the drive of the rotating shaft 5, water in clothes is thrown out of the inner barrel 3 through a plurality of small holes on the surrounding wall of the inner barrel 3 under the action of centrifugal force, and the thrown water is collected by the outer barrel 2 and is discharged out of the washing machine through a drainage system communicated with a water outlet at the bottom of the outer barrel 2.
In the process, in the process of washing clothes, the clothes at the bottom of the inner barrel 3 fall down from a high place to perform beating washing, and as the clothes fully saturated with water are very heavy to 300 kg or even higher, the impact force on the inner barrel 3 is huge, and furthermore, the clothes falling down from the high place can bring impact force allowance to the outer barrel 2 and the machine base 1; in the same manner, since the rotation shaft 5 is required to rotate at a high speed during the process of dehydrating laundry, a pulling force is generated in the inner tub 3 during the rotation of the laundry saturated with moisture at the beginning of the dehydration, and thus the outer tub 2 and the inner tub 3 are easily deformed and damaged after a certain period of use in the washing machine with a dehydrating function regardless of the use as the washing machine or the dehydrator.
Thus, in this embodiment, the inner tub 3 is provided with a plurality of inner ribs 31 on its peripheral wall; the inner rib 31 may have a triangular or quadrangular cross section and may be made of solid steel pipe or flat steel, and the length of the inner rib is slightly smaller than or equal to the inner length of the inner barrel 3; the inner rib 31 can be made of the same material as the inner barrel 3, can serve as a reinforcing rib of the surrounding wall of the inner barrel 3, and greatly enhances the structural strength of the inner barrel 3 after the inner rib 31 is arranged on the premise of the inner barrel 3 with the same size and the same wall thickness; when the washing or dehydrating step is carried out, the inner tub 3 with increased structural strength has increased tolerance time when receiving the impact of the clothes saturated with water, namely, the probability of compressive deformation is reduced, the impact on the outer tub 2 and the machine base 1 is reduced, the damage probability of the washing machine can be reduced, and the service life of the washing machine is prolonged.
As shown in fig. 6, outer ribs 21 are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the lower part of the outer barrel 2; generally, the water level in the washing machine is 1/5 to 1/3 of the inside of the outer tub 2, and the outer diameter of the outer tub 2 of the industrial washing machine is 1 m to 1.5 m, so that the angle α between the outer rib 21 and the lowest point of the outer tub 2 is 50 ° to 70 °, preferably, the angle α between the outer rib 21 and the lowest point of the outer tub 2 is 58 °, i.e., the outer rib 21 fixed at both sides of the lower portion of the outer tub 2 and symmetrically arranged is located at both sides of the water level in the washing machine, so that the pressure under the water level in the washing machine is the greatest, especially, the outer tub 2 receives a shearing force at both sides of the water level, and thus, the outer rib 21 is arranged therein, so that the structural strength of the outer tub 2 can be increased.
Further, considering that the outer rib 21 is located at the outer side of the outer tub 2, in order to avoid damage to workers due to excessive sharp corners, the outer rib 21 may be configured to have a trapezoid cross section perpendicular to the axial direction of the rotating shaft 5, and further, to have a surrounding edge structure of an isosceles trapezoid shape; secondly, the isosceles trapezoid-shaped outer protruding edges 21 can be fixed on the outer side of the outer barrel 2 in a welding mode, and compared with solid steel pipes or flat steel, the trapezoid-shaped surrounding edge structure is more uniform in welding seams during welding, so that stress concentration is reduced.

In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, the bridging means 4 is constituted by a toggle plate 41 and a bridging plate 42, said toggle plate 42 being fixed outside the peripheral wall of the outer tub 2; the lapping plate 42 is rotatably connected with the toggle plate 41, and the effective length of the lapping plate 42 is not smaller than the width of the gap between the inner barrel 3 and the outer barrel 2; the splice plate 42 is in a naturally depending position when the inner door 32 and the outer door 24 are closed; when the worker opens the inner door 32 and the outer door 24, the overlap plate 42 is folded first until the overlap plate 42 completely covers the width of the gap between the inner tub 3 and the outer tub 2, and then, the worker can put laundry to be washed into the inner tub 3 or remove dehydrated laundry, thereby preventing the laundry from falling from the gap; among them, a portion of the overlap plate 42 that can cover the gap width is referred to as an effective length of the overlap plate 42.
Preferably, the lapping plate 42 is L-shaped, and the length of the long side of the L-shape is not smaller than the width of the gap between the inner barrel 3 and the outer barrel 2, when the lapping plate 42 is folded by a worker, the short side of the L-shape can be buckled on the inner side of the opening on the inner barrel 3, so that the lapping plate 42 forms a relatively stable support structure between the inner barrel 3 and the outer barrel 2, and the operation of the worker is facilitated.
Example 2
This embodiment differs from embodiment 1 in that the inner door 32 is installed on the inner tub 3 in a recessed manner, and that the outermost end of the handle installed on the inner door 32 does not exceed the outside of the surrounding wall of the inner tub 3.
The purpose of this arrangement is that, in order to ensure the operation of the washing machine, it is necessary to immerse laundry in water of a certain depth, generally, it is necessary to ensure that the water level in the inner tub 3 is between 1/5 and 1/3 of the inside of the inner tub 3, and if the gap between the inner tub 3 and the outer tub 2 is larger, the amount of water actually required is larger, and therefore, in order to reduce the water level in the outer tub 2, a method of reducing the gap between the inner tub 3 and the outer tub 2 may be adopted, and therefore, in the embodiment, the inner door 32 is installed on the inner tub 3 in a recessed manner, and it is ensured that the outermost end of the handle installed on the inner door 32 does not exceed the outer side of the wall of the inner tub 3, and the gap between the inner tub 3 and the outer tub 2 may be reduced by between 40mm and 70mm, thereby reducing the water consumption for actually washing laundry, and reducing pollution.
In the two embodiments, on the premise of equal-size inner barrels and wall thicknesses, the structural strength of the inner barrels is greatly enhanced, the probability of compressive deformation is reduced, the impact on the outer barrels and the engine base is reduced, the probability of damage of the washing machine can be reduced, and the service life of the washing machine is prolonged; the inner barrel is internally provided with 4 inner convex edges, and the inner barrel does not occupy the inner space of the inner barrel on the premise of ensuring that the inner barrel has enough strength, thereby ensuring that the washing machine has enough washing space; the outer convex edges and the thick plates are arranged, so that the structural strength of the outer barrel is enhanced; the overlap plate is arranged to cover the width of the gap between the inner barrel and the outer barrel, so that clothes are prevented from falling from the gap, and the failure probability of the washing machine is reduced.

1. A washing machine suitable for industrial production comprises an outer barrel (2) fixed on a machine base (1), an inner barrel (3) and a rotating shaft (5) driven by a motor; the washing machine also comprises a water inlet, a water outlet, a transmission mechanism and a heat dissipation device;
the inner barrel (3) is coaxially and horizontally arranged in the outer barrel (2) and is driven by the rotating shaft (5) to rotate;
a plurality of small holes are distributed on the surrounding wall of the inner barrel (3), and an inner door (32) is arranged on the surrounding wall of the inner barrel (3);
an outer door (24) corresponding to the inner door (32) is arranged on the surrounding wall of the outer barrel (2); the utility model is characterized in that a plurality of inner convex edges (31) are arranged on the surrounding wall of the inner barrel (3);
the two sides of the lower part of the outer barrel (2) are symmetrically provided with outer convex edges (21), and an included angle alpha between the outer convex edges (21) and the lowest point of the outer barrel (2) is 50-70 degrees; the cross section of the outer convex edge (21) perpendicular to the axial direction of the rotating shaft (5) is trapezoid;
