本发明涉及节约能源的技术领域,特别是涉及一种复合氢动力醇及其制作方法,其可以减少燃烧后对缸体的腐蚀,并且可以减少对发动机及油箱燃油泵造成的不良影响,降低油耗,减少污染物产生;是由和油酸、石蜡油、2,6二叔丁基对甲酚、植物油和甲醇混合组成。

一种复合氢动力醇及其制作方法
技术领域
本发明涉及节约能源的技术领域,特别是涉及一种复合氢动力醇及其制作方法。
背景技术
汽油是一种由石油炼制得到的直馏汽油组分、催化裂化汽油组分、催化重整汽油组分等不同汽油组分经精制后与高辛烷值组分经调和制得,汽油是用量最大的轻质是由产品之一,使引擎的一种重要燃料,主要用作汽车点燃式内燃机的燃料。
我国是世界上第一人口大国,并且我国的汽车数量近年来也是呈上升趋势,我国汽车现在使用的汽油一般为国标汽油或乙醇汽油,当在其使用过程中,直接消耗汽油,对汽油的需求量较大,由于汽油是由原油分馏及重质馏分裂化制得的,其的生产依赖于原油的开采,并且汽油在燃烧使用的过程中会产生大量的污染物,容易对环境和人类造成不良的影响,可以被人体吸入、食入或经皮肤吸入,容易引起人的慢性中毒或急性中毒,现有的解决办法是向汽油中添加醇制成混合醇燃料。
我国现有的使用中的国标汽油和乙醇汽油中混合醇制成的混合醇燃料在燃烧后,容易对缸体产生腐蚀,并且容易对发动机及油箱燃油泵造成不良的影响。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种可以减少燃烧后对缸体的腐蚀,并且可以减少对发动机及油箱燃油泵造成的不良影响,降低油耗,减少污染物产生的复合氢动力醇及其制作方法。
本发明的一种复合氢动力醇,是由和油酸、石蜡油、2,6二叔丁基对甲酚、植物油和甲醇混合组成。
本发明的一种复合氢动力醇,其各组分的添加量为:
和油酸900g
石蜡油50g
2,6二叔丁基对甲酚10g
植物油40g
甲醇1200g。
本发明的一种复合氢动力醇的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)混料:将和油酸、石蜡油、2,6二叔丁基对甲酚和植物油加入磁力搅拌加热器内,并通过磁力搅拌加热器加热至50℃,并对其进行搅拌30-50min,使其混合均匀;
(2)调兑:向混合后的液体中加入1%-5%的异丙醇和烷烃组分油进行调兑;
(3)制备:将甲醇加入调兑完成后的液体中,继续搅拌60min,冷却后备用。
本发明的一种复合氢动力醇的制作方法,所述步骤(3)中的甲醇为纯度99.9%以上的甲醇。
与现有技术相比本发明的有益效果为:将制成的混合醇溶液加入汽油燃料中后,其与汽油充分融合,不分层,在燃烧后,不会对缸体产生腐蚀性,并且其有层油性保护膜,可以起到保护发动机及油箱燃油泵的效果,同时由于其与汽油融合不分层,故其可以替换汽油燃烧,从而可以达到降低油耗、减少污染物产生的目的。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
本发明的一种复合氢动力醇的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)混料:将900g和油酸、50g石蜡油、10g2,6二叔丁基对甲酚和40g植物油依次加入磁力搅拌加热器内,并开启磁力搅拌加热器对其进行加热,使其加热至50℃,并对其进行搅拌30-50min,使其混合均匀;
(2)调兑:向混合后的液体中加入1%-5%的异丙醇和烷烃组分油进行调兑;
(3)制备:将1200g纯度99.9%以上的甲醇加入调兑完成后的液体中,继续搅拌60min,冷却后备用。
将制成的混合醇溶液加入汽油燃料中后,其与汽油充分融合,不分层,在燃烧后,不会对缸体产生腐蚀性,并且其有层油性保护膜,可以起到保护发动机及油箱燃油泵的效果,同时由于其与汽油融合不分层,故其可以替换汽油燃烧,从而可以达到降低油耗、减少污染物产生的目的。
本方法制作出的复合氢动力醇在混合进入汽油中后,可以增加整个混合相的稳定性,能使酸与油有机相溶,不产生分层,也不乳化,与国标汽油,乙醇汽油可以无限互溶,在与汽油混合后可以通过变性来提高整个混合燃料的热值,从而可以提高动力,减低油耗。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和变型,这些改进和变型也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种复合氢动力醇,其特征在于,是由和油酸、石蜡油、2,6二叔丁基对甲酚、植物油和甲醇混合组成。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种复合氢动力醇,其特征在于,其各组分的添加量为:
和油酸 900g
石蜡油 50g
2,6二叔丁基对甲酚 10g
植物油 40g
甲醇 1200g。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种复合氢动力醇的制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)混料:将和油酸、石蜡油、2,6二叔丁基对甲酚和植物油加入磁力搅拌加热器内,并通过磁力搅拌加热器加热至50℃,并对其进行搅拌30-50min,使其混合均匀;
(2)调兑:向混合后的液体中加入1%-5%的异丙醇和烷烃组分油进行调兑;
(3)制备:将甲醇加入调兑完成后的液体中,继续搅拌60min,冷却后备用。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种复合氢动力醇的制作方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中的甲醇为纯度99.9%以上的甲醇。
