As shown in fig. 5, the fool-proof feeding control system according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a control terminal 50, a fool-proof feeding control device 51, and a power assembly 52 of a production line, wherein the control terminal is preferably a computer, the power assembly 52 includes a line motor 520, a relay 521 for controlling the operation of the line motor, and the relay 521 controls the operation state of the line motor 520 by controlling the on/off of a line motor power supply 522.
Further, the fool-proof feeding control device 51 includes: an I/O control module 510 and a power module 511.
The I/O control module 510 is electrically connected to the control terminal 50 and the power assembly 52 of the production line body, respectively, and the power supply module 511 is configured to provide a working voltage for the I/O control module 510; and the I/O control module 510 includes a first control unit 5102 electrically connected to the power assembly 52, and the I/O control module 510 is configured to: the power assembly 52 is controlled to continue to work by the first control unit 5102 according to a first signal sent by the control terminal 50 or the power assembly 52 is controlled to stop working by the first control unit 5102 according to a second signal sent by the control terminal 50, the first signal is sent when each piece of information in the actual material information of each material scanned by the control terminal 50 at any feeding station of the production line is matched with the corresponding pre-stored material information, and the second signal is sent when the information which is not matched with the pre-stored material information exists in the actual material information by the control terminal 50.
In this embodiment, the control terminal 50 may control the state of the power assembly 52 of the production line through the first control unit 5102 in the I/O control module 510 of the foolproof feeding control device, specifically, when checking each material corresponding to any feeding station of the production line, if each piece of information in the actual material information of each material obtained by scanning matches with the pre-stored corresponding material information, the production line is controlled to continue to operate, otherwise, if any one of the actual material information of the material does not match with the pre-stored corresponding material information, the production line is controlled to stop operating, that is, by making a foolproof feeding control device 51 including the I/O control module 510 provided with a control unit capable of controlling the state of the power assembly of the production line, communication control between the control terminal and the production line is achieved, the material condition of every material loading station position is changeed to control terminal 50 on the one hand on the production line body, and the control command that will control on the one hand changes to the production line body to avoid appearing the material use mistake and lead to returning the condition of producing, and need not the manual work and check, it is efficient, can not make mistakes, thereby can reach the product quality that improves the circuit board, can play the material simultaneously and use the effect that the mistake shut down and prevent staying.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, the fool-proof feeding control device 51 further includes: an alert module 514, an interconnected sense module 512, and a count module 513.
The sensing module 512 is disposed on the production line body and configured to sense each produced circuit board, and the counting module 513 is electrically connected to the I/O control module 510 and configured to update the counted number of circuit boards each time the sensing module 512 senses one circuit board, and transmit the updated number of circuit boards to the I/O control module 510; the alarm module 514 is electrically connected with the I/O control module 510; and the I/O control module 510 further comprises a second control unit 5104 electrically connected to the alert module 514, and the I/O control module 510 is configured to: the updated circuit board number is sent to the control terminal 50 each time, and a comparison result obtained by comparing the remaining material number corresponding to each feeding station determined by the control terminal 50 according to the circuit board number with a pre-stored material number is received, so as to control the state of the power assembly 52 or the state of the warning module 514 according to the comparison result.
In this embodiment, the foolproof feeding control device 51 can assist in monitoring the amount of remaining materials at each feeding station, so as to avoid affecting the production efficiency of the circuit boards due to lack of materials, specifically, sense each produced circuit board through the sensing module 512 disposed on the production line, count the number of circuit boards sensed by the sensing module 512 through the counting module 513, and send the number of circuit boards to the control terminal 50 through the I/O control module 510, so that the control terminal can determine the amount of remaining materials corresponding to each feeding station, and the I/O control module 510 can further control the state of the power assembly or control the state of the warning module 514 based on an instruction sent by the first control unit 5102 and the second control unit 5104 according to the comparison result between the amount of remaining materials corresponding to each feeding station and the pre-stored corresponding amount of materials by the control terminal 50, that is, the control terminal 50 may control the operation state of the production line body through the I/O control module 510 or send an alarm to the user.
Further, the I/O control module 510 is specifically configured to: when the comparison result shows that the number of the remaining materials corresponding to each feeding station is smaller than a first preset material number, controlling the warning module 514 to give an alarm to remind a user to add corresponding materials to each feeding station; and when the comparison result indicates that the number of the remaining materials corresponding to each feeding station is smaller than a second preset number of materials, controlling the power assembly 52 to stop providing a power source for maintaining the normal operation of the production line, wherein the second preset number of materials is smaller than the first preset number of materials.
In this embodiment, specifically, when the amount of remaining materials at any loading station is less than the first preset amount of materials, the warning module 514 is used to give an alarm to remind of replenishing the materials, and further, when the amount of remaining materials at any loading station is not replenished in time, that is, when the amount of remaining materials at any loading station is less than the second preset amount of materials, the power assembly 52 of the production line is cut off to supply power to the production line, so that the production line is directly stopped, and the purposes of stopping and preventing the material from leaking out due to insufficient materials are achieved.
Further, in the above embodiment, the first control unit 5102 and the second control unit 5104 are relays, the sensing module 512 is a photoelectric sensor, and the counting module 513 is a counting relay; and the power module 511 is further configured to provide operating voltages for the sensing module 512, the counting module 513 and the warning module 514.
Specifically, the power module 511 is a 24V power supply, and the mains supply is supplied through a plug 515, and the plug 515 may be a 220V three-pin plug; and the control terminal 50 is connected with the I/O control module 510 through a USB-to-RS 232 data line.
In summary, in the embodiment, code scanning software is programmed on a computer, and specifically, the relay switch of the I/O control module can be controlled in the software to realize the voice broadcast of whether the production line is correct and the code scanning results such as the polarity direction and the like, and simultaneously realize the material shortage warning, the code missing scanning and the code scanning error shutdown and fool-proofing. Moreover, the scheme of the embodiment can be applied to improve batch reworking caused by using errors of AI (Artificial Intelligence) electronic components in a factory, because in a production workshop, the correctness of the using link of the electronic components is positively correlated with the yield and the quality, the problem of using errors of electronic components in a production line is solved by using the foolproof scheme for using the AI electronic components, the foolproof feeding control device is manufactured and software is compiled, the model is directly selected on a computer during production, whether the electronic components are correctly replaced by the staff is judged by the software, the actual material using quantity is counted by a relay, the wrong electronic components are prevented from being replaced by the staff, and the production line is enabled to take one step in the foolproof process.

Claims (9)

1. A fool-proof feeding control method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
when any circuit board is produced, acquiring prestored basic material information of each material corresponding to the circuit board, wherein the basic material information comprises a loading station code;
receiving actual material information of each material scanned at a feeding station position corresponding to any one feeding station position code of the production line body;
comparing the actual material information with corresponding target material information in the basic material information;
when each piece of information in the actual material information is matched with corresponding preset information in the target material information, controlling the production line body to continue to operate, and when the actual material information contains information which is not matched with the preset information in the target material information, controlling the production line body to stop operating;
receiving the updated circuit board number after each circuit board is produced;
determining the used material quantity of each feeding station according to the quantity of the circuit boards;
obtaining the residual material quantity corresponding to each feeding station according to the preset total material quantity corresponding to each feeding station and the used material quantity;
when the quantity of the residual materials corresponding to each feeding station is smaller than a first preset material quantity, controlling to give an alarm so as to remind a user to add corresponding materials to each feeding station;
and when the quantity of the residual materials corresponding to each feeding station is less than a second preset material quantity, controlling the production line to stop running, wherein the second preset material quantity is less than the first preset material quantity.
2. The foolproof feeding control method according to claim 1, further comprising:
when entering a production transfer stage of any circuit board, starting a sequential code scanning mode, and arranging and displaying all the obtained loading station codes according to a preset sequence; and
the receiving actual material information scanned at a feeding station position corresponding to any one of the feeding station position codes of the production line body includes:
receiving the actual material information of each material scanned at the loading station corresponding to each loading station code in the production line body.
3. The foolproof feeding control method according to claim 1, further comprising:
and displaying and voice broadcasting the actual material information corresponding to each feeding station code and the residual material quantity obtained each time.

when the quantity of the residual materials corresponding to each feeding station is smaller than a first preset material quantity, controlling to give an alarm so as to remind a user to add corresponding materials to each feeding station;
and when the quantity of the residual materials corresponding to each feeding station is less than a second preset material quantity, controlling the production line to stop running, wherein the second preset material quantity is less than the first preset material quantity.
