The prepared grating film keeps the excellent wear-resisting, ageing-resisting, waterproof and moisture-permeable properties of TPU, can be directly applied to fabrics such as shoe materials, clothes and the like through a seamless hot-pressing process, does not need knitting, and is concise and attractive in finished products. Meanwhile, the dynamic patterns improve the fashion of decoration and also increase the characteristics of the commodities and the anti-counterfeiting protection function. The PP/TPU grating composite film is produced by casting by utilizing the reverse grating plate roller, and the application requirements of grating film printing machine and seamless hot pressing process are met by compounding PP paper.
