The invention has the characteristics of simple structure, sensitive action, improved production efficiency and product quality assurance, can effectively replace heavy work of a detection worker, quickly find out the heat sealing quality defect of the plastic bag, and timely control equipment to stop so as to remove unqualified products.

The proximity switch 9 of the invention adopts SN04-N model, the object which can be detected by the proximity switch must be a metal object, belongs to an inductive proximity switch, and consists of an LC high-frequency oscillator and an amplifying processing circuit.
The trigger head 10 of the trigger lever 7 is inserted into the heat-seal plastic bag from the article holding opening 3 of the heat-seal plastic bag and is contacted with the longitudinal heat seal seam in the bag, and the sensing end of the proximity switch 9 is contacted with the trigger lever 7. If the longitudinal heat seal of the plastic bag on the production line is firm and intact, the trigger head 10 is always blocked in the longitudinal heat seal and does not generate displacement. Once the phenomenon that the heat seal is not firm occurs in the broken area of the heat seal, namely, the phenomenon that the heat seal is not firm is generated, (see the left heat seal 21 that the heat seal above the right heat seal plastic bag 13 is not firm and has broken in fig. 3), the trigger head 10 is pushed by the reset spring 8 in the plastic bag, moves out from the weak part of the heat seal, the proximity switch 9 senses the information of the displacement of the trigger rod 7, the start switch of the plastic bag longitudinal heat sealing machine is controlled, the assembly line is stopped in time, and the plastic bag longitudinal heat sealing machine is started again after unqualified products are removed, and production is continued.
The shape of the trigger rod 7 can also be arc-shaped, one end of the arc-shaped trigger rod is fixed on the sliding seat plate 18, and the other end extends into the opening 3 for containing articles to prop against the heat sealing seam, so that the same function can be realized.
