本发明涉及一种适用于PPSU原料的立式注塑机的注塑方法,包括以下步骤:步骤一:将PPSU聚亚苯基砜树脂干燥;步骤二:为注塑机各个腔室设定压力温度,等各腔室压力温度都升到所设定的压力温度时,启动液压油缸,物料从储料桶经进料斗无间断地进入螺杆中,完成物料的预塑,使射胶腔内的物料呈熔融状态;步骤三:合模锁模,提高射胶腔的压力,螺杆向前推进使物料以较高的压力和速度通过喷嘴注入温度较低的闭合模具内,经过一定时间保压冷却成型;步骤四:开模。该注塑方法使用专用的注塑机,其加热长度短,升温快,热损失小,热效率高,并能精确控制其压力温度范围,提高注射压力和速度,从而提高生产效率,降低生产成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种注塑方法,特别涉及一种适用于PPSU原料的立式注塑机的注塑方法。
背景技术
PPSU聚亚苯基砜树脂是一种无定形的热性塑料,具有高度透明性、高水解稳定性,不含扰乱内分泌的致癌化学物质,并作为一种耐热性极佳的材质,耐热温度高达207度,因此可反复的高温煮沸,蒸汽消毒,并具有极优良之抗药性及抗酸碱性,可承受一般药水及洗洁剂清洗,不会产生化学变化。轻便,耐摔,无论从安全性,耐温,耐水解和耐冲击等方面都是最好的。可广泛用于食品,医药,电器领域。但其价格相对较贵,因此其产品的推广受一定限制。
现有的注塑机通常是由液压油缸驱动螺杆旋转,螺杆设置于进料管的内部,转动的螺杆通过其上的螺旋槽推动原料于加热的进料管中前进,螺杆的转动一直将原料送到螺杆前端,原料在此过程中被加热到熔融状态,然后推动螺杆前移,最终经射胶、保压、冷却、开模等过程后生产出产品。由于改性后聚砜树脂的性能和用途级别相差很大,其加工工艺变数也很大,故其注塑工艺需要满足特定的参数范围,现有的注塑机其压力温度不能精确控制,注塑压力和速度低,螺杆传输距离长,材料损耗大,因此需要提供一种适应于PPSU的注塑机,提高生产效率,降低生产成本。现有的注塑机其加热装置多采用电阻式加热,进料管的外缠绕电阻丝,通电使电阻丝发热并将产生的热量传递到进料管上,使进料管发热,从而对进料管内的塑料进行加热达到熔融状态,此种加热方式使得整个进料管的加热温度一样,加热的长度长,热损失较大,热效率较低。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种适用于PPSU的立式注塑机的注塑方法,使其加热长度短,升温快,热损失小,热效率高,并能精确控制其压力温度范围,提高注射压力和速度,从而提高生产效率,降低生产成本。
本发明的技术方案是:一种适用于PPSU原料的立式注塑机的注塑方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将PPSU聚亚苯基砜树脂在三机一体除湿干燥机内进行干燥,在一定温度下,持续烘干一段时间,放入储料桶内;立式注塑机的进料斗与储料桶连通,进料斗与螺杆连通,进料斗与螺杆连通管路上有进料阀;
步骤二:立式注塑机,包括进料斗,液压油缸,螺杆、第一加热腔,第二加热腔,第三加热腔,射胶腔,上半模,合模油缸,下半模,锁模机构,底座,螺杆设置于进料管中,进料管的下部设置在第一加热腔、第二加热腔、第三加热腔、射胶腔内,各腔室内的进料管外均匀分布有电磁线圈、金属屏蔽罩、保温层,进料管的最下端设置有喷嘴,喷嘴位于射胶腔;为立式注塑机第一加热腔,第二加热腔,第三加热腔,射胶腔设定压力温度,保持各个腔室的压力一样,等各腔温度都升到所设定的温度时,启动液压油缸,液压油缸驱动螺杆转动,物料从储料桶经进料斗无间断地进入螺杆中,经过螺杆的旋转,搅拌和外部加热,从而完成物料的预塑,使射胶腔内的物料呈熔融状态;
步骤三:射胶腔下方设置有上半模和下半模,下半模下方设有锁模机构和合模油缸,合模油缸下方为底座,合模油缸驱动下半模上移,使上半模和下半模完成合模,通过锁模机构进行锁模,提高射胶腔的压力,螺杆向前推进使物料以较高的压力和速度通过喷嘴注入温度较低的闭合模具内,经过一定时间保压冷却,使其固化成型;
步骤四:开模,通过机械手取出成型的制品,完成一个工作循环。
本发明具有以下优点及突出性技术效果:注塑机工作时,采用电磁线圈加热,电流通过时电磁线圈产生交变磁场,金属料筒感应产生小涡流,使料筒金属壁自行发热,直接加热材料进料管升温快,螺杆传输距离短,缩短冷态开机时的预热时间,不存在由于热传递而损失热能,比传统电阻丝加热节电70%~80%;采用各个腔室分段控制的形式,可以精确控制每个腔室的压力温度,尽可能的降低生产成本;射胶腔可以单独加压,使物料以很高的压力和速度通过喷嘴注入温度较低的闭合模具内,提高注塑效果;各腔室内设有金属屏蔽罩,有效防止电磁辐射对人体的影响。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与实施实例对本发明作进一步的说明。
一种适用于PPSU原料的立式注塑机,包括进料斗1,液压油缸2,螺杆3,第一加热腔4,第二加热腔5,第三加热腔6,射胶腔7,上半模8,合模油缸9,下半模10,锁模机构,底座11,螺杆3设置于进料管中,液压油缸1驱动螺杆转动,进料斗1与螺杆3连通,进料管的下部设置在第一加热腔4、第二加热腔5、第三加热腔6、射胶腔7内,各腔室内的进料管外均匀分布有电磁线圈、金属屏蔽罩、保温层,控制系统精确控制各腔室内电磁线圈的电流,从而精确控制各腔室的温度,进料管的最下端设置有喷嘴,喷嘴位于射胶腔7;射胶腔下方设置有上半模8和下半模10,下半模10下方设有锁模机构和合模油缸9,合模油缸9下方为底座11;在注塑机上还设有控制系统,控制系统可以检测各个腔室的压力温度、精确控制各个腔室的压力温度、故障报警、油温报警。
所述进料斗与储料桶连通,进料斗与螺杆连通管路上有进料阀。
注塑机还连接有液压站,其上分布有液压管道;
一种使用适用于PPSU原料的立式注塑机的注塑方法,包括以下步骤
步骤一:将100KG的PPSU聚亚苯基砜树脂是聚砜在三机一体除湿干燥机内进行干燥,温度110℃,持续烘干4小时,放入储料桶内。
步骤二:将注塑机的温度设置为第一加热腔260℃、第二加热腔275℃、第三加热腔290℃、射胶腔280℃,保持各个腔室的压力一样,等各腔温度都升到所设定的温度时,启动液压油缸2,物料从储料桶经进料斗1无间断地进入螺杆3中,经过螺杆3的旋转,搅拌和外部加热,从而完成物料的预塑,使射胶腔4内的物料呈熔融状态。
步骤三:合模油缸9驱动下半模10上移,使上半模8和下半模10完成合模,通过锁模机构进行锁模,提高射胶腔4的压力,螺杆向前推进使物料以很高的压力和速度通过喷嘴注入温度较低的闭合模具内,经过一定时间保压冷却,使其固化成型。
步骤四:开模,通过机械手取出成型的制品,完成一个工作循环。

1.一种适用于PPSU原料的立式注塑机的注塑方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将PPSU聚亚苯基砜树脂在三机一体除湿干燥机内进行干燥,在一定温度下,持续烘干一段时间,放入储料桶内;立式注塑机的进料斗与储料桶连通,进料斗与螺杆连通,进料斗与螺杆连通管路上有进料阀;
步骤二:立式注塑机,包括进料斗,液压油缸,螺杆、第一加热腔,第二加热腔,第三加热腔,射胶腔,上半模,合模油缸,下半模,锁模机构,底座,螺杆设置于进料管中,进料管的下部设置在第一加热腔、第二加热腔、第三加热腔、射胶腔内,各腔室内的进料管外均匀分布有电磁线圈、金属屏蔽罩、保温层,进料管的最下端设置有喷嘴,喷嘴位于射胶腔;为立式注塑机第一加热腔,第二加热腔,第三加热腔,射胶腔设定压力温度,保持各个腔室的压力一样,等各腔温度都升到所设定的温度时,启动液压油缸,液压油缸驱动螺杆转动,物料从储料桶经进料斗无间断地进入螺杆中,经过螺杆的旋转,搅拌和外部加热,从而完成物料的预塑,使射胶腔内的物料呈熔融状态;
步骤三:射胶腔下方设置有上半模和下半模,下半模下方设有锁模机构和合模油缸,合模油缸下方为底座,合模油缸驱动下半模上移,使上半模和下半模完成合模,通过锁模机构进行锁模,提高射胶腔的压力,螺杆向前推进使物料以较高的压力和速度通过喷嘴注入温度较低的闭合模具内,经过一定时间保压冷却,使其固化成型;
步骤四:开模,通过机械手取出成型的制品,完成一个工作循环。
