技术领域
本发明涉及一种原竹防开裂防霉防腐阻燃处理工艺及其产品。
背景技术
竹子具有成材快、质轻、料直、刚性好、抗拉抗剪能力强、耐磨损等优良特点,广泛应用在建材、家具装饰等各个领域。原竹更能体现竹子的特性,更环保、更低碳,具有较好的工艺美术性和自然性,其牢固性甚至可以与实木媲美。但是,原竹的处理较为复杂,一旦处理不好,就可能导致质量不达标。这就对原竹的快速技术处理工艺和对竹设计的大规模工业实现能力提出了非常高的要求和挑战,竹材主要成分为纤维素和半纤维素,竹材天然耐久性差,可燃性好。目前国际上没有真正意义上的原竹防开裂技术,传统原竹防开裂技术有物理方法和化学方法。物理方法:麻绳绑扎、金属抱箍、铁丝捆扎,缺点在于原竹竹节比较多,绑扎一个竹节节点其余节点会因为张力不均匀导致未捆扎的地方开裂更加严重,而且如果每根竹节节点捆扎的话会严重影响竹子美观,原竹一旦开裂会出现不美观、进水发霉、加速腐烂老化。化学处理方法:高温热油处理处于理论阶段,缺点在于原竹经过高温热油处理改变了原竹的颜色,也改变了原竹内部的结构特性,影响了原竹的韧性,重要一点是经过热油处理过的原竹具有严重的安全隐患,需要远离火源,目前阶段的高温热油处理并不能完全解决原竹的开裂问题,实际上只能解决5%-8%的原竹不开裂,而且不同地域、不同温度户外环境下,原竹的开裂都是不一样的,并不能保证其常年在户外的持久不开裂,原竹一旦开裂会出现不美观、进水发霉、加速腐烂老化。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的在于提出一种原竹防开裂防霉防腐阻燃处理工艺。
本发明的原竹防开裂防霉防腐阻燃处理工艺,包括如下步骤:S101:首先采用人工搬运而非机械工具的方式采伐原竹,并挑选表面无刮伤、粗细均匀的原竹;S102:将所述原竹用含有质量分数为0.8%~1.2%的漂白粉溶液中浸泡0.8h~1.5h,然后醋酸溶液中浸泡0.3h~0.8h,再用清水冲洗并擦干;S103:将所述原竹放入含有硫磺的烘房内烘干并进行二次增白处理;S104:将所述步骤S103处理过的原竹放入真空压力泵中真空处理0.4h~0.6h,然后将所述原竹放入含有硫酸铜和钠基硼砂的氨水混合溶液中,再真空处理8min~12min,再加压至7kg/m2处理0.4h~0.6h,然后取出所述原竹并将其晾干;S105:将所述原竹清洗后放入真空蒸镀装置的镀膜室,然后抽真空,再将辐照交联改性聚烯烃树脂材料加热,使蒸汽分子飞到所述原竹表面沉积凝结成弹性膜,然后将所述原竹晾干。
本发明的原竹防开裂防霉防腐阻燃处理工艺,设备简易,操作简便快捷,生产效率高,适合大批量的推广制作,大幅度提高了原竹作为可持续速生新型材料的利用率和附加值,该膜具有包裹收缩力大阻燃绝缘特性高的特性,阻燃等级B1级。还具有很强的户外耐候性,不透水、不透风、抗紫外线耐老化、阻燃、后期无需油漆、无需保养、可制作各种颜色、外观美观无任何附件。

S104:将所述步骤S103处理过的原竹放入真空压力泵中真空处理0.4h~0.6h,然后将所述原竹放入含有硫酸铜和钠基硼砂的氨水混合溶液中,再真空处理8min~12min,再加压至7kg/m2处理0.4h~0.6h,然后取出所述原竹并将其晾干;
S105:将所述原竹清洗后放入真空蒸镀装置的镀膜室,然后抽真空,再将辐照交联改性聚烯烃树脂材料加热,使蒸汽分子飞到所述原竹表面沉积凝结成弹性膜,然后将所述原竹晾干。
