Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of shield segment steel reinforcement cage welding, in particular to a single-piece net supporting device and shield segment steel reinforcement cage welding equipment. The single-piece net supporting device comprises a mounting frame, at least two supporting components are arranged on the mounting frame at intervals, and each supporting component comprises a horizontal fixing seat, a horizontal moving seat, a first driving mechanism, a vertical fixing seat, a vertical moving seat, a second driving mechanism and supporting claws. Background
In the tunnel construction process, after the circular hole is dug out by the shield machine, a plurality of arc shield segments are needed to fix the circular hole, so that a firm and safe space is provided for subsequent engineering. The shield segment is formed by combining a shield segment steel reinforcement cage and concrete anchors. Fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of a shield segment steel cage 100, and as shown in fig. 1, the shield segment steel cage 100 includes a plurality of arc-shaped single-piece nets 110 and a plurality of stirrups 120; the plurality of monolithic nets 110 are spaced apart and arranged in parallel with each other; a plurality of stirrups 120 are fixed to the outer edges of the plurality of single webs 110 at intervals and welded in parallel to each other.
In the shield segment steel cage welding apparatus, the single mesh 110 stacked in the stacking device needs to be lifted to the welding position of the welding device by the single mesh lifting device. The prior art provides a single screen jacking device, as shown in fig. 2, the single screen jacking device 10 'comprises two vertical cylinders 11' arranged vertically, a pallet 12 'connected with telescopic ends of the vertical cylinders 11', two horizontal cylinders 13 'arranged on the pallet 12' at intervals, and jacking claws 14 'connected with telescopic ends of the horizontal cylinders 13'. The single-sheet net supporting device in the prior art has the following defects: the vertical travel of the shield segment steel cage welding device is completely provided by the vertical cylinder, so that the model of the vertical cylinder is larger, the cost is increased, larger installation space is occupied, the installation space of the shield segment steel cage welding device is limited, and the space arrangement of the supporting device on the welding device is difficult. Therefore, a single-piece net supporting device and shield segment steel reinforcement cage welding equipment are needed to solve the technical problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a single-sheet net supporting device to solve the technical problems of high cost, large occupied installation space and difficult installation and arrangement in the prior art.
To achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the single-sheet net supporting device comprises a mounting frame, wherein at least two supporting components are arranged on the mounting frame at intervals, and each supporting component comprises a horizontal fixing seat, a horizontal moving seat, a first driving mechanism, a vertical fixing seat, a vertical moving seat, a second driving mechanism and a supporting claw;
the horizontal fixing seat is fixedly arranged on the mounting frame, and the horizontal moving seat is in sliding fit with the horizontal fixing seat and can horizontally move along the horizontal fixing seat under the driving of the first driving mechanism; the vertical fixing seat is fixedly arranged on the horizontal moving seat, and the vertical moving seat is in sliding fit with the vertical fixing seat and can vertically move along the vertical fixing seat under the driving of the second driving mechanism; the supporting claw is fixedly connected to the vertical moving seat.
Preferably, one of the horizontal fixing seat and the horizontal moving seat is provided with a first pulley, and the other one of the two is provided with a first chute matched with the first pulley.
Preferably, the horizontal fixing seat comprises a bottom plate and two pulley mounting plates, and the pulley mounting plates are provided with the first pulleys; the horizontal moving seat is positioned between the two pulley mounting plates, and the two opposite side surfaces of the horizontal moving seat are respectively provided with the first sliding grooves extending along the horizontal direction.
Preferably, the first driving mechanism is a first cylinder, the first cylinder is fixed on the horizontal fixing seat, and the driving end of the first cylinder is in driving connection with the horizontal moving seat.
Preferably, one of the vertical fixing seat and the vertical moving seat is provided with a second pulley, and the other one of the two is provided with a second chute matched with the second pulley.
Preferably, the cross section of the vertical fixing seat is U-shaped, and the two opposite side surfaces of the vertical fixing seat are respectively provided with the second pulleys; the vertical moving seat is positioned at the inner side of the vertical fixing seat, and the two opposite side surfaces of the vertical moving seat are respectively provided with the second sliding groove extending along the vertical direction.

Preferably, the device further comprises a stacking device and a welding device, wherein the stacking device is used for stacking single-piece nets; the two single-sheet net supporting devices are respectively arranged at two sides of the stacking device and are used for supporting the single-sheet nets one by one; the welding device is arranged above the stacking device and is used for welding stirrups and the supported single-piece net.

The technical scheme of the invention is further described below with reference to the attached drawings and the embodiments. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not limiting thereof. It should be further noted that, for convenience of description, only some, but not all of the drawings related to the present invention are shown.
As shown in fig. 3, the present invention provides a single-sheet net supporting device, which comprises a mounting frame 11, at least two supporting components are arranged on the mounting frame 11 at intervals, and each supporting component comprises a horizontal fixing seat 12, a horizontal moving seat 13, a first driving mechanism, a vertical fixing seat 15, a vertical moving seat 16, a second driving mechanism and a supporting claw 18. The horizontal fixing seat 12 is fixedly arranged on the mounting frame 11, and the horizontal moving seat 13 is in sliding fit with the horizontal fixing seat 12 and can horizontally move along the horizontal fixing seat 12 under the drive of the first driving mechanism; the vertical fixing seat 15 is fixedly arranged on the horizontal moving seat 13, and the vertical moving seat 16 is in sliding fit with the vertical fixing seat 15 and can vertically move along the vertical fixing seat 15 under the drive of the second driving mechanism; the holding claw 18 is fixedly attached to the vertically movable base 16.
The horizontal moving seat 13 is in sliding fit with the horizontal fixing seat 12 in a form of a pulley and a chute. In the present embodiment, referring to fig. 3 to 5, the horizontal fixing base 12 is provided with a first pulley 123, and the horizontal moving base 13 is provided with a first chute 131. Specifically, the horizontal fixing seat 12 includes a bottom plate 121 and two pulley mounting plates 122 that are distributed at intervals and perpendicular to the bottom plate 121, the interval direction of the two pulley mounting plates 122 is perpendicular to the moving direction of the horizontal moving seat 13, and each pulley mounting plate 122 is provided with at least two first pulleys 123 that are arranged along the horizontal direction; the horizontal moving seat 13 is located between the two pulley mounting plates 122, and two opposite sides of the horizontal moving seat 13 are respectively provided with a first chute 131 extending along the horizontal direction. Alternatively, in other embodiments, the horizontal fixing base 12 may be provided with a first chute 131, and the horizontal moving base 13 may be provided with a first pulley 123. In this embodiment, referring to fig. 3 and 4, the vertical fixing base 15 is provided with a second pulley 151, and the vertical moving base 16 is provided with a second chute 161. Specifically, the cross section of the vertical fixing seat 15 is in a U shape, and two opposite sides of the vertical fixing seat 15 are respectively provided with at least two second pulleys 151 arranged along the vertical direction; the vertical moving seat 16 is located at the inner side of the vertical fixing seat 15, and the opposite two side surfaces of the vertical moving seat 16 are respectively provided with a second chute 161 extending along the vertical direction. Alternatively, in other embodiments, the vertical fixing seat 15 may be provided with a second chute 161, and the vertical moving seat 16 may be provided with a second pulley 151. Preferably, the second driving mechanism is a second air cylinder 17, the fixed end of the second air cylinder 17 is fixed on the horizontal moving seat 13, and the driving end of the second air cylinder 17 is in driving connection with the vertical moving seat 16 through a connecting plate 162.
The matching form of the pulley and the sliding groove is easier to realize and lower in cost than the matching form of the sliding rail and the sliding block in the prior art. It will be understood, of course, that the form of sliding engagement of the horizontal moving seat 13 with the horizontal fixed seat 12 and the vertical moving seat 16 with the vertical fixed seat 15 is not limited to the form of pulleys and runners, and any other form capable of achieving sliding engagement therebetween may be used in the present invention, and is not specifically described herein.
As shown in fig. 6, the invention further provides a shield segment steel reinforcement cage welding device, which comprises the single-sheet net supporting device 10, a stacking device 20 and a welding device 30. Wherein the stacking device 20 is used for stacking the single-sheet nets 110; the two single-sheet net supporting devices 10 are respectively arranged at two sides of the stacking device 20, wherein the supporting claw 18 at one side faces to the inner arc reinforcing steel bar 110a of the single-sheet net 110, and the supporting claw 18 at the other side faces to the outer arc reinforcing steel bar 110b of the single-sheet net 110; the welding device 30 is arranged above the stacking device 20. The single-sheet net supporting device is used for supporting the single-sheet nets 110 in the stacking device 20 into the welding device 30 one by one and welding the single-sheet nets with the stirrups 120 to form the shield segment steel cage 100.
The working process of the shield segment steel reinforcement cage welding equipment provided by the invention is as follows: first, the first cylinders 14 at two sides of the stacking device 20 drive the horizontal moving seats 13 to move forward, the horizontal moving seats 13 drive the supporting claws 18 to extend to the single-sheet net 110 which is orderly stacked in the stacking device 20 along the horizontal direction, and the supporting claws 18 at two sides of the stacking device 20 are respectively clamped on the inner arc steel bars 110a and the outer arc steel bars 110b; then, the second cylinders 17 at both sides of the stacking device 20 drive the vertical moving seats 16 to move upwards, the vertical moving seats 16 carry the supporting claws 18 and the single piece net 110 to move upwards, when the single piece net 110 is supported to a position where the single piece net 110 is welded with the stirrups 120, the second cylinders 17 stop driving, and the supporting parts in the welding device 30 extend to support the single piece net 110; then the first cylinder 14 drives the horizontal moving seat 13 to move backwards, the horizontal moving seat 13 carries the supporting claw 18 to retract along the horizontal direction, the second cylinder 17 drives the vertical moving seat 16 to move downwards, the vertical moving seat 16 carries the supporting claw 18 to move downwards for resetting, and meanwhile the welding device 30 welds the stirrups 120 and the single-piece net 110 which is supported in place; the above-described actions are repeated until the shield segment steel cage 100 is formed.
