1. A convenient screening trolley for quartz sand is characterized by comprising wheels (1), a mounting plate (2), an air pump (3), a screening box (4), an air delivery hose (5), a feed hopper (6), a traction wire (7), a fixing hook (8), an iron ring (9), a first support rod (10), a second support rod (11), a first elastic part (12), an electric reel (13), a pull wire (14), a discharge hopper (15), a slide rod (16), a storage box (18), a screening net (19), a material shifting wheel (20), a transmission shaft (21), a fixing plate (22), a sealing sleeve (23), a driving motor (24), a first bevel gear (25), a bearing seat (26), a second bevel gear (27), a first sliding block (29) and a material baffle (31); the wheel (1) is arranged at the bottom of the mounting plate (2), and the electric reel (13), the second support rod (11), the first support rod (10), the iron ring (9) and the air pump (3) are fixedly connected to the top of the mounting plate (2) in sequence; the screening box (4) is hinged to the top of the first supporting rod (10), a first sliding groove (17) is formed in the front side of the screening box, and a discharge opening (30) is formed in the bottom of the screening box (4); the screening box (4) is provided with a second chute (28) which is uniformly distributed at two sides of the discharge opening (30); the material baffle plate (31) is in sliding connection with the second sliding groove (28) through a first sliding block (29); the sliding rod (16) is hinged to the top of the second support rod (11) and is connected with the first sliding groove (17) in a sliding manner; the discharge hopper (15) is embedded in the lower part of the side surface of the screening box (4) close to the second supporting rod (11), and the feed hopper (6) is embedded in the top of the screening box (4) and is positioned right above the discharge port (30); one end of the pull wire (14) is in transmission connection with the electric reel (13), and the other end of the pull wire is connected with the bottom of one side, close to the discharge hopper (15), of the screening box (4); one end of a first elastic piece (12) is connected with the top of the mounting plate (2), the other end of the first elastic piece is connected with the screening box (4), and the first elastic piece (12) is positioned between the first supporting rod (10) and the second supporting rod (11); the material storage box (18) is fixedly connected to the inner top of the screening box (4) and is communicated with the feed hopper (6); the fixing plate (22) is hinged to one side of the bottom of the material storage box (18) and is positioned right below the material storage box (18); the sealing sleeve (23) is embedded at the bottom of the screening box (4), one end of the traction wire (7) is connected with the bottom of the fixing plate (22), the other end of the traction wire penetrates through the sealing sleeve (23) to be connected with the fixing hook (8), and the fixing hook (8) is buckled with the iron ring (9); the screening net (19) is embedded in the middle of the fixed plate (22) and is positioned right below the feed hopper (6); one end of the gas transmission hose (5) is connected with the gas pump (3), and the other end of the gas transmission hose penetrates through the screening box (4) and the storage box (18) in sequence and is communicated with the interior of the storage box (18); the driving motor (24) is fixedly connected to the rear side of the screening box (4), the first bevel gear (25) is in transmission connection with the output end of the driving motor (24), and the bearing seats (26) are uniformly embedded in the rear side wall of the screening box (4); one end of the transmission shaft (21) is fixedly connected with the second bevel gear (27), the second bevel gear (27) is meshed with the first bevel gear (25), the other end of the transmission shaft (21) is pivoted with the bearing seat (26) and penetrates through the bearing seat (26) to be fixedly connected with the material shifting wheel (20), and the material shifting wheel (20) is positioned in the material storage box (18);
the device also comprises a first butterfly bolt (33) and a receiving hopper (34); one end of the material receiving hopper (34) is hinged with the bottom of one end of the fixing plate (22) far away from the traction line (7), and the other ends of the material receiving hopper (34) and the fixing plate (22) are respectively provided with a first threaded hole (32) for a first butterfly bolt (33) to be screwed;
the device also comprises a piston (35), a filter tank (36), a curved pipe (37), an exhaust hole (38), a second butterfly bolt (39), a sealing cover (41) and an exhaust pipe (42); the filter tank (36) is fixedly connected to the top of the screening box (4), the piston (35) is in interference connection with the top of the filter tank (36), and second threaded holes (40) are uniformly distributed in the side part of the sealing cover (41); the second butterfly bolt (39) is in threaded connection with the second threaded hole (40); the bent pipe (37) penetrates through the top of the filter tank (36) and is uniformly provided with exhaust holes (38); one end of the exhaust pipe (42) penetrates through the top of the sealing cover (41), and the other end of the exhaust pipe is fixedly connected with the filter tank (36) and communicated with the curved pipe (37);
the device also comprises a pull ring (43), a traction rope (44), a discharge hopper (45), an inclined plate (46), a second elastic piece (47), a guide rod (49) and a roller (50); one end of the inclined plate (46) is hinged with the bottom in the screening box (4), and the other end is provided with a guide groove (48); one end of the guide rod (49) is connected with the inclined plate (46) through a second elastic piece (47), and the guide rod (49) and the second elastic piece (47) are positioned in the guide groove (48); the roller (50) is arranged at one end of the guide rod (49) far away from the second elastic piece (47), and the discharge hopper (45) is fixedly connected to the top of the inclined plate (46); one end of a traction rope (44) is connected with the top of the discharge hopper (45), and the other end of the traction rope penetrates through one side of the top of the screening box (4) and is connected with a pull ring (43);
