本发明涉及工业乳化剂技术领域,尤其是一种无毒沥青乳化剂。
背景技术
乳化剂是能够改善乳浊液中各种构成相之间的表面张力,使之形成均匀稳定的分散体系或乳浊液的物质。乳化剂是表面活性物质,分子中同时具有亲水基和亲油基,它聚集在油/水界面上,可以降低界面张力和减少形成乳状液所需要的能量,从而提高乳状液的能量,其中,沥青是由不同分子量的碳氢化合物及其非金属衍生物组成的黑褐色复杂混合物,是高黏度有机液体的一种,呈液态,表面呈黑色,可溶于二硫化碳,是一种防水防潮和防腐的有机胶凝材料。现有用于沥青球化处理的乳化剂添加量较小,造成成球效果差,达到体系稳定时间长,不利于大规模生产。

为了克服现有的上述的不足,本发明提供了一种无毒沥青乳化剂。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种无毒沥青乳化剂,包括以下质量份的组分:聚乙烯醇3~7份,去离子水85~110份,戊基酚聚氧乙烯醚0.5~1.8份,庚醇聚氧乙烯醚0.6~2.3份和柠檬酸1.2~3.5份。
进一步的,包括聚乙烯醇4~6份,去离子水90~100份,戊基酚聚氧乙烯醚0.8~1.3份,庚醇聚氧乙烯醚0.8~1.2份和柠檬酸1.5~3份。
进一步的,包括聚乙烯醇5份,去离子水100份,戊基酚聚氧乙烯醚1份,庚醇聚氧乙烯醚1份和柠檬酸2份。
本发明的有益效果是,利用该配方制得的乳化剂对沥青进行球化处理的益处在于,缩短了分散体系达到稳定的时间,避免了沥青颗粒之间的融并及长大,增大了沥青成球处理时的沥青添加量,提高了沥青的成球效率,为规模化沥青成球处理奠定了基础。
