Abstract
本发明提供一种小桶放泄口的放泄装置,具有一
插座和小桶连接装置,其中有一根啤酒管(2)。插座
(1)具有一螺旋形槽(3),其螺距至少相当于放泄件
(9)的打开路径。插座中有一插套(4),其中有一相同
螺距的槽(3′)。插套(4)和插座(1)间装有一中空的
放泄杆(6),其上装有带周向提升杆(7)的放泄件(9),
杆(7)穿过槽(3,3′)并与一相对放置的突起部(8)配
合工作。这种小桶放泄口的放泄装置可一只手操作,
而且其结构高度小。
Description
本涉及一种新颖的小桶放泄口用的放泄装置,这种放泄装置可安装在啤酒桶上作为啤酒桶的一部分,例如欧洲专利第0283797号和德国实用新型第9110371号。
在现有技术中,小桶阀门是借助一放泄件打开的,放泄件通过一环形螺母(EP0283797)或一杠杆(DE-U9110371)机械式向下移动。这种放泄装置例如借助棘轮固定在小桶上,在放泄件内部有一根啤酒管,通过啤酒管至一旋塞。
在桶内需要借助手动泵或二氧化碳气筒维持压力,而本发明则适用于上述两种方式。
现有技术中的一个问题是,一方面要手工操纵放泄装置的环形螺母,另一方面要具有将一杠杆由上至下倾斜使杆不能及桶圈的一大段结构高度。另一缺陷是抬起杠杆前须放开一止动凹口,因而松释动作由两只手完成。
因此,本发明的目的是提供一种用于小桶放泄口的放泄装置,这种放泄装置可用一只手操作,同时只要求较小的结构高度。
按照本发明的用于小桶放泄口的放泄装置设有一插座,插座具有一连接小桶的固定件,其内有一根啤酒管,借助阀门和放泄件与一压力室密封,其特征在于:
(a)插座具有螺旋形槽,其螺距至少相当于打开阀门件的打开路径;
(b)从上可插入插座中一个插套,插套有自己的槽可与上述槽叠合,以及相对设置的相同螺距的导向缘,该导向缘与向下敞开的进口配合工作;
(c)在插套(4)和插座(1)之间可移动地装有一根中空的,带有所述放泄件的放泄杆,一根周向提升杆穿过上述槽,与周向提升杆相对设置的突起部由上述导向缘导向;
(d)在放泄杆中插有一根浸入杆,其上设有O形环,O形环内侧有一压力室,与放泄杆相密封,并具有一连接于此的连接孔;
(e)浸入杆内装着所述啤酒管,啤酒管底部装有一密封件,在放泄杆和啤酒管之间留有空间作为压力室;
(f)上述插座具有连接在上述固定件上的一个套,放泄杆上部用O形环与套密封,在O形环下放泄杆上设有一横向孔。
使用本发明可以首次通过周向杆的径向转动引起小桶的开启,使啤酒管从小桶连接于放泄口,杆转一转就足以引起放泄杆工作路径的运动。
本装置不仅可用于装有气泵的放泄口,也可用于装有二氧化碳气筒的放泄口。
周向提升杆和相对设置的突起部可通过摩擦抵抗小桶阀门弹簧的打开压力使其保持在打开位置上,即例如通过改变螺旋的螺距来保持在螺旋的下端。
但是最好实行强制限位,为此,以简单的方式在螺旋槽的下端设置向上的圆顶限位凹槽。
为了使用带二氧化碳接头如二氧化碳气筒或气瓶的放泄口,本发明的装置可设置一阀门,当提起阀门打开件时封闭气体出口。为此,建议在横向孔之下,放泄杆上设置第二O形环密封并在套下方设置漏斗形的加宽部分,当放泄杆下降时,第二O形环进入上述加宽部分,从而打开压力气体的通路,反之,当放泄杆提升时,第二O形环密封地抵靠套的内壁,从而封闭气体通路。
为了实现放泄杆的无应变导向,放泄杆可具有一块上板,最好是双板,其边缘滑动地抵靠在插套内,并为放泄杆导向,免于倾斜。另外,在板上最好形成周向提升杆的座并带有从上方可接近的装配开口以便装入锁销,锁销作为肘节将周向提升杆连接于放泄杆。
现对照以下附图详述本发明:
图1是本发明放泄装置的分解立体图;
图2是放泄装置的剖视图;
图3是放泄装置的侧视图。
在图1中,一根带有底部密封件16的啤酒管2,在头部端设有一龙头孔29和一压力介质孔30。啤酒管2被推入一中空的浸入杆13,浸入杆13的内壁尺寸小,因而产生环形空间,通过该环形空间压力介质(来自手动泵的二氧化碳或空气)可从压力介质孔30进入浸入杆13的下部,向上进至底部密封件,啤酒管2的下端和浸入杆的下端,组装之后,底部密封件16也处于那个位置因而多少有些重合。
浸入杆具有三个O形环10,11和12,在中间的O形环11之下有一连接孔15,通过孔15压力介质可从啤酒管2和浸入杆13之间的环形空间涌出。
组装完毕后,浸入杆13和啤酒管2都位于放泄杆6之内,其余部件组装后从上插入O形环10,11和12,因而密封地抵靠放泄杆6的内壁,放泄杆6也有一纵向孔31。另外,本装置具有一插座1,一插套4和带有手柄32和手柄帽33的一周向提升杆7。插座1是一中空圆筒,下部具有一螺纹形式的紧固装置17、可旋入不桶的相应螺纹中,还有一螺距均匀或变分的螺旋槽3。插套4具有与相同螺距的槽相对的一条叠合槽3′,至少有一带下部敞开进口5的上部导向缘26,以及一内止动器34,静止时与龙头的底板35相连接。
放泄杆上部具有一块板22,板22上带有与周向提升杆7相对设置的突起部8,可用钢制成,还带有杆7的座23,以及一装配开口27,以便从上方安装穿过一侧面的锁销36。放泄杆上具有带两O形环19和19′的管形件,在两O形环之间有一横向孔20,用于传递由连接孔15提供的压力。
装配时,首先将放泄杆6推入插座1,然后将插套4推向放泄杆,从而使突起部8穿过进口5并抵靠导向缘26。导向缘位移180°使槽3和3′叠合。然后,从外侧将周向提升杆推入放泄杆的板22,并用锁销36固定。然后,将手柄32和手柄帽33固定在周向提升杆7上,并从上面通过插套4将浸入杆13,啤酒管2和放泄口连接件28插入放泄杆6。至此须将这些零件相互固定(旋紧或锁紧)。如果现将杆7沿槽3和3′移动,这样即形成周向运动同时作上、下运动,突起部8沿缘26移动。缘26可以是槽的一部分,具有一个进口。随着杆的运动,放泄杆也作共轴转动并作相应的上、下运动,在作向下运动时即打开小桶阀门。
图2示出带有插套4和放泄杆6的插座1,在放泄杆6的板22中有杆7的座23,和抵靠导向缘26的突起部8的座。在插座1的底部设有套18,在套18中固定着O形环19和19′,在这两个O形环之间形成一压力室37,压力室37封闭于图中所示的放泄杆6的上部位置。
如果放泄杆6向下移动,则在下部密封的O形环19′进入漏斗形的加宽部分21,在下方打开压力室,因而小桶阀门同时动作,压力气体可通过横向孔20进入小桶。
另一方面,在提升放泄杆6的情况下,压力室37封闭,这意味着在更换小桶或其它某些拆卸情况下二氧化碳气无法从气筒的连接部逸出。
图3示出图2所示元件的侧视图,插座的底部螺纹作为固定件17固定在小桶上,其下方是普通方式的密封环。
槽两端的高度差至少相应于放泄件9打开的路径,当杆锁止在下部位置时,杆通过小桶阀门压入一上部圆顶止动凹槽,因而不能自动移动。
Claims (6)
1、小桶放泄口的放泄装置,具有一插座(1),插座(1)具有一用于小桶连接的固定件(17),插座中有一根啤酒管(2),与一压力室相封闭,装有放泄阀门和放泄件(9),其特征在于:
(a)插座(1)具有一螺旋形槽(3),其螺距至少相应于放泄件(9)的打开路径;
(b)从上可插入插座(1)一个插套(4),插套(4)有其自己的槽(3′),槽(3′)可以同槽(3)叠合,以及相对设置的相同螺距的导向缘(26),导向缘(26)与向下敞开的进口(5)配合工作;
(c)在插套(4)和插座(1)之间可移动地装有一根中空的带有所述放泄件(9)的放泄杆(6),一根周向提升杆(7)穿过槽(3,3′),与杆(7)对置的突起部(8)由导向缘(26)导向;
(d)在放泄杆(6)中插有一根浸入杆(13),其上设有O形环(10,11,12),O形环内侧有一压力室(14)与放泄杆(6)相密封并具有一连接于此的连接孔(15);
(e)浸入杆(13)内装所述啤酒管(2),啤酒管(2)底部装有一密封件(16),在放泄杆(6)和啤酒管(2)之间留有空间作为压力室(37);
(f)插座(1)具有连接在固定件(17)上的一个套(18),放泄杆(6)上部有一O形环(19),与套(18)密封,在O形环之下放泄杆(6)上设有横向孔(20)。
2、如权利要求1所述的放泄装置,其特征在于:所述槽(3,3′)具有下部止动凹槽(25)。
3、如权利要求1或2所述的放泄装置,其特征在于:放泄杆(16)在横向孔(20)下具有第二O形环(19′),套(18)具有一漏斗形加宽部分(21)。
4、如前述任一权利要求所述的放泄装置,其特征在于:所述放泄杆(6)上部有一块板(22),在插套(4)的内壁上被导向。
5、如前述任一权利要求所述的放泄装置,其特征在于:所述板(22)具有一个为周向提升杆而设的座(23)和为安装固定销(24)而设的开口。
6、如权利要求1所述的放泄装置,其特征在于:该装置基本如上文所述并如附图所示。
