(I) technical field
The invention belongs to the field of daily chemical products, and particularly relates to a preparation method of a natural multi-effect lip mask.
(II) technical background
The lip mask is a novel lip care product, and is used for moistening and softening, removing old waste cutin, fading pigmentation of lips and providing nutrition and gloss for lips. Without removing the dead skin cutin, the nutrition cannot be absorbed, and thus the nutrition cannot be nourished to the lip skin. And old waste cutin makes skin rough, unsmooth, dark and dim, and influences the beauty. The common lip mask does not add keratolytic ingredients, and the abrasive is directly used to forcibly remove aged cutin, so that the removal is not thorough and has large damage to lip mucosa, and lips cannot be well protected.
A mature lip film not only has the care problem of lips, but also has the smearing effect and the sanitary safety problem. The traditional lip mask has simple process and single effect, and the raw materials are ground into powder and mixed with water into paste to be applied to lips. The effective components in the raw materials cannot be well utilized by simply grinding the raw materials into powder, and the raw materials are not fresh and comfortable enough and are easy to crack. The lip skin is tender and fragile, is easy to be damaged, pigments are easy to deposit, the problem of lip color cannot be fundamentally solved because the problem of pigment deposition is not considered in the traditional lip film, and a part of products use single antioxidants, cannot play a good role in resisting oxidation and improve the lip color and the fine lines of the lips. In addition, many lip film products use many chemically synthesized substances in order to obtain their desired effects, which may cause irritation of the skin of the lips, allergy, etc.
Patent CN107569406A discloses a lip film and a preparation method thereof, and the technical scheme is that the lip film is prepared and comprises the following components: petrolatum, beeswax, synthetic wax, polyisobutylene, polyethylene, ethylhexyl palmitate, phenoxyethanol, piroctone olamine. The patent has the functions of moistening and removing aged cutin, but the use of chemical components can stimulate the skin and cause certain harm. Patent CN106880575A discloses a method for making a frosted lip film, which comprises the steps of making frosted particles, dissolving functional components, mixing, sterilizing, subpackaging and cooling to obtain the frosted lip film. This patent is got rid of the cutin through the physical action of abrasive, can only get rid of skin top layer dead skin, can't go deep into the clearance, directly uses abrasive moreover and easily causes lip skin impaired.
Disclosure of the invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a preparation method of a natural multi-effect lip mask, and the lip mask has good moisturizing and moistening properties, oxidation resistance, antibacterial property and exfoliating effect.

Further, in the step (2), the high-speed shearing conditions are as follows: 13000r/min-15000r/min, 2-4 min; the high-pressure homogenizing conditions are as follows: 40-60 Mpa for 3-5 times; the spray drying conditions were: the air inlet temperature of spray drying is 170-190 ℃, and the air outlet temperature is 80-90 ℃.
Further, in the step (6), the temperature is controlled to be 60-70 ℃ and kept for 0.5-1 hour, and most of microorganisms can be killed.
In the invention, in order to obtain better lip protecting effect of the lip mask, the moisturizing and moistening performance of the lip mask is increased by increasing the using amount of the emulsion, the oxidation resistance of the lip mask is increased by increasing the using amount of the grape seed oil and the vitamin E, and the antibacterial property of the lip mask is increased by increasing the using amount of the chitosan. Therefore, in the step (1), the oil phase is preferably 30-35%, wherein the optimal ratio of the olive oil to the grape seed oil is 3-4: 2-2.5. In the step (3), the mixing mass ratio of the vitamin E microcapsules, the glycolic acid, the honey and the chitosan is preferably 1.5-2:0.3-0.5:2.5-3:3.5-4, and the dosage of the emulsion is preferably 90-95%. The advantages and the beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:
(1) according to the invention, the oil-in-water emulsion is added, and active substances such as vitamin E microcapsules, honey, chitosan and the like are added, so that better moistening, moisturizing, antioxidant and antibacterial effects are achieved, and lips are comprehensively maintained.
Specifically, ordinary lips have a single effect, and lips cannot be maintained in all aspects. The scheme takes olive oil and grape seed oil as base oil, and the oil-in-water emulsion is prepared by using a natural emulsifier by using a method for preparing the emulsion. The water can be supplemented, and the absorption of fat-soluble substances can be enhanced, so that the lip skin can be deeply nourished. After the lip mask is smeared by the oil-in-water system, the skin of the lips is more moist and glossy, is not greasy and is not easy to crack.
The olive oil is rich in squalene with excellent affinity with skin and essential fatty acid of human body, and has the advantages of rapid absorption, good moistening property, and effective maintenance of skin elasticity and moistening. Linoleic acid in grape seeds is a fatty acid which is necessary for human bodies and cannot be synthesized by the human bodies, and can resist free radicals, resist aging, prevent melanin from precipitating and help to absorb vitamin C and E. The vitamin E is insoluble in water and easy to oxidize, and the vitamin E microcapsule is prepared by microcapsule embedding technology and added, so that the vitamin E microcapsule is more stable in a system, the bioactivity utilization rate of the vitamin E is obviously improved, and the skin state is improved. Meanwhile, the vitamin E can continuously act on the lip skin due to the slow release effect of the microcapsule. The grape seed oil helps to absorb vitamin E, and can prolong and enhance antioxidant effect. Chitosan acts on thallus cells from the outside, and positively charged amino exists in the molecular structure, so that the chitosan is easy to adsorb with negatively charged thallus and can also enter the thallus, and the chitosan is combined with components such as protein and the like necessary for the survival of bacteria to destroy the metabolic balance of the bacteria, thereby generating the bacteriostatic effect.
(2) The polishing agent and the fruit acid are used together, so that the skin can be deeply cleaned, aged cutin can be effectively removed, lips can be protected, and the skin of the lips is smooth and tender.
Specifically, the frosting agent adopts natural frosted particles, such as walnut powder, oat powder, olive kernel powder, apricot kernel powder, cherry kernel powder and the like, a micron pulverizer is used for pulverizing the frosted particles into uniform particles of 150-350 microns, and the particles are pulverized and classified simultaneously through mechanical pulverization and airflow screening, so that the uniform and proper particle size of the frosted particles is ensured, pain is caused by excessive friction of the particles, and the over-small cutin removal effect of the particles is not obviously improved. The abrasive removes cutin by physical action, acts on the outermost layer of skin, and the abrasive particles continuously rub with lips to cut off the connection between the tilted skin and the cutin, thereby achieving the purpose of removing cutin. When getting rid of the cutin, dull polish particle is constantly slided at the lip, increases the friction comfort, promotes lip blood circulation, is favorable to the metabolism.
The natural active ingredients such as fruit acid are added, the fruit acid removes cutin through chemical action, the fruit acid can destroy the connection between cuticle cells, the adhesion between cornelian cells is weakened through the interference of iron atoms on the surface of the cells, the adhesion of cuticle is weakened, and dead skin accumulated on the skin is removed. The high-concentration tartaric acid has quite strong permeability and can peel off aged cutin at one time, but lip skin is tender, and the high-concentration tartaric acid causes strong irritation to the skin and possibly damages to the skin. In order to solve the problem, the low-concentration glycolic acid is matched with the abrasive agent for use, no stimulation is caused to the skin, and the glycolic acid has the smallest chemical structure in the fruit acid and only has two carbon atoms; the lowest molecular weight is only 76.05, so the surface layer of the skin is easy to permeate, the absorption effect is most obvious, the low-concentration glycolic acid can reduce the coagulation force among epidermal corneocytes, soften old and waste corneas of the skin, destroy the connection among the corneocytes, generate easy-to-fall corneous crumbs, and the exfoliative crusts can be effectively removed by slight friction of the abrasive. Meanwhile, the lip polishing liquid avoids the damage of a single polishing agent to the lips, protects the two lips and enables the skin of the lips to be smooth and tender.
