本发明涉及生物消毒以及消毒剂技术领域,具体涉及一种广谱且含植物提取成分的消毒剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
消毒剂用于杀灭传播媒介上病原微生物,使其达到无害化要求,将病原微生物消灭于人体之外,切断传染病的传播途径,达到控制传染病的目的。消毒剂按照其作用的水平可分为灭菌剂、高效消毒剂、中效消毒剂、低效消毒剂。消毒剂一般分为无机类和有机类两大类,前者以银、锌、铜等为主原料,耐高温性能好。后者以酯类、醇类、酚类为主要原料,耐高温性较低。另外还有酰基苯胺类、咪唑类、噻唑类、异噻唑酮衍生物、季铵盐类、双呱类、酚类等。
一般来说不同的消毒剂有不同的作用对象,消毒剂之间存在广谱和窄谱的区别,同时,消毒剂的种类多采用单纯有机物或单纯无机物的组成形式,对于加入天然活性物质的成分的消毒剂研究较少,为增加消毒剂的抗菌广谱性,探索天然活性物质的抗菌活性非常必要。
基于以上论述,在生物消毒以及消毒剂技术领域中急需一种广谱且含植物提取成分的消毒剂及其制备方法。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:提出一种成本低、应用范围广以及杀菌效果好的广谱且含植物提取成分的消毒剂及其制备方法。
本发明为解决上述技术问题提出的技术方案(一)是:一种广谱且含植物提取成分的消毒剂,所述消毒剂是由二癸基二甲基氯化铵、苯扎溴铵、甘氨酸、苯氧乙醇、洋葱提取稀释液和蒸馏水组成。

本发明为解决上述技术问题提出的技术方案(二)是:一种广谱且含植物提取成分消毒剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)洋葱提取稀释液的制备:
i、将洋葱剥去外皮并清洗干净,用粉碎机研磨或破碎至泥浆状;
ii、将获得的上述泥浆状物质用60~160目滤布进行过滤,获得粗提取液;
iii、将获得的粗提取液加磷酸缓冲溶液稀释4~5倍,然后以1000mg/L的标准向该稀释溶液中添加壳聚糖的固体粉末进行絮凝;
iv、将絮凝后的液体进行过滤分离,获得透明液体即为洋葱提取液;
v、将洋葱提取液加磷酸缓冲溶液稀释5倍即得到洋葱提取稀释液。
2)按质量份数计先加入洋葱提取稀释液14~15份。
3)按质量份数计,按比例加入再依次加入6~7份二癸基二甲基氯化铵、5~6份苯扎溴铵、4~5份甘氨酸和4~5份苯氧乙醇。
4)按质量份数计,最后加入62~67份蒸馏水即得到所述广谱且含植物提取成分消毒剂成品。
进一步的,所述壳聚糖的平均分子量为5×105Da,脱乙酰度85%;
所述磷酸缓冲液PH范围为5.7~8.0。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明直接公开的以及通过本发明中方法制得的广谱且含植物提取成分的消毒剂对各种微生物均具有良好的杀灭效果,且杀灭效果优于各独立组分。可广泛应用于抗菌、防霉、消毒等诸多领域,是妇科洗液、湿巾、卫生巾、口腔用品、洗手液、瓜果保鲜与消毒、环境消毒等理想的消毒剂,含植物提取成分、成本低、应用范围广、杀菌效果好。
其消毒剂作用对象的微生物是指一般细菌、丝状菌、病毒、霉菌孢子和细菌芽孢等,消毒剂杀菌范围广泛,不仅对细菌(霉菌)而且对病毒和孢子都有较好的效果,因此它可用于广阔领域的消毒和灭菌。具备广谱高效抗菌消毒活性、绿色环保、安全、有效期长、不引起病毒变异等优点。
本发明中的广谱且含植物提取成分的消毒剂可填充在玻璃、金属、塑料、纸等材料的包装容器中,可以直接使用,也可在稀释后使用。
具体实施方式
实施例1
本实施例涉及一种广谱且含植物提取成分消毒剂的制备方法以及通过该方法制得的消毒剂。
其中,制备方法具体的包括以下步骤:
1)洋葱提取稀释液的制备:
i、将洋葱剥去外皮并清洗干净,用粉碎机研磨或破碎至泥浆状;
ii、将获得的上述泥浆状物质用60目滤布进行过滤,获得粗提取液;
iii、将获得的粗提取液加磷酸缓冲溶液稀释4倍,然后以1000mg/L的标准向该稀释溶液中添加壳聚糖的固体粉末进行絮凝;
iv、将絮凝后的液体进行过滤分离,获得透明液体即为洋葱提取液;
v、将洋葱提取液加磷酸缓冲溶液稀释5倍即得到洋葱提取稀释液。
2)按质量份数计先加入洋葱提取稀释液14份。
3)按质量份数计,按比例加入再依次加入6份二癸基二甲基氯化铵、5份苯扎溴铵、4份甘氨酸和4份苯氧乙醇。
4)按质量份数计,最后加入62份蒸馏水即得到所述广谱且含植物提取成分消毒剂成品。
可以作为优选的是:所述壳聚糖的平均分子量为5×105Da,脱乙酰度85%;所述磷酸缓冲液PH范围为5.7。
根据上述方法制得的广谱且含植物提取成分的消毒剂是由以下质量份的物质组成:
实施例2
本实施例涉及一种广谱且含植物提取成分消毒剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)洋葱提取稀释液的制备:
i、将洋葱剥去外皮并清洗干净,用粉碎机研磨或破碎至泥浆状;
ii、将获得的上述泥浆状物质用160目滤布进行过滤,获得粗提取液;
iii、将获得的粗提取液加磷酸缓冲溶液稀释5倍,然后以1000mg/L的标准向该稀释溶液中添加壳聚糖的固体粉末进行絮凝;
iv、将絮凝后的液体进行过滤分离,获得透明液体即为洋葱提取液;
v、将洋葱提取液加磷酸缓冲溶液稀释5倍即得到洋葱提取稀释液。
2)按质量份数计先加入洋葱提取稀释液15份。
3)按质量份数计,按比例加入再依次加入7份二癸基二甲基氯化铵、6份苯扎溴铵、5份甘氨酸和5份苯氧乙醇。
4)按质量份数计,最后加入62~67份蒸馏水即得到所述广谱且含植物提取成分消毒剂成品。
可以作为优选的是:所述壳聚糖的平均分子量为5×105Da,脱乙酰度85%;所述磷酸缓冲液PH范围为8.0。
根据上述方法制得的广谱且含植物提取成分的消毒剂是由以下质量份的物质组成:
实验例1:动物安全性实验。
选择家兔对本发明的一种广谱且含植物提取成分的消毒剂进行皮肤刺激试验,试验结果为阴性。
选择小鼠对本发明的一种广谱且含植物提取成分的消毒剂进行变异原性试验,试验结果为阴性。
选择豚鼠对本发明的一种广谱且含植物提取成分的消毒剂进行皮肤过敏反应性试验,试验结果显示本发明的一种广谱且含植物提取成分的消毒剂对皮肤没有过敏性反应。
以上试验证明,本发明的一种广谱且含植物提取成分的消毒剂具有高度安全性。
实验例2:杀菌实验
选用实验菌株为金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌。结果如下表所示。
实验结果表明,本发明的一种广谱且含植物提取成分的消毒剂对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠均具有明显的杀菌作用。
实验例3:最小抑(杀)菌浓度实验
选用实验菌株为金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌。结果如下表所示。
实验结果表明,本发明的一种广谱且含植物提取成分的消毒剂对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠抑菌和杀菌效果明显。
实验例3:灭菌后残留实验
选用本发明的一种广谱且含植物提取成分的消毒剂和普通清洁剂对厕所清洗后的抹布进行微生物残留实验,结果如下表所示。
实验结果表明,本发明的一种广谱且含植物提取成分的消毒剂对厕所清洗后的抹布中微生物的杀灭效果非常明显。
本发明的不局限于上述实施例,本发明的上述各个实施例的技术方案彼此可以交叉组合形成新的技术方案,另外凡采用等同替换形成的技术方案,均落在本发明要求的保护范围内。
Claims (6)
1.一种广谱且含植物提取成分的消毒剂,其特征在于:所述消毒剂是由二癸基二甲基氯化铵、苯扎溴铵、甘氨酸、苯氧乙醇、洋葱提取稀释液和蒸馏水组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述广谱且含植物提取成分的消毒剂,其特征在于:所述二癸基二甲基氯化铵、苯扎溴铵、甘氨酸、苯氧乙醇、洋葱提取稀释液和蒸馏水按质量份数计分别为
蒸馏水 62~67份
二癸基二甲基氯化铵 6~7份
苯扎溴铵 5~6份
甘氨酸 4~5份
苯氧乙醇 4~5份
洋葱提取稀释液 14~15份。
3.根据权利要求2所述广谱且含植物提取成分的消毒剂,其特征在于:所述洋葱提取稀释液是经由以下步骤制得:
i、将洋葱剥去外皮并清洗干净,用粉碎机研磨或破碎至泥浆状;
ii、将获得的上述泥浆状物质用60~160目滤布进行过滤,获得粗提取液;
iii、将获得的粗提取液加磷酸缓冲溶液稀释4~5倍,然后以1000mg/L的标准向该稀释溶液中添加壳聚糖的固体粉末进行絮凝;
iv、将絮凝后的液体进行过滤分离,获得透明液体即为洋葱提取液;
v、将洋葱提取液加磷酸缓冲溶液稀释5倍即得到洋葱提取稀释液。
4.根据权利要求3所述广谱且含植物提取成分的消毒剂,其特征在于:所述壳聚糖的平均分子量为5×105Da,脱乙酰度85%;
所述磷酸缓冲液PH范围为5.7~8.0。
5.一种广谱且含植物提取成分消毒剂的制备方法,包括以下特征步骤:
1)洋葱提取稀释液的制备:
i、将洋葱剥去外皮并清洗干净,用粉碎机研磨或破碎至泥浆状;
ii、将获得的上述泥浆状物质用60~160目滤布进行过滤,获得粗提取液;
iii、将获得的粗提取液加磷酸缓冲溶液稀释4~5倍,然后以1000mg/L的标准向该稀释溶液中添加壳聚糖的固体粉末进行絮凝;
iv、将絮凝后的液体进行过滤分离,获得透明液体即为洋葱提取液;
