The present invention provides an automatic rotating fan device for bathroom by improvement, as shown in the figure, it can be implemented as follows; the automatic rotating fan device for the bathroom comprises a fixed base 1, a connecting seat 2, a fixed frame 3, a rotating fan 4, a control box 5, a rotating motor 6, a large rotating wheel 7, a small rotating wheel 8 and a rotating rod 9.
The fixed base 1, the connecting seat 2 and the fixed frame 3 are mutually fixed to form a main body frame of the automatic rotating fan device of the bathroom, the rotating fan 4 is movably arranged inside the fixed frame 3, the upper end of the rotating fan 4 extends out of the fixed frame 3 and then is provided with a bevel gear A10, the large rotating wheel 7 is arranged on the connecting seat 2, and the rotating rod 9 is arranged at the top of the fixed frame 3 through two bearing seats 11; one end of the rotating rod 9 is provided with a bevel gear B12, the other end of the rotating rod is connected with a small rotating wheel 8, a large rotating wheel 7 is connected with the small rotating wheel 8 through a chain, the rotating motor 6 is fixed on the outer side of the fixed frame 3, the rotating motor 6 is connected with the large rotating wheel 7 through a group of bevel gears and drives the large rotating wheel 7 to rotate, and the control box 5 is electrically connected with the rotating motor 6 and controls the rotation of the large rotating wheel.
The invention provides an automatic rotating fan device for a bathroom through improvement, which comprises a fixed base 1, a connecting seat 2, a fixed frame 3, a rotating fan 4, a control box 5, a rotating motor 6, a large rotating wheel 7, a small rotating wheel 8 and a rotating rod 9 after improvement. As can be seen from FIGS. 1-2, the automatic rotating fan device for bathroom has fewer integral components and simpler structure; the control box 5 is electrically connected with the rotating motor 6 and controls the rotation of the rotating motor, so that the rotating fan 4 is driven to rotate in the fixed frame 3; different from the prior bathroom window, the invention can realize that the rotating fan 4 rotates slowly on the fixed frame 3; rotate fan 4 and can be glass fan or screen window, through rotating the slow rotation of fan 4 on fixed frame 3 during the shower, can alleviate the air current degree in the bathroom, prevent that the shower personnel from appearing phenomena such as dizziness because of airtight.
According to the automatic rotating fan device for the bathroom, the electromagnet assembly 13 is arranged on the inner side surface of the fixed frame 3, and the iron bar corresponding to the electromagnet assembly 13 is embedded in the outer side surface of the rotating fan 4;
the control box 5 comprises a display screen 23, a controller 24, a data storage unit 25, an output control unit 26, a power supply control module 27 and an input keyboard 28; wherein, the display screen 23 is connected with the controller 24, and the output end of the controller 24 is connected with the data storage unit 25 and the output control unit 26; the controller 23 controls the rotation motor 6 and the electromagnet assembly 13 through the output control unit 26.
The iron bars corresponding to the electromagnet assemblies 13 are arranged, so that when the rotating motor 6 is controlled to stop, the controller 23 controls the electromagnet assemblies 13 to work, magnetic force is generated on the iron bars embedded in the outer side surface of the rotating fan 4, and the rotating fan 4 is prevented from swinging randomly through the magnetic force; when the rotating motor 6 is started again, the controller 23 firstly controls the electromagnet assembly 13 to stop working.
The automatic rotating fan device of the bathroom provided by the invention operates as follows: when a person enters the bathroom, a power switch of the control box 5 is manually turned on, and the power control module 27 supplies power to the control box 5; in the bathing process, a starting instruction of the rotating motor 6 is input to the controller 24 through the input keyboard 28, and the controller 23 controls the rotating motor 6 to operate through the output control unit 26 so as to drive the rotating fan 4 to slowly rotate on the fixed frame 3; meanwhile, a stop instruction (for example, during bathing) for the rotating motor 6 is input to the controller 24 through the input keyboard 28, the controller 23 stops controlling the rotating motor 6 through the output control unit 26, at this time, the controller 23 controls the electromagnet assembly 13 to work, magnetic force is generated on the iron bars embedded in the outer side surface of the rotating fan 4, and the rotating fan 4 is prevented from swinging randomly through the magnetic force; when the rotating motor 6 is started again, the controller 23 firstly controls the electromagnet assembly 13 to stop working; when bathing is finished, the power switch of the control box 5 is manually turned off.
When the mode is adopted for operation, the advantages are that (1) different requirements can be met by manually controlling the working state of the rotating motor 6; moreover, the control box structure with simple structure and lower cost is adopted, so that the equipment maintenance cost is not increased; (2) the working state of the electromagnet assembly 13 can be controlled in the running process; when the rotating motor 6 does not work, the electromagnet assembly 13 generates magnetic force, and the rotating fan 4 is prevented from swinging randomly through the magnetic force.
The invention provides an automatic rotating fan system for a bathroom, which comprises a main automatic rotating fan device for the bathroom and a slave automatic rotating fan device for the bathroom.
Fig. 5 shows an embodiment 1 of the automatic rotating fan system for bathroom: in the embodiment, the bathroom main automatic rotating fan device provides power to drive the bathroom auxiliary automatic rotating fan device to rotate;
the bathroom main automatic rotating fan device comprises a fixed base 1, a connecting seat 2, a fixed frame 3, a rotating fan 4, a control box 5, a rotating motor 6, a large rotating wheel 7, a small rotating wheel 8 and a rotating rod 9;
the fixed base 1, the connecting seat 2 and the fixed frame 3 are mutually fixed to form a main body frame of the main automatic rotating fan device of the bathroom, the rotating fan 4 is movably arranged inside the fixed frame 3, the upper end of the rotating fan 4 extends out of the fixed frame 3 and is provided with a bevel gear A10, the large rotating wheel 7 is arranged on the connecting seat 2,
the rotating rod 9 is arranged at the top of the fixed frame 3 through two bearing seats 11; the two ends of the rotating rod 9 are provided with bevel gears B12, the small rotating wheel 8 is fixed on the rotating rod 9, the large rotating wheel 7 is connected with the small rotating wheel 8 through a chain, the rotating motor 6 is fixed on the outer side of the fixed frame 3, the rotating motor 6 is connected through a group of bevel gears and drives the large rotating wheel 7 to rotate, and the control box 5 is electrically connected with the rotating motor 6 and controls the rotation of the rotating motor 6;
the automatic rotating fan device of the bathroom comprises an automatic rotating fan fixing base 15, an automatic rotating fan connecting seat 16, an automatic rotating fan fixing frame 17, an automatic rotating fan 18 and an automatic rotating fan rotating rod 19;
the automatic rotating fan fixing base 15, the automatic rotating fan connecting base 16 and the automatic rotating fan fixing frame 17 are mutually fixed to form a main body frame of the automatic rotating fan device of the bathroom, the automatic rotating fan 18 is movably arranged in the automatic rotating fan fixing frame 17, a bevel gear C20 is arranged after the upper end of the automatic rotating fan 18 extends out of the automatic rotating fan fixing frame 17,
wherein, the automatic rotating fan rotating rod 19 is arranged on the top of the automatic rotating fan fixing frame 17 through two bearing seats; both ends of the slave automatic rotating fan rotating rod 19 are provided with a bevel gear D21, one end of the slave automatic rotating fan rotating rod 19 is meshed with a bevel gear C20 at the upper end of the slave automatic rotating fan 18, and the other end is meshed with a bevel gear a10 or a bevel gear B12 in the bathroom master automatic rotating fan device.
For the automatic rotating fan system in the bathroom of fig. 5, the automatic rotating fans can be arranged in a plurality of bathrooms; namely suitable for a row of bathrooms (or turning angles);
according to the automatic rotating fan system for the bathroom, the electromagnet assemblies 13 are arranged on the inner side surfaces of the fixed frame 3 and the automatic rotating fan fixed frame 17, and the iron strips corresponding to the electromagnet assemblies 13 are embedded in the outer side surfaces of the rotating fan 4 and the automatic rotating fan 18.
In implementation, when a person is ready to enter the bathroom (before bathing), the power switch of the control box 5 is manually turned on, and the power control module 27 supplies power to the control box 5; meanwhile, a starting instruction of the rotating motor 6 is input to the controller 24 through the input keyboard 28, and the controller 23 controls the rotating motor 6 to operate through the output control unit 26 to drive the rotating fan 4 to slowly rotate on the fixed frame 3; then the bath room is entered for bathing;
when bathing is finished, the user walks out of the bathroom, a stop instruction of the rotating motor 6 is manually input to the controller 24 through the input keyboard 28, the controller 23 stops controlling the rotating motor 6 through the output control unit 26, at the moment, the controller 23 controls the fixed frame 3 and the electromagnet assembly 13 on the inner side face of the automatic rotating fan fixed frame 17 to work, magnetic force is generated on the rotating fan 4 and the iron strips embedded from the outer side face of the automatic rotating fan 18, and the rotating fan 4 and the automatic rotating fan 18 are prevented from swinging freely through the magnetic force; after bathing is finished, the power supply is turned off, and the rotating fan 4 and the slave automatic rotating fan 18 are locked.
Fig. 7 shows embodiment 2 of the automatic rotating fan system for a bathroom;
the automatic rotating fan system for the bathroom comprises a slave automatic rotating fan rotating motor 22, a slave automatic rotating fan large rotating wheel and a slave automatic rotating fan small rotating wheel, wherein the slave automatic rotating fan rotating device is arranged on the bathroom; the small rotating wheel of the slave automatic rotating fan is fixed on the rotating rod 19 of the slave automatic rotating fan, the rotating motor 22 of the slave automatic rotating fan is connected through a group of conical gears and drives the large rotating wheel of the slave automatic rotating fan to rotate, and the large rotating wheel of the slave automatic rotating fan is connected with the small rotating wheel of the slave automatic rotating fan through a chain; so that the automatic rotating fan device also has rotating power.
The difference from the embodiment 1 is that the bathroom master automatic rotating fan apparatus and the bathroom slave automatic rotating fan apparatus are respectively provided with a rotating motor, that is, each part can provide power, further ensuring the effective rotation of the rotating fan 4 and the slave automatic rotating fan 18.

A working method of an automatic rotating fan device of a bathroom is characterized in that: the automatic rotating fan device for the bathroom comprises a fixed base (1), a connecting seat (2), a fixed frame (3), a rotating fan (4), a control box (5), a rotating motor (6), a large rotating wheel (7), a small rotating wheel (8) and a rotating rod (9); the bathroom automatic rotating fan device is characterized in that the fixed base (1), the connecting seat (2) and the fixed frame (3) are mutually fixed to form a main body frame of the bathroom automatic rotating fan device, the rotating fan (4) is movably arranged inside the fixed frame (3), the upper end of the rotating fan (4) extends out of the fixed frame (3) and then is provided with a bevel gear A (10), the large rotating wheel (7) is arranged on the connecting seat (2), and the rotating rod (9) is arranged at the top of the fixed frame (3) through two bearing seats (11); one end of the rotating rod (9) is provided with a conical gear B (12), the other end of the rotating rod is connected with the small rotating wheel (8), the large rotating wheel (7) is connected with the small rotating wheel (8) through a chain, the rotating motor (6) is fixed on the outer side of the fixed frame (3), the rotating motor (6) is connected with the large rotating wheel (7) through a group of conical gears and drives the large rotating wheel (7) to rotate, and the control box (5) is electrically connected with the rotating motor (6) and controls the rotation of the large rotating wheel;
the automatic driven rotating fan device of the bathroom comprises an automatic driven rotating fan fixing base (15), an automatic driven rotating fan connecting seat (16), an automatic driven rotating fan fixing frame (17), an automatic driven rotating fan (18) and an automatic driven rotating fan rotating rod (19); the automatic rotating fan fixing base (15), the automatic rotating fan connecting seat (16) and the automatic rotating fan fixing frame (17) are mutually fixed to form a main body frame of the automatic rotating fan device of the bathroom, the automatic rotating fan (18) is movably arranged inside the automatic rotating fan fixing frame (17), a bevel gear C (20) is arranged after the automatic rotating fan fixing frame (17) extends out of the upper end of the automatic rotating fan (18), and a automatic rotating fan rotating rod (19) is arranged at the top of the automatic rotating fan fixing frame (17) through two bearing seats; two ends of the slave automatic rotating fan rotating rod (19) are respectively provided with a bevel gear D (21), one end of the slave automatic rotating fan rotating rod (19) is meshed with a bevel gear C (20) at the upper end of the slave automatic rotating fan (18), and the other end of the slave automatic rotating fan rotating rod is meshed with a bevel gear A (10) or a bevel gear B (12) in the bathroom master automatic rotating fan device; the automatic rotating fan device also comprises a slave automatic rotating fan rotating motor (22), a slave automatic rotating fan large rotating wheel and a slave automatic rotating fan small rotating wheel; the small rotating wheel of the slave automatic rotating fan is fixed on the rotating rod (19) of the slave automatic rotating fan, the rotating motor (22) of the slave automatic rotating fan is connected through a group of conical gears and drives the large rotating wheel of the slave automatic rotating fan to rotate, and the large rotating wheel of the slave automatic rotating fan is connected with the small rotating wheel of the slave automatic rotating fan through a chain; so that the automatic rotating fan device also has rotating power;
