The comparative example provides a mirror silver ink, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 7.5 parts of non-floating aluminum paste, 798612 parts of Baxinton BI, 757.5 parts of crosslinking chemistry Banco51, 80 parts of waterborne acrylic modified polyester resin, 0.3 part of waterborne silicone defoamer, 29261.5 parts of Yingchuang, 84210.8 parts of BYK AQUATIX, 3 parts of phthalocyanine blue color paste and 8 parts of water.
65911 parts of cyanide were absent compared to example 7.
Comparative example 4
The comparative example provides a mirror silver ink, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 7.5 parts of non-floating aluminum paste, 798612 parts of Baxinton BI, 65911 parts of cyanite, 80 parts of waterborne acrylic modified polyester resin, 84210.8 parts of BYK AQUATIX, 3 parts of phthalocyanine blue color paste and 8 parts of water.
Compared with example 7, 29261.5 parts of winning power, 0.3 part of water-based silicone defoamer and 0.5 part of cross-curing chemical Banco 51757.5 part are lacked.
Test examples
The mirror silver inks of examples 1 to 7 and comparative examples 1 to 6 were screen-printed on a glass substrate with 350 mesh screen, baked at 150 ℃ for 30min, cooled and then directly immersed in a 4% NaOH aqueous solution at 70 ℃ for 15min to test the performance. The results are shown in the following table:

Claims (12)

1. The mirror silver ink is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5-10 parts of water-based mirror silver paste, 8-15 parts of water-based closed isocyanate curing agent, 8-15 parts of water-based phenylated amino resin, 5-10 parts of water-based baking varnish epoxy resin, 70-90 parts of water-based acrylic modified polyester resin, 0.1-0.5 part of defoaming agent, 1-2 parts of modified silane coupling agent, 0.5-1 part of polyamide wax silver discharging agent, 0-5 parts of pigment and 5-10 parts of water.
2. The mirror silver ink according to claim 1, comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 6-9 parts of water-based mirror silver paste, 9-14 parts of water-based closed isocyanate curing agent, 9-14 parts of water-based phenylated amino resin, 6-9 parts of water-based baking varnish epoxy resin, 75-85 parts of water-based acrylic modified polyester resin, 0.2-0.5 part of defoaming agent, 1.1-1.9 parts of modified silane coupling agent, 0.5-0.9 part of polyamide wax silver discharging agent, 1-5 parts of pigment and 5-9 parts of water.

The mirror silver ink according to claim 2, comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 7-8 parts of water-based mirror silver paste, 10-13 parts of water-based closed isocyanate curing agent, 10-13 parts of water-based phenylated amino resin, 7-8 parts of water-based baking varnish epoxy resin, 77-83 parts of water-based acrylic modified polyester resin, 0.2-0.4 part of defoaming agent, 1.2-1.8 parts of modified silane coupling agent, 0.6-0.9 part of polyamide wax silver discharging agent, 2-4 parts of pigment and 6-9 parts of water.
4. The specular silver ink of any of claims 1 to 3 wherein the pigment comprises a phthalocyanine blue paste.
5. The specular silver ink of claim 1 wherein the water is deionized water.
6. The specular silver ink of any of claims 1 to 3 wherein the defoamer is a silicone defoamer.
7. The specular silver ink of claim 6 wherein the silicone defoamer is a water-based silicone defoamer.
8. The method for producing the mirror silver ink according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized by comprising the steps of: and uniformly mixing the raw materials to obtain the mirror-like silver ink.
9. The preparation method as claimed in claim 8, wherein the modified silane coupling agent and the aqueous mirror silver paste are added into the first solution containing the aqueous blocked isocyanate curing agent, the aqueous phenylamine resin, the aqueous baking varnish epoxy resin, the aqueous acrylic modified polyester resin, the defoaming agent, the polyamide wax silver discharging agent, the pigment and the solvent, and the mixture is mixed at 500-700r/min for 10-20min to obtain the mirror silver ink.
10. The method as claimed in claim 9, wherein the first solution is obtained by adding the aqueous blocked isocyanate curing agent and the aqueous phenylamino resin to the second solution containing the aqueous baking varnish epoxy resin, the aqueous acrylic modified polyester resin, the defoaming agent, the polyamide wax silver remover, the pigment and the solvent and mixing at 500-700r/min for 10-20 min.
11. The method as claimed in claim 10, wherein the second solution is obtained by adding the antifoaming agent, the polyamide wax silver remover and the pigment to the third solution comprising the aqueous baking varnish epoxy resin, the aqueous acrylic acid modified polyester resin and the solvent and mixing at 900-.
12. A product comprising the specular silver ink of any of claims 1 to 7, prepared by printing a single coating of the specular silver ink on the surface of a substrate of the product.
