本发明公开了一种水性油墨树脂,包括各组分按质量份计,包括丙烯酸甲酯25~45份、丙烯酸丁酯25~35份、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯10~12份、1,9‑壬二醇二(甲基)丙烯酸酯17~20质量份、N‑甲氧基甲基(甲基)丙烯酰胺15~25质量份、二苯基‑2,4,6‑三甲基苯甲酰7~11质量份、己二酸二酰肼2~3质量份、甲基丙烯酸丁酯5~7质量份、异丁基乙烯醚7~8质量份、谷氨酸二乙酸四钠1~3质量份、水100~120质量份。本发明一种水性油墨树脂有良好成膜性和流动性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种水性油墨树脂。
背景技术
现有的水性油墨树脂存在着流动性和成膜性不能同时达到良好的问题,当流动性提高后会影响成膜性,故此,本申请为在流动性和成膜性之间找到平衡点,研发出一种兼具良好流动性和成膜性的水性油墨树脂。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于一种水性油墨树脂,旨在解决上述问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种水性油墨树脂,各组分按质量份计,包括丙烯酸甲酯25~45份、丙烯酸丁酯25~35份、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯10~12份、1,9-壬二醇二(甲基)丙烯酸酯17~20质量份、N-甲氧基甲基(甲基)丙烯酰胺15~25质量份、二苯基-2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰7~11质量份、己二酸二酰肼2~3质量份、甲基丙烯酸丁酯5~7质量份、异丁基乙烯醚7~8质量份、谷氨酸二乙酸四钠1~3质量份、水100~120质量份。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:本发明一种水性油墨树脂有良好成膜性和流动性。
