Abstract

本发明公开了一种多层防火内饰板,包括:基板层和装饰层,所述装饰层设置在基板层的下方进行覆盖,所述基板层为化学纤维和玻璃纤维混纺热压板材,所述基板层和装饰层之间设置有密布的阻燃颗粒,所述阻燃颗粒为球形塑胶结构,所述阻燃颗粒的芯部设置有密闭空腔或者阻燃颗粒表面内凹设置有储料孔,所述密闭空腔内设置有气体阻燃剂、固体阻燃剂、液体阻燃剂或者粉状阻燃剂,所述储料孔内设置有固体阻燃剂。通过上述方式,本发明所述的多层防火内饰板,阻燃颗粒不会影响基板层的成型,基板层的热压结构稳定性高,遇到明火时,球形塑胶结构的阻燃颗粒会热熔而使得阻燃剂爆出而灭火,阻燃效果好。

一种多层防火内饰板
技术领域
本发明涉及板材技术领域,特别是涉及一种多层防火内饰板。
背景技术
内饰板材料种类比较多,其中多以玻璃纤维进行加强,结构牢固,而且稳定性好,不容易塌陷。
内饰板中的玻璃纤维和其他材料复合后,虽然可以增加板材的结构稳定性,但是对阻燃效果的提升并不明显,而且还会影响阻燃剂的添加,阻燃剂和玻璃纤维难以共同与部分塑胶纤维混合,得到的板材结构稳定性差,降低板材的成品率和耐用性。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种多层防火内饰板,确保板材的结构稳定性和耐用性,提升阻燃效果。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种多层防火内饰板,包括:基板层和装饰层,所述装饰层设置在基板层的下方进行覆盖,所述基板层为化学纤维和玻璃纤维混纺热压板材,所述基板层和装饰层之间设置有密布的阻燃颗粒,所述阻燃颗粒为球形塑胶结构,所述阻燃颗粒的芯部设置有密闭空腔或者阻燃颗粒表面内凹设置有储料孔,所述密闭空腔内设置有气体阻燃剂、固体阻燃剂、液体阻燃剂或者粉状阻燃剂,所述储料孔内设置有固体阻燃剂。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述基板层的厚度为1~10mm,所述阻燃颗粒外径为0.2~0.5mm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述化学纤维为维纶纤维。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述基板层和装饰层之间设置有粘结剂,所述阻燃颗粒固定在粘结剂中。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述装饰层热压固定在基板层的下方。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述球形塑胶结构的熔点不小于化学纤维的熔点。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述装饰层为装饰面料或者翻毛皮。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述基板层上方设置有防水膜,所述防水膜与基板层之间也设置有阻燃颗粒。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明指出的一种多层防火内饰板,采用了多层复合结构,特别在基板层和装饰层之间添加了阻燃颗粒,生产便利,而且阻燃颗粒不会影响基板层的成型,基板层的热压结构稳定性高,遇到明火时,球形塑胶结构的阻燃颗粒会热熔而使得阻燃剂爆出而灭火,阻燃效果好。

请参阅图1,本发明实施例包括:
一种多层防火内饰板,包括:基板层3和装饰层2,所述装饰层2设置在基板层3的下方进行覆盖,所述基板层3为化学纤维和玻璃纤维混纺热压板材,所述化学纤维为维纶纤维,维纶纤维与玻璃纤维混合、开松后平铺再热压,维纶纤维热熔而对玻璃纤维进行固定,得到的板材结构稳定,制成汽车内饰的顶棚而不容易塌陷。
所述基板层3和装饰层2之间设置有密布的阻燃颗粒4,所述阻燃颗粒4为球形塑胶结构,阻燃颗粒4采用两种具体结构:
第一, 所述阻燃颗粒4的芯部设置有密闭空腔,所述密闭空腔内设置有气体阻燃剂、固体阻燃剂、液体阻燃剂或者粉状阻燃剂,不容易泄漏;
第二,或者阻燃颗粒表面内凹设置有储料孔,所述储料孔内设置有固体阻燃剂,开放式结构,固体阻燃剂填充在储料孔内的结构比较稳定。
所述基板层3的厚度为1~10mm,所述阻燃颗粒4外径为0.2~0.5mm,均匀分布的阻燃颗粒4不会影响装饰层2的平整性。
基板层3和装饰层2的固定方式有两种:
第一,所述基板层3和装饰层2之间设置有粘结剂,所述阻燃颗粒固定在粘结剂中,粘结剂干固后阻燃颗粒的位置比较稳定;
第二,所述装饰层2热压固定在基板层3的下方,施工便利,结构稳定。
所述球形塑胶结构的熔点不小于化学纤维的熔点,球形塑胶结构采用与维纶纤维相同的材料塑胶时,球形塑胶结构的熔点与化学纤维的熔点相同,热压时进行热熔,此时宜采用带有密闭空腔的阻燃颗粒4,阻燃剂包裹在热熔的维纶材料中并位于基板层3的底面,避免了与玻璃纤维的接触,确保结构稳定性。
球形塑胶结构的熔点大于化学纤维的熔点时,球形塑胶结构在维纶纤维热固时并不热熔,而是固定在基板层3和装饰层2之间。
所述装饰层2为装饰面料或者翻毛皮,提升装饰效果,所述基板层3上方设置有防水膜1,提升防水效果,所述防水膜1与基板层3之间也设置有阻燃颗粒4,加强阻燃性能。
综上所述,本发明指出的一种多层防火内饰板,可以应用在汽车顶棚内饰或者室内装修领域,结构稳定,阻燃效果好,使用更加安全。

1.一种多层防火内饰板,其特征在于,包括:基板层和装饰层,所述装饰层设置在基板层的下方进行覆盖,所述基板层为化学纤维和玻璃纤维混纺热压板材,所述基板层和装饰层之间设置有密布的阻燃颗粒,所述阻燃颗粒为球形塑胶结构,所述阻燃颗粒的芯部设置有密闭空腔,所述密闭空腔内设置有气体阻燃剂、固体阻燃剂、液体阻燃剂,所述化学纤维为维纶纤维,所述装饰层热压固定在基板层的下方,所述球形塑胶结构和化学纤维材料相同,所述装饰层热压固定在基板层的下方。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多层防火内饰板,其特征在于,所述基板层的厚度为1~10mm,所述阻燃颗粒外径为0.2~0.5mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的多层防火内饰板,其特征在于,所述装饰层为装饰面料或者翻毛皮。
4.根据权利要求1所述的多层防火内饰板,其特征在于,所述基板层上方设置有防水膜,所述防水膜与基板层之间也设置有阻燃颗粒。
