As an optional implementation manner, in the embodiment of the present invention, after the obtaining unit 301 is configured to start the pre-sleep listening mode to play the audio information for assisting sleep, a manner of obtaining the sleep parameters of the user in real time may specifically be:
the acquiring unit 301 is configured to control an infrared sensor built in the terminal device to emit infrared rays after the terminal device starts a listen-before-sleep mode to play audio information for assisting sleep, so that the infrared sensor acquires sleep parameters of a user according to a wavelength of the reflected infrared rays. Since the infrared ray is invisible, the sleep parameters acquired by the infrared sensor built in the terminal equipment cannot influence the sleep of the user.
Or, the obtaining unit 301 is configured to send, to the wearable device of the user, request information after the terminal device starts the listen-before-sleep mode to play the audio information for assisting sleep, where the request information is used to instruct the wearable device to start the sleep detection mode of the wearable device to perform real-time obtaining of the sleep parameters of the user, and receive the sleep parameters fed back by the wearable device. The acquiring unit 301 may reduce power consumption of the terminal device by acquiring the sleep parameter of the user by using the wearable device, so as to prolong the service life of the terminal device.
An identifying unit 302, configured to identify a sleep level of the user according to the sleep parameter.
As an optional implementation manner, in the embodiment of the present invention, each sleep level preset in the terminal device may represent a certain numerical range, and all values (including an upper limit and a lower limit of the numerical range) located in the certain numerical range belong to the same sleep level. The specific way for the identifying unit 302 to identify the sleep level of the user according to the obtained sleep parameter may be: the sleep parameters may include a plurality of physiological parameters, the terminal device is preset with weighting coefficients of the plurality of physiological parameters, the identifying unit 302 accumulates products of each of the plurality of physiological parameters and the weighting coefficients corresponding to the physiological parameters to obtain a certain value, and determines the sleep level of the user by analyzing a value range in which the certain value is located. In this embodiment, the identification unit 302 calculates a numerical value by using the acquired sleep parameter, and determines the sleep level of the user by analyzing a numerical range in which the numerical value is located, so as to improve the accuracy of identifying the sleep level.
An adjusting unit 303, configured to adjust an audio playing mode of the pre-sleep listening mode according to the identified sleep level.
Through implementing above-mentioned terminal equipment, can listen the audio playback mode of mode before the sleep through detecting user's sleep state, intelligent regulation terminal equipment to reach the effect of intelligent auxiliary user's sleep, can further improve user's sleep quality, also can improve the accuracy of discernment sleep degree, can also prolong terminal equipment's length of use.

A second processing sub-unit 3033, configured to determine, when the determining sub-unit 3031 determines that the sleep level corresponding to the sleep level does not belong to the first sleep level, a second sleep sub-level matched with the sleep level from a plurality of second sleep sub-levels included in the second sleep level, where the sleep level of the second sleep level is lower than the sleep level of the first sleep level; and adjusting the audio information and the audio playing volume played in the listening mode before sleep according to the second sleep sub-grade matched with the sleep degree.
As an optional implementation manner, in the embodiment of the present invention, the terminal device may further include:
a sending unit 304, configured to send a playing information obtaining request to the big data management platform before the second processing subunit 3033 adjusts the audio playing mode of the pre-sleep listening mode according to the identified sleep level, where the playing information obtaining request is used to request to obtain target playing information matched with the second sleep sub-level matched with the sleep level, so that the big data management platform searches for the target playing information matched with the second sleep sub-level matched with the sleep level; the target playing information at least comprises audio information and audio playing volume.
It should be noted that the second processing unit 3033 is further configured to send a start instruction to the sending unit 304 to start the sending unit 304 after determining a second sleep sub-level matching the above-mentioned sleep level from a plurality of second sleep sub-levels included in the second sleep level.

The second processing sub-unit 3033, configured to adjust the audio information and the audio playing volume in the pre-sleep listening mode according to the second sleep sub-level matched with the sleep level specifically may be: the second processing subunit 3033 is configured to play, in the pre-sleep listening mode, the audio information included in the target play information at the audio play volume included in the target play information.
In this alternative embodiment, the sending unit 304 may make the matching degree of the target play information and the second sleep sub level that matches the above-mentioned sleep degree higher by sending a target play information obtaining request to the big data management platform so that the receiving unit 305 obtains the target play information that the big data management platform has analyzed the big data, and the second processing sub unit 3033 plays the audio information included in the target play information at the audio playing volume included in the target play information in the listen-before-sleep mode.
As a further optional implementation manner, in this embodiment of the present invention, after the second processing sub-unit 3033 determines a second sleep sub-level matching the sleep level from among a plurality of second sleep sub-levels included in the second sleep level, it may further be configured to search, from a control instruction set preset by the terminal device for controlling brightness adjustment of the intelligent lighting device, a target control instruction matching the second sleep sub-level, and send the target control instruction to the intelligent lighting device, so that the intelligent lighting device adjusts the lighting brightness of the intelligent lighting device to meet the brightness of the second sleep sub-level; in this optional embodiment, the sending unit 304 may adjust the lighting device in the environment where the user is located according to the sleep level of the user, so as to not only avoid the influence of the lighting device on the sleep of the user, but also achieve the purpose of saving electric energy.
Further optionally, the terminal device may further include:
the determining unit 306 is configured to determine whether abnormal parameters exist in the acquired sleep parameters after the acquiring unit acquires the sleep parameters of the user in real time, where the sleep parameters at least include a heart rate of the user, a blood pressure of the user, and a body temperature of the user.
An alarm unit 307, configured to send alarm information to a user terminal connected to the terminal device when the determining unit 306 determines that there is an abnormal parameter in the sleep parameters.
As an optional implementation manner, in the embodiment of the present invention, when the determination result of the determining unit 306 is negative, the sending unit 304 may be further configured to send the sleep parameter to the user terminal, so as to implement real-time monitoring of the heart rate of the user, the blood pressure of the user, and the body temperature of the user through the user terminal.
For an example of the optional implementation manner, please refer to the example of step 206 to step 207 in the second embodiment, which is not described again in this embodiment of the present invention.

The embodiment of the invention discloses a computer program product, which enables a computer to execute any one of the sleep-assisting playing control methods shown in figures 1-2 when the computer program product runs on the computer.
The embodiment of the invention discloses an application publishing platform, which is used for publishing a computer program product, wherein when the computer program product runs on a computer, the computer is enabled to execute any one of the sleep-assisted play control methods shown in the figures 1-2.

Claims (10)
1. A play control method for assisting sleep, the method comprising:
after the terminal equipment starts a listening before sleep mode to play audio information for assisting sleep, acquiring sleep parameters of a user in real time;
identifying the sleeping degree of the user according to the sleeping parameters;
and adjusting an audio playing mode of the pre-sleep listening mode according to the identified sleep degree.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein said adjusting the audio playback mode of the pre-sleep listening mode according to the identified level of sleep comprises:
judging whether the sleep grade corresponding to the identified sleep degree belongs to a first sleep grade or not;
when the sleep level corresponding to the sleep degree belongs to the first sleep level, stopping playing of the current audio information in the pre-sleep listening mode;
when the sleep level corresponding to the sleep level does not belong to the first sleep level, determining a second sleep sub-level matched with the sleep level from a plurality of second sleep sub-levels contained in the second sleep level, wherein the sleep level of the second sleep level is lower than the sleep level of the first sleep level; and adjusting the audio information and audio playing volume played in the pre-sleep listening mode according to the second sleep sub-level matched with the sleep degree.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the acquiring the sleep parameters of the user in real time after the terminal device starts the pre-sleep listening mode to play the audio information for assisting sleep comprises:
after the terminal equipment starts a listening before sleep mode to play audio information for assisting sleep, controlling an infrared sensor built in the terminal equipment to emit infrared rays so that the infrared sensor acquires sleep parameters of a user according to the wavelength of the reflected infrared rays; or,
after a terminal device starts a listen-before-sleep mode to play audio information for assisting sleep, request information is sent to a wearable device of a user, and the request information is used for indicating the wearable device to start a sleep detection mode of the wearable device to acquire sleep parameters of the user in real time and receiving the sleep parameters fed back by the wearable device.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein before adjusting the audio information and audio playback volume played back in the pre-sleep listening mode according to the second sleep sub-level matching the sleep level, the method further comprises:
sending a playing information acquisition request to a big data management platform, wherein the playing information acquisition request is used for requesting to acquire target playing information matched with the second sleep sub-level matched with the sleep degree, so that the big data management platform searches the target playing information matched with the second sleep sub-level matched with the sleep degree; the target playing information at least comprises audio information and audio playing volume;
receiving the target playing information pushed by the big data management platform;
the adjusting the audio information and the audio playing volume played in the pre-sleep listening mode according to the second sleep sub-level matched with the sleep degree comprises:
and playing the audio information included in the target playing information in the audio playing volume included in the target playing information in the pre-sleep listening mode.
5. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein after the real-time acquisition of the sleep parameters of the user, the method further comprises:
and judging whether abnormal parameters exist in the sleep parameters, wherein the sleep parameters at least comprise the heart rate of a user, the blood pressure of the user and the body temperature of the user, and if so, sending alarm information to a user terminal connected with the terminal equipment.
6. A terminal device, characterized in that the terminal device comprises:
the terminal equipment is used for receiving sleep parameters of a user in real time and sending the sleep parameters to the acquisition unit;
the identification unit is used for identifying the sleep degree of the user according to the sleep parameters;
and the adjusting unit is used for adjusting the audio playing mode of the pre-sleep listening mode according to the identified sleep degree.
7. The terminal device according to claim 6, wherein the adjusting unit comprises:
the judging subunit is used for judging whether the sleep grade corresponding to the identified sleep degree belongs to a first sleep grade;
the first processing subunit is configured to stop playing of the current audio information in the pre-sleep listening mode when the determining subunit determines that the sleep level corresponding to the sleep level belongs to the first sleep level;
the second processing subunit is configured to, when the determining subunit determines that the sleep level corresponding to the sleep level does not belong to the first sleep level, determine a second sleep sub-level that matches the sleep level from a plurality of second sleep sub-levels included in a second sleep level, where a sleep level of the second sleep level is lower than a sleep level of the first sleep level; and adjusting the audio information and audio playing volume played in the pre-sleep listening mode according to the second sleep sub-level matched with the sleep degree.
8. The terminal device according to claim 6, wherein the obtaining unit is configured to obtain the sleep parameters of the user in real time after the terminal device starts the listen-before-sleep mode to play the audio information for assisting sleep, specifically:
the acquisition unit is used for controlling an infrared sensor built in the terminal equipment to emit infrared rays after the terminal equipment starts a listen-before-sleep mode to play audio information for assisting sleep so that the infrared sensor acquires sleep parameters of a user according to the wavelength of the reflected infrared rays; or,
the acquisition unit is used for sending request information to the wearable device of the user after the terminal device starts a listen-before-sleep mode to play audio information for assisting sleep, wherein the request information is used for indicating the wearable device to start a sleep detection mode of the wearable device to acquire the sleep parameters of the user in real time, and receiving the sleep parameters fed back by the wearable device.
9. The terminal device according to claim 7, wherein the terminal device further comprises:
a sending unit, configured to send a playing information obtaining request to a big data management platform before the second processing subunit adjusts an audio playing mode of the pre-sleep listening mode according to the identified sleep level, where the playing information obtaining request is used to request to obtain target playing information matched with a second sleep sub-level matched with the sleep level, so that the big data management platform searches for the target playing information matched with the second sleep sub-level matched with the sleep level; the target playing information at least comprises audio information and audio playing volume;
the receiving unit is used for receiving the target playing information pushed by the big data management platform;
the second processing subunit is configured to adjust the audio information and the audio playing volume played in the pre-sleep listening mode according to the second sleep sub-level matched with the sleep degree in a specific manner:
and the second processing subunit is configured to play, in the pre-sleep listening mode, the audio information included in the target play information at the audio play volume included in the target play information.
10. The terminal device according to any one of claims 6 to 9, wherein the terminal device further comprises:
the judging unit is used for judging whether abnormal parameters exist in the sleep parameters after the acquiring unit acquires the sleep parameters of the user in real time, wherein the sleep parameters at least comprise the heart rate of the user, the blood pressure of the user and the body temperature of the user;
and the alarm unit is used for sending alarm information to a user terminal connected with the terminal equipment when the judging unit judges that the sleep parameters have abnormal parameters.
