Alternatively, the first segment D1 and the second segment D2 may be made of conductive materials, and the third segment D3 and the fourth segment D4 may be made of insulating materials.
The insulating sheet 11 is provided between the receiver 13 and the holder main body portion 121.
Alternatively, the insulating sheet 11 may be a PET (Polyethylene terephthalate) mylar tab, a PVC (Polyvinyl chloride) mylar tab, or a PC (Polycarbonate) mylar tab.
