Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The embodiment of the invention discloses a method, a device, equipment and a storage medium for calculating peak shaving time of a nuclear power unit, which improve the statistics and calculation efficiency of peak shaving information of the nuclear power unit and save manpower and material resources.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a peak shaving time calculation method for a nuclear power generating unit, which is disclosed in the embodiment of the present invention, and includes:
s101, after receiving a starting instruction, reading each time point in a statistical period corresponding to the nuclear power unit.
Specifically, in this embodiment, a time period between the current time and the previous time of the nuclear power generating unit may be set as a statistical period, and the length of the statistical period may be determined according to the environment where the nuclear power generating unit is located and the operating state of the nuclear power generating unit, and in this embodiment of the present invention, the statistical period is preferably one month (30 days). When the statistical period is 30 days, starting from 0 point of the first day, 15 minutes are set as one time point, and so on, so that 96 time points are provided in a day, and 2880 time points are provided in 30 days. The state of the nuclear power unit corresponding to each moment point comprises a maintenance state, a normal operation state and a peak regulation state corresponding to the peak regulation depth. Therefore, it is necessary to determine a target time point (a time point at which the state of the nuclear power unit is in a normal operation state and the state of the nuclear power unit is in a peak shaving state) from a plurality of time points.
And S102, determining target time points from the time points.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the target time point is a time point corresponding to the state of the nuclear power generating unit, which is the normal operating state and the peak shaving state. Namely, the time point corresponding to the state of the nuclear power unit as a maintenance state or a shutdown state is not included. In this embodiment, considering that the probability of the nuclear power generating unit being in the shutdown state is small, as a preferred embodiment, step S102 includes:
and reading the maintenance time of the nuclear power unit in the statistical period.
And determining a time point corresponding to the overhaul time in the statistical period.
And determining time points except the time point corresponding to the maintenance time as target time points.
Specifically, in this embodiment, when the nuclear power generating unit is in the maintenance state, the nuclear power generating unit does not participate in peak shaving, and therefore, the time point at which the state of the nuclear power generating unit in the statistical period is the maintenance state can be screened out. The overhaul time in this embodiment refers to: the method comprises the following steps of starting maintenance of the nuclear power unit, finishing maintenance of the nuclear power unit, and each time point between the starting maintenance of the nuclear power unit and the finishing maintenance of the nuclear power unit. Therefore, the maintenance duration of the nuclear power unit is equally divided into a plurality of time points at equal intervals (the interval between the time point and the time point can be consistent with the interval between the time point and the time point in the statistical period). Thus, if the overhaul time is long, a plurality of time points corresponding to the overhaul time in the statistical period can be provided. For example, the overhaul time of a nuclear power unit is 1 hour, 15 minutes are taken as 1 time point in the statistical period, and the corresponding time point when overhaul starts is as follows: at the first time point of the first day in the statistical period, the corresponding time point of the overhaul end is as follows: the 4 th time point of the first day in the period is counted. The time points corresponding to the overhaul time in the statistical period are 4 time points. Therefore, time points other than the 4 time points corresponding to the inspection time are set as target time points. In addition, if the overhaul start time of the nuclear power unit or the overhaul end time of the nuclear power unit is between two time points in the statistical period, both the two time points are used as the time points corresponding to the overhaul time.
S103, judging whether the output of the nuclear power unit corresponding to the target moment point is in a pre-stored peak regulation interval, and if so, entering the step S104.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the output of the nuclear power generating unit corresponding to the target time point (the output concept can be referred to in the prior art), and for the nuclear power generating unit in the normal operation state, except for the time point corresponding to the maintenance state of the nuclear power generating unit. The nuclear power generating unit in the normal operation state corresponds to a normal operation interval, the peak regulation interval is preset and stored in the embodiment of the invention, and after the start instruction is received, the system only needs to automatically read the peak regulation interval and judge which peak regulation interval the output of the nuclear power generating unit is in, and manual participation is not needed. The peak regulation intervals can be divided according to the installed capacity, and each peak regulation interval corresponds to a peak regulation depth. And if the output of the nuclear power unit corresponding to the target moment point is in the peak shaving interval, the nuclear power unit is correspondingly in the peak shaving depth. This part will be described in detail in the following embodiments, and will not be described in detail here.
And S104, calculating the peak shaving time of the nuclear power generating unit according to the peak shaving depth and the target time point corresponding to the peak shaving interval.
Specifically, in this embodiment, after the peak shaving interval where the target time point is located is determined, the peak shaving depth corresponding to the peak shaving interval and the peak shaving state of the nuclear power generating unit at the target time point are determined. In this embodiment, a plurality of target time points are provided, after determining the peak shaver depth of the nuclear power generating unit corresponding to a certain target time point (the target time point is the first time point of the nuclear power generating unit corresponding to a certain peak shaver depth), the target time point is taken as the starting target time point, the target time point with the same peak shaver depth as the starting target time point is determined from the subsequent continuous target time points, and the target time point is determined to be terminated, wherein the peak shaver depth corresponding to the terminating target time point is the last target time point with the same peak shaver depth as the starting target time point, and the peak shaver depths of the nuclear power generating units corresponding to the target time points between the terminating target time point and the starting target time point are all the same. The duration time between the starting target time point and the ending target time point is the peak shaving time of the nuclear power unit under the peak shaving depth, so that the peak shaving time of the nuclear power unit under a certain peak shaving depth can be obtained by overlapping the peak shaving time of the nuclear power unit under the certain peak shaving depth, and the total peak shaving time of the nuclear power unit can be obtained by overlapping the peak shaving time of the nuclear power unit under each peak shaving depth.
It can be seen that the peak shaving time calculation method for a nuclear power generating unit disclosed in the embodiments of the present invention starts to read each time point in a statistical period corresponding to the nuclear power generating unit after receiving a start instruction, then determines a target time point from each time point, and then determines whether the output of the nuclear power generating unit corresponding to the target time point is in a pre-stored peak shaving interval, if so, calculates the peak shaving time of the nuclear power generating unit according to the peak shaving depth corresponding to the peak shaving interval and the target time point, compared with the prior art in which the statistics of the peak shaving depth and the calculation of the time of the peak shaving depth are manually performed, by adopting the present scheme, only the peak shaving interval is set in advance, then the relationship between the output of each target time point in the statistical period of the nuclear power generating unit and the peak shaving interval is determined, the peak shaving depth and the corresponding peak shaving time of the nuclear power generating unit at the target time point can be determined, the method does not need to manually participate in the counting and calculating process, improves the counting and calculating efficiency of the peak shaving information of the nuclear power unit, and saves manpower and material resources.
Based on the above embodiment, as a preferred embodiment, step S103 includes:
if the output of the nuclear power unit corresponding to the target moment point is between the first preset value and the second preset value, the nuclear power unit corresponding to the target moment point is in a first peak regulation interval, and the first peak regulation interval corresponds to the first peak regulation depth.
And if the output of the nuclear power unit corresponding to the target moment point is between the third preset value and the first preset value, the nuclear power unit corresponding to the target moment point is in a second peak regulation interval, and the second peak regulation interval corresponds to the second peak regulation depth.
And if the output of the nuclear power unit corresponding to the target moment point is between the fourth preset value and the third preset value, the nuclear power unit corresponding to the target moment point is in a third peak regulation interval, and the third peak regulation interval corresponds to the third peak regulation depth.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the peak shaving interval in which the nuclear power generating unit is located corresponds to the output of the nuclear power generating unit, and the peak shaving interval of the nuclear power generating unit may be set by using the installed capacity. The preset values, peak shaving intervals, and peak shaving depths in the present embodiment will be described below. For preset values: as a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the first preset value may be 60% of installed capacity, the second preset value may be 85% of installed capacity, the third preset value may be 40% of installed capacity, and the fourth preset value may be 0. Secondly, the value of the first preset value can take any value between 60% and 80% of the installed capacity, the value of the second preset value can take any value between 85% and 100% of the installed capacity, the value of the third preset value can take any value between 40% and 55% of the installed capacity, and the value of the fourth preset value can take any value between 0 and 30% of the installed capacity. In addition, the values of the first preset value, the second preset value, the third preset value and the fourth preset value in the embodiment of the present invention may also be set according to the actual operating state of the nuclear power generating unit or according to the typical value of the nuclear power peak shaving depth, which is not limited herein. The peak regulation interval in the embodiment of the invention is explained by taking the preset values as examples; the first peak shaving interval may be [ 60%. about.c. installed capacity, 85%. about.c. installed capacity ], the second peak shaving interval may be [ 40%. about.c. installed capacity, 60%. about.c. installed capacity ], and the third peak shaving interval may be [0, 40%. about.c. installed capacity ]. Of course, the peak regulation interval may be set in other setting manners according to different preset values. The following explains the depth of peak shaver: for the above-described peak shaver interval, the first peak shaver depth may be "load shedding to 80% power platform operation", the second peak shaver depth may be "load shedding to 50% power platform operation", and the third peak shaver depth may be "splitting". In addition, when the output of the nuclear power unit corresponding to the target time point is not in the pre-stored peak shaving interval, the nuclear power unit is in a normal operation state, for example, when the output of the nuclear power unit corresponding to the target time point is [ 85% installed capacity, installed capacity ], it is described that the state of the nuclear power unit corresponding to the target time point is in a normal operation state (non-peak shaving state).
Therefore, in the embodiment of the invention, the output of the nuclear power unit corresponding to the target time point is judged whether to be in the pre-stored peak regulation interval, and the peak regulation depth of the nuclear power unit is determined according to the peak regulation interval of the output of the nuclear power unit, so that the condition that the peak regulation state of the nuclear power unit is counted in an artificial mode is avoided, manpower and material resources are saved, and the efficiency of counting the peak regulation state of the nuclear power unit is improved.
Based on the above embodiment, as a preferred embodiment, step S104 includes:
and determining an initial target time point and a termination target time point where the peak shaving depth corresponding to the nuclear power unit is located, wherein the nuclear power unit corresponding to a target time point between the initial target time point and the termination target time point is located at the peak shaving depth.
And calculating the time difference between the starting target time point and the ending target time point.
And determining the time difference as the peak shaving time of the nuclear power unit.
Specifically, in this embodiment, after the peak shaving depth corresponding to the peak shaving interval is determined, the nuclear power generating unit has a plurality of target time points corresponding to the peak shaving depth of the nuclear power generating unit, and the corresponding peak shaving depth of the nuclear power generating unit is provided at each target time point, so that the duration of each peak shaving depth of the nuclear power generating unit needs to be counted, and the duration of each type of peak shaving depth corresponding to the nuclear power generating unit is determined, so that the total time for the nuclear power generating unit to perform peak shaving can be calculated.
In addition, after determining the peak shaving time of the nuclear power generating unit under different peak shaving depths, the total peak shaving time of the nuclear power generating unit may be calculated, and as a preferred embodiment, step S104 further includes:
and overlapping the peak shaving time of the nuclear power unit under each peak shaving depth to obtain the total peak shaving time of the nuclear power unit.
Specifically, in this embodiment, in a statistical period, the nuclear power unit may have multiple peak shaving depths, and therefore, the duration of the nuclear power unit at each peak shaving depth is superimposed to obtain the total peak shaving time of the nuclear power unit. Of course, in the statistical period, the nuclear power plant may have only one peak shaving depth, and therefore, the duration at the peak shaving depth may be used as the total peak shaving time of the nuclear power plant.
Therefore, in the embodiment of the invention, the peak regulation time of the nuclear power unit is calculated by determining the starting target time point and the ending target time point of the nuclear power unit under the peak regulation depth in the statistical period, so that the nuclear power unit for performing peak regulation is not required to be manually timed in real time, manpower and material resources are saved, and meanwhile, the peak regulation time calculation efficiency is also improved.
In view of the fact that the working efficiency of the nuclear power generating unit may be affected when the peak shaving time of the nuclear power generating unit is too long, based on the above embodiment, as a preferred embodiment, after the peak shaving times of the nuclear power generating unit at each peak shaving depth are superposed to obtain the total peak shaving time of the nuclear power generating unit, the method further includes:
and judging whether the total peak regulation time exceeds a pre-stored threshold value.
If yes, alarming and prompting are carried out.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the threshold is the longest time that allows the nuclear power generating unit to perform peak shaving, and the setting of the threshold may be determined according to the actual operating state and model of the gas generating unit, which is not limited herein.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of a peak shaving time calculation device of a nuclear power generating unit disclosed in an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 2, the device includes:
the reading module 201 is configured to read each time point in a statistical period corresponding to the nuclear power generating unit after receiving the start instruction;

And the calculating module 204 is configured to calculate the peak shaving time of the nuclear power generating unit according to the peak shaving depth and the target time point corresponding to the peak shaving interval.
It can be seen that, according to the peak shaving time calculating device of the nuclear power generating unit disclosed in the embodiment of the present invention, after receiving the start instruction, the device starts to read each time point in the statistical period corresponding to the nuclear power generating unit, then determines the target time point from each time point, and then determines whether the output of the nuclear power generating unit corresponding to the target time point is in the pre-stored peak shaving interval, if so, calculates the peak shaving time of the nuclear power generating unit according to the peak shaving depth corresponding to the peak shaving interval and the target time point, compared with the prior art in which the peak shaving depth statistics and the peak shaving time are manually calculated, by adopting the present scheme, only the peak shaving interval is preset, then the relationship between the output of each target time point in the statistical period of the nuclear power generating unit and the peak shaving interval is determined, the peak shaving depth and the corresponding peak shaving time of the nuclear power generating unit at the target time point can be determined, the method does not need to manually participate in the counting and calculating process, improves the counting and calculating efficiency of the peak shaving information of the nuclear power unit, and saves manpower and material resources.

a calculating unit for calculating a time difference between the start target time point and the end target time point;
and the peak shaving time determining unit is used for determining that the time difference is the peak shaving time of the nuclear power unit.
