Abstract
本发明公开了一种可调节三偏心单向阀座轨道球阀及其工作方法。它包括阀基组件、阀座组件、球体固定组件、阀杆组件。通过驱动操作支架带动阀杆移动进而带动球体转动,实现阀体的开闭。本发明结构合理实现了阀座与球体接触时的随机偏心,有效的消除了机加和或装配带来的尺寸误差积累,降低了阀门的工艺成本,极大提高了阀座密封的可靠性,同时可以实现轨道球阀的在线维护,本阀中利用十字轴结构的操作支架代替传统的销轴导向操作支架,避免了销轴与阀杆长期超负载挤压而产生的导向销和阀杆导向槽疲劳失效现象,大大延长了阀门的使用寿命,降低了阀门维护成本。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于轨道球阀领域,涉及一种可调节三偏心单向阀座轨道球阀及其工作方法。
背景技术
阀是工业及生活中常用的零部件,阀的类型多样,性能丰富,常用于流体运输轨道中的开闭,一种轨道球阀因其突出的性能特点而广泛用于工业与生活中。阀体的开闭主要由阀中的球体控制,且球体在阀中转动时可脱离与阀体的接触,减小了阀的损耗,使得阀体有较长的寿命长。目前已有的轨道球阀的阀座制造成本高且有较大的工艺误差,密封效果差,易产生液体泄漏,销轴导向操作支架会使得导向销或阀杆导向槽疲劳失效,阀体底部易产生杂质沉积,影响球体在使用使得移动与转动,同时难以实现阀的在线维护。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种可调节三偏心单向阀座轨道球阀及其工作方法。
本发明首先提供了一种可调节三偏心单向阀座轨道球阀,其包括阀基组件、阀座组件、球体固定组件和阀杆组件四个部分,其中,阀基组件包括阀体、上盖、垫片A、阀杆外套和吊环;阀座组件包括阀座、阀座压套、防尘圈;球体固定组件包括球体、球轴、下盖、调节垫圈、垫片B和防尘填料;阀杆组件包括阀杆、销轴Ⅰ、销轴Ⅱ、轴套、填料、填料隔环、填料压盖和操作支架;
各部分的连接关系如下:阀体与上盖之间夹有垫片A并通过螺栓连接,吊环安装在上盖上侧,阀杆外套与上盖通过螺栓连接;阀座安装在阀体内,阀座压套固定在阀体与阀座之间,防尘圈固定在阀座上的凹槽内;球体安装在阀体中间,球体下方的圆孔与球轴配合,球轴安装在阀体底部的中心孔内,下盖安装在阀体底部,通过螺钉固定,防尘填料安装在球轴与阀体之间,调节垫圈安装在球轴与下盖之间,下盖与阀体之间安装有垫片B;轴套固定在上盖下方,填料压盖安装在上盖上方,阀杆穿过填料压盖、上盖、轴套,且上端与操作支架连接,销轴Ⅰ安装在球体上,销轴Ⅱ固定在阀杆上,填料压盖与上盖之间阀杆外周装有填料与填料隔环。
优选的,所述的阀座包括圆弧面。圆弧面与平面连接可实现阀座与球体接触时的随机偏心。
优选的,所述的球体包括导轨槽和底部的圆柱孔。球轴与球体的连接方式使得球体可在介质流向上实现左右偏心。
优选的,所述的球轴包括圆弧面Ⅰ和圆弧面Ⅱ。球轴与下盖分离安装,减小了下阀杆的偏心误差,且实现下球体垂直流向上的可调节。
本发明还提供了一种所述的可调节三偏心单向阀座轨道球阀的工作法,包括以下步骤:
1)驱动操作支架,带动阀杆上移;
2)阀杆上移在阀杆斜面和销轴Ⅰ作用下,球体沿底部偏转,脱开阀座;
3)销轴Ⅱ沿球体上导轨槽移动,带动球体转动,阀门打开;
4)反向驱动操作支架,阀杆下移,带动球体转动,封住阀座通孔,然后球体沿其底部偏移,紧贴阀座固定。
本发明的可调节三偏心单向阀座轨道球阀的阀座组件由阀座、防尘圈、阀座压套组成,且阀座与阀体密封为球面密封这种组合设计结构可实现阀座与球体接触时的随机偏心,有效地消除了机加和或装配带来的尺寸误差积累,降低了阀门的工艺成本,极大地提高了阀座密封的可靠性。在解决阀座可偏心的同时,增加了防尘圈以防止固相介质沉积在阀座压套孔内而引起地阀座偏心失效。该阀的球体固定组件由球轴、防尘填料、可调节垫片、下盖和密封垫片等组成。这种结构不但容易地实现了球阀在介质流向方向上的左右偏心,而且实现了球体在垂直于介质流向方向上的可调节,极大地降低了阀门制造的工艺成本,同时让轨道球阀在线维护成为可能。在球轴处增加防尘填料以防止固相介质沉积在球轴孔内导致球轴维护更换困难。采用分体上装式球轴不但降低了球体加工工艺成本,而且有效防止了固相介质下沉积累到球头槽内而引起地球体偏心失效。同时采用十字轴结构的操作支架代替传统的销轴导向操作支架,避免了销轴与阀杆长期超负载挤压而产生的导向销和阀杆导向槽疲劳失效的现象,大大延长了阀门的使用寿命,降低了阀门的维护成本。上阀杆与上盖接触面间填有填料和填料隔环,可以保证阀体在高温与低温情况下均可工作且具有较高的防火性能。

具体实施方式
如图1所示可调节三偏心单向阀座轨道球阀包括阀基组件1、阀座组件2、球体固定组件3、阀杆组件4。
如图2所示,所述的阀基组件1包括阀体11、上盖12、垫片13、阀杆外套14,吊环15。
如图3所示,阀座组件2包括阀座21、阀座压套22、防尘圈23。
如图4所示,球体固定组件3包括球体31、球轴32、下盖33、调节垫圈34、垫片35、防尘填料36。
如图5所示,阀杆组件4包括阀杆41、销轴Ⅰ42、销轴Ⅱ43、轴套44、填料45、填料隔环46、填料压盖47、操作支架48。
如图1-5所示,阀体11与上盖12之间夹有垫片13并通过螺栓连接,吊环15安装在上盖12上侧,阀杆外套14与上盖12通过螺栓连接,阀座21安装在阀体11内,阀座压套22固定在阀体11与阀座21之间,防尘圈23固定在阀座21上的凹槽内,球体31安装在阀体11中间,球体31下方的圆孔与球轴32配合,球轴32安装在阀体11底部的中心孔内,下盖33安装在阀体11底部,通过螺钉固定,防尘填料36安装在球轴32与阀体11之间,调节垫片34安装在球轴32与下盖33之间,下盖33与阀体11之间安装有垫片35,轴套44固定在上盖12下方,填料压盖47安装在上盖12上方,阀杆(41)穿过填料压盖47、上盖12、轴套44,与操作支架48连接,销轴Ⅰ42安装在球体31上,销轴Ⅱ43固定在阀杆41上,填料压盖47与上盖12之间阀杆41外周装有填料45与填料隔环46。

如图6所示阀座21包括圆弧面211,圆弧面与平面连接可实现阀座与球体接触时的随机偏心。
如图7所示球体31包括导轨槽311和底部的圆柱孔312,球轴与球体的连接方式使得球体可在介质流向上实现左右偏心。
如图8所示球轴32包括圆弧面Ⅰ321和圆弧面Ⅱ322,球轴与下盖分离安装,减小了下阀杆的偏心误差,且实现下球体垂直流向上的可调节。
本发明可调节三偏心单向阀座轨道球阀的工作方法包括以下步骤:
1)驱动操作支架48,带动阀杆41上移;
2)阀杆41上移在阀杆41斜面和销轴Ⅰ42作用下,球体31沿底部偏转,脱开阀座21;
3)销轴Ⅱ43沿球体31上导轨槽311移动,带动球体31转动,阀门打开;
4)反向驱动操作支架48,阀杆41下移,带动球体31转动,封住阀座21通孔,然后球体31沿其底部偏移,紧贴阀座21固定。

阀基组件(1)包括阀体(11)、上盖(12)、垫片A(13)、阀杆外套(14)和吊环(15),
阀座组件(2)包括阀座(21)、阀座压套(22)、防尘圈(23),球体固定组件(3)包括球体(31)、球轴(32)、下盖(33)、调节垫圈(34)、垫片B(35)和防尘填料(36),
阀杆组件(4)包括阀杆(41)、销轴Ⅰ(42)、销轴Ⅱ(43)、轴套(44)、填料(45)、填料隔环(46)、填料压盖(47)和操作支架(48);
阀体(11)与上盖(12)之间夹有垫片A(13)并通过螺栓连接,吊环(15)安装在上盖(12)上侧,阀杆外套(14)与上盖(12)通过螺栓连接;阀座(21)安装在阀体(11)内,阀座压套(22)固定在阀体(11)与阀座(21)之间,防尘圈(23)固定在阀座(21)上的凹槽内;球体(31)安装在阀体(11)中间,球体(31)下方的圆孔与球轴(32)配合,球轴(32)安装在阀体(11)底部的中心孔内,下盖(33)安装在阀体(11)底部,通过螺钉固定,防尘填料(36)安装在球轴(32)与阀体(11)之间,调节垫圈(34)安装在球轴(32)与下盖(33)之间,下盖(33)与阀体(11)之间安装有垫片B(35);轴套(44)固定在上盖(12)下方,填料压盖(47)安装在上盖(12)上方,阀杆(41)穿过填料压盖(47)、上盖(12)、轴套(44),且上端与操作支架(48)连接,销轴Ⅰ(42)安装在球体(31)上,销轴Ⅱ(43)固定在阀杆(41)上,填料压盖(47)与上盖(12)之间阀杆(41)外周装有填料(45)与填料隔环(46)。

1)驱动操作支架(48),带动阀杆(41)上移;
2)阀杆(41)上移在阀杆(41)斜面和销轴Ⅰ(42)作用下,球体(31)沿底部偏转,脱开阀座(21);
3)销轴Ⅱ(43)沿球体(31)上导轨槽(311)移动,带动球体(31)转动,阀门打开;
