the brush also comprises a slide rail (29), a slide block (30), a telescopic rod (31) and a second brush plate (32); the sliding rail (29) is fixedly connected to the middle part in the garbage recycling bin (6) and is positioned between the second rotating shaft (16) and the cover plate (15); the bottom end of the telescopic rod (31) is connected with the sliding rail (29) in a sliding way through a sliding block (30), and the second brush plate (32) is fixedly connected with the bottom end of the telescopic rod (31);
