书面纸制备工艺不同很难达到书面纸的要求,此外现有的书面纸阻燃效果不好,中国专利文献(公开号:CN106283837B)公开了一种书画纸,按重量份数计,包括以下组分:竹浆:10-30份;龙须草浆:50-80份;木浆:5-20份;水溶性聚乙烯醇纤维:5-15份;蚕丝:5-20份;淀粉粘合剂:0.01-1份;防水剂:0.001-0.5份;所述的淀粉粘合剂包括淀粉、脲基树脂、溴化钠、氯化铵和水,该文献制备的书面纸阻燃性能不是最佳,仍可进一步改善。
中国专利文献(公开号:CN107287983A)公开了一种蜂窝瓦楞纸防火阻燃剂,由以下份数的原料组分组成:玉米淀粉25~35份、滑石粉4-5份、高光蜡乳液11-12.5份、阿拉伯胶6-10份、硫酸钠10~20份、全氟丁基磺酰氟10~15份、石油磺酸钠5~15份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚2~4份、对硝基苯甲酸2~4份、四硼酸钠1~2份、二甲基马来酸酐2~3份、改性氧化剂10~15份、去离子水若干,该文献的阻燃剂采用不同原料进行配比,而原料、配比不同,阻燃性能也不同。

与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下的有益效果:
(1)本发明在原有基础浆料中添加纳米纤维素,纳米纤维素易于其他原子结合,可促进基础浆料中原料进行混配,同时可形成双疏性界面材料,既可以防水、又可防油、防污,提高书面纸的防水、防油等性能,添加的阻燃增强剂提高书面纸的阻燃性能,继而书面纸防水、阻燃性能得到很大的改善,添加的乳化石蜡可与其他原料形成复配效果,增加书面纸的防水、阻燃性能,同时可使书面纸手感柔软。
(2)改性黏土矿物粉为坡缕石、绢云母混合改性,坡缕石质轻,性脆,作为书面纸的材料,可提高纸舒适度,绢云母为高纵横比的二维片状构造,起到补强作用,二者可起到协同作用,提高书面纸的防水、阻燃性能。
(3)本发明的阻燃增强剂为有机阻燃剂、无机阻燃,再辅以微晶粉、超细粉煤灰作为填料,超细粉煤灰活性很好,可促进有机阻燃剂、无机阻燃剂复合,同时有机阻燃剂、无机阻燃可起到补强作用,继而提高阻燃效果。
(4)从实施例3及对比例1-5得出,本发明未添加乳化石蜡书面纸柔滑度下降,从对比例1-4得出,本发明的乳化石蜡、三聚氰胺、改性黏土矿物粉、阻燃增强剂对书面纸的阻燃性有一定影响,实施例3相对于对比例5损毁程度降低了6mm,降低率达到26%,由此阻燃效果具有显著变化。

步骤二,将浆液B、改性黏土矿物粉、阻燃增强剂、防水助剂、去离子水加入高速混合机中,充分搅拌以使所有材料混合均匀,搅拌速度1200r/min,搅拌时间1.5小时,随后进行上网抄造及压榨,再干燥即得本发明的书面纸。
本实施例的步骤二中浆液B浓度为3.2%。

与实施例3的材料及制备工艺基本相同,唯有不同的是采用中国专利文献(公开号:CN106283837B)公开了一种书画纸中实施例2的原料及方法。

从实施例3及对比例1-5得出,本发明未添加乳化石蜡书面纸柔滑度下降,从对比例1-4得出,本发明的乳化石蜡、三聚氰胺、改性黏土矿物粉、阻燃增强剂对书面纸的阻燃性有一定影响,实施例3相对于对比例5损毁程度降低了6mm,降低率达到26%,由此阻燃效果具有显著变化。
对于本领域技术人员而言,显然本发明不限于上述示范性实施例的细节,而且在不背离本发明的精神或基本特征的情况下,能够以其他的具体形式实现本发明。因此,无论从哪一点来看,均应将实施例看作是示范性的,而且是非限制性的,本发明的范围由所附权利要求而不是上述说明限定,因此旨在将落在权利要求的等同要件的含义和范围内的所有变化囊括在本发明内。

Claims (10)

1.一种具有防火阻燃功能的书面纸,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:
混合浆34-36份、聚乙烯醇纤维18-22份、海岛纤维13-17份、乳化石蜡6-10份、三聚氰胺1-3份、改性黏土矿物粉8-12份、阻燃增强剂6-10份、防水助剂3-5份、去离子水12-18份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有防火阻燃功能的书面纸,其特征在于,所述具有防火阻燃功能的书面纸包括以下重量份的原料:
混合浆35份、聚乙烯醇纤维20份、海岛纤维15份、乳化石蜡8份、三聚氰胺2份、改性黏土矿物粉10份、阻燃增强剂8份、防水助剂4份、去离子水15份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有防火阻燃功能的书面纸,其特征在于,所述混合浆为竹浆、龙须草浆、木浆、纳米纤维素按照重量比2:5:2:1组成的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有防火阻燃功能的书面纸,其特征在于,所述改性黏土矿物粉为坡缕石、绢云母混合加入到去离子水中,进行超声分散,分散15-25min,随后抽滤、干燥、研磨,即得改性黏土矿物粉。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种具有防火阻燃功能的书面纸,其特征在于,所述坡缕石、绢云母物质的质量比为1:3。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种具有防火阻燃功能的书面纸,其特征在于,所述改性黏土矿物粉粒径为20目。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有防火阻燃功能的书面纸,其特征在于,所述阻燃增强剂包括以下重量份原料:
过氧化特戊酸特丁酯BPP4-8份、9,10-二氢-9-氧杂-10-磷杂菲-10氧化物3-5份、聚磷
酸铵2-4份、硬脂酸钙3-5份、微晶粉1-3份、超细粉煤灰1-3份。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有防火阻燃功能的书面纸,其特征在于,所述防水助剂为甲基硅酸钠。
9.一种制备如权利要求1或2所述具有防火阻燃功能的书面纸的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一,按要求称量各组分原料;
步骤二,将混合浆用次氯酸钙在漂白池中漂至白度为60%,随后进行洗涤,得到浆液A,将聚乙烯醇纤维、海岛纤维混合制备成熟色丝,随后与乳化石蜡、三聚氰胺、浆液A进行超声分散,超声6-12min,得到浆液B;
步骤二,将浆液B、改性黏土矿物粉、阻燃增强剂、防水助剂、去离子水加入高速混合机中,充分搅拌以使所有材料混合均匀,搅拌速度1150-1250r/min,搅拌时间1-2小时,随后进行上网抄造及压榨,再干燥即得本发明的书面纸。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种具有防火阻燃功能的书面纸的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤二中浆液B浓度为3.2%。
