Abstract
本发明公开了一种高强度钻头用胎体配方,所述胎体配方的成分各组分的质量百分数为:碳化二钨粉的质量分数40‑60%;碳化钨粉的质量分数30‑40%;镍粉的质量分数8‑15%;铜粉的质量分数10‑18%;含有钴粉、锌粉、锰粉、硅粉组成的混合粉末的质量分数为12‑15%。本发明的优点在于:由于采用了上述技术方案,与现有技术相比较,本发明比例和不同强度配比组合,即可制出高强度胎体配方,提高了钻头的抗弯,抗冲击韧性及硬度性能,大大降低钻头在使用中掉块和断刀翼的情况,提高了生产率。

技术领域
本发明涉及属于石油天然气的煤层气钻井领域,特别涉及一种高强度钻头用胎体配方。
背景技术
早期复合式钻头为平底型,浅水槽,有的甚至没有水槽,使用中钻头损伤小,但使用效果差,而新型复合片钻头,设计为刀翼式的形状。这种钻头水槽深,刀翼长,钻头使用时效率高,寿命长。但是,由于水槽深,刀翼长,使用中常出现钻头胎体掉块,断刀翼的情况,给钻井工作带来了很多麻烦,并增加了许多钻井费用成本。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种能够提高性能且生产率的高强度钻头用胎体配方。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:一种高强度钻头用胎体配方,其创新点在于:所述胎体配方的成分各组分的质量百分数为:碳化二钨粉的质量分数40-60%;碳化钨粉的质量分数30-40%;镍粉的质量分数8-15%;铜粉的质量分数10-18%;含有钴粉、锌粉、锰粉、硅粉组成的混合粉末的质量分数为12-15%。
进一步的,碳化二钨粉的质量分数40-60%;碳化钨粉的质量分数35%;镍粉的质量分数10%;铜粉的质量分数14%;含有钴粉、锌粉、锰粉、硅粉组成的混合粉末的质量分数为13%。
本发明的优点在于:由于采用了上述技术方案,与现有技术相比较,本发明比例和不同强度配比组合,即可制出高强度胎体配方,提高了钻头的抗弯,抗冲击韧性及硬度性能,大大降低钻头在使用中掉块和断刀翼的情况,提高了生产率。

一种高强度钻头用胎体配方,所述胎体配方的成分各组分的质量百分数为:碳化二钨粉的质量分数60%;碳化钨粉的质量分数40%;镍粉的质量分数15%;铜粉的质量分数18%;含有钴粉、锌粉、锰粉、硅粉组成的混合粉末的质量分数为15%。
