一种水基切削液,其特征是所述切削液由油酰三乙醇胺、丙二醇无规聚醚、支链化10碳格尔伯特醇聚氧乙烯醚、三乙醇胺硼酸酯、羟乙基十二烷基咪唑啉、聚丙二醇及余量的水组成;所述油酰三乙醇胺、丙二醇无规聚醚、支链化10碳格尔伯特醇聚氧乙烯醚、三乙醇胺硼酸酯、羟乙基十二烷基咪唑啉、聚丙二醇的重量比为1:7~13:1.5~2.5:3~5:1.5~2.5:5~8。

一种水基切削液
技术领域
本发明涉及切削液。
背景技术
金属材料按切削、磨削加工时,为了减轻刀具与工件之间的磨擦,增加润滑性和带走因磨擦而产生的热量,提高生产率,需要在工具与被切削、磨削的金属材料之间注入润滑冷却液,简称切削液。切削液的性能指标主要要从冷却、润滑、清洗、防锈等四个方面进行评价。现有的金属切削液按介质状况分为油基型(Straight oil)和水基型(Water fluid)。其中油基切削液虽然出现较早,但由报废的切削液污染问题严重,其使用已经逐渐受到限制。水基切削液由于具有优良的冷却作用,逐渐成为切削液开发的重点。理想水基切削液应具备:(1)优良的冷却、润滑、防锈和清洗功能;(2)无毒、不伤害操作者;(3)对环境无污染(或低污染);(4)性质稳定、使用寿命长;(5)溶液透明(或半透明),便于观察加工状态;(6)废液易于处理。如何改进现有的配方得到一种理性的水基切削液成为现有技术中亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
中国专利CN2017109392878公开了一种水基链条润滑剂,在复配的丙二醇聚醚与油酰三乙醇胺基础上增加了少量的支链化13碳格尔伯特醇聚氧乙烯醚、羟丙基甲基纤维素及柠檬酸三乙酯,并指出该润滑剂可以在高度稀释的条件下,保持较好的润滑性能,可以用于食品加工生产线的润滑。然而由于应用场合不同,该水基链条润滑剂用于切削液时,极压性能、防锈清洗性能均不能满足切削液的工作要求。基于现有技术中的上述缺陷,本发明提供了一种水基切削液,其特征是所述切削液由油酰三乙醇胺、丙二醇无规聚醚、支链化10碳格尔伯特醇聚氧乙烯醚、三乙醇胺硼酸酯、羟乙基十二烷基咪唑啉、聚丙二醇及余量的水组成;所述油酰三乙醇胺、丙二醇无规聚醚、支链化10碳格尔伯特醇聚氧乙烯醚、三乙醇胺硼酸酯、羟乙基十二烷基咪唑啉、聚丙二醇的重量比为1:7~13:1.5~2.5:3~5:1.5~2.5:5~8。
所述的一种水基切削液,其特征是所述水基切削液的含水量为20%~99%(wt)。优选为95%~99%
所述的一种水基切削液,其特征是所述油酰三乙醇胺、丙二醇无规聚醚、支链化10碳格尔伯特醇聚氧乙烯醚、三乙醇胺硼酸酯、羟乙基十二烷基咪唑啉、聚丙二醇的重量比为1:9~11:1.8~2.2:3.5~4.5:1.8~2.2:6~7;优选为1:10:2:4:2:6~7。
所述的一种水基切削液,其特征是,所述丙二醇无规聚醚规格为PPE-1500;所述聚丙二醇为聚丙二醇600、聚丙二醇1000、聚丙二醇1500或聚丙二醇2000,优选聚丙二醇1000;所述支链化10碳格尔伯特醇聚氧乙烯醚为巴斯夫LutensolXL70、巴斯夫LutensolXL80、巴斯夫LutensolXL90、巴斯夫LutensolXL100的一种或几种,优选为巴斯夫LutensolXL80。
本发明提供的一种水基切削液,在现有的的丙二醇聚醚与油酰三乙醇胺复配水基基础上,意外的发现增加少量的支链化10碳格尔伯特醇聚氧乙烯醚、三乙醇胺硼酸酯、羟乙基十二烷基咪唑啉、聚丙二醇并优选了不同组分的配比后,可以显著提高切削液的性能。得到的切削液不但能够在常规的稀释浓度(含水量95%)时能够保持较高的润滑性能和极压性能,在高度稀释(含水量99%)同样能够保持较好的极压性能,使切削液在低浓度使用时也可以保持较好的极压性能,从而可以在一般使用场合中采用高度稀释的方式,减少切削液原液的使用,降低使用成本。此外锈蚀实验表明本发明提供的切削液具有良好的防锈性能,切削液原液(含水量20%)具有良好的存储稳定性,稀释后的切削液(含水量90%~99%)能够保持较高的澄明度。在实验中我们发现,只有加入本发明处方量范围内的各组分实现上述效果,而优选比例的组方得到的切削液的各项性能显著提高。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的说明,但本发明的保护范围并不限于此。
本发明实施例中提供的水基切削液采用以下方式配制
1)将处方量的聚丙二醇(PPG)、三乙醇胺硼酸酯(BN)、羟乙基十二烷基咪唑啉(DC)溶于处方量水得到溶液(1)
2)将处方量油酰三乙醇胺(TO)、丙二醇无规聚醚(PPE)和支链化10碳格尔伯特醇聚氧乙烯醚混合
3)将溶液(1)在搅拌状态下加入步骤2)的混合液中,持续搅拌成为均一透明液体。
水为去离子水,去离子水与其他所有组分之和的重量比统一为4:1。
所述PPE规格为PPE-1500。
支链化10碳格尔伯特醇聚氧乙烯醚为巴斯夫LutensolXL70、LutensolXL80、LutensolXL100中的一种或几种。
所述羟乙基十二烷基咪唑啉(CAS:16058-17-6),即4,5-二氢-2-十二烷基-1H-咪唑-1-乙醇。
聚丙二醇选自聚丙二醇600(PPG600)、聚丙二醇1000(PPG1000)、聚丙二醇1500(PPG1500)或聚丙二醇2000(PPG2000)
实施例配方见下表(单位:重量份)
将实施例及对比例得到的切削液各自以去离子水稀释至含水量99%、95%(wt)后备用。
检测实施例1.润滑性测试
在四球极压试验机上进行模拟润滑性的测定。测量球的磨痕直径,磨痕直径越小表明润滑性能越好。
方法:将钢球分别固定在四球机的上球座和油盒内。将实施例与对比例得到的切削液按一定体积倍数进行稀释后倒入油盒中,让其盖过钢球而到达压环与螺帽的接合处。把装好试样和球的油盒正中地安放在四球极压试验机的上球座下面,在油杯和导向柱中间放上圆盘架,放出加载杠杆并把规定的负荷加到球上。持续30min,试验温度为25℃±5℃。每次试验后,测量盒内任何一个钢球的纵横两个方向的磨痕直径,取平均值。其中试验所用钢球为II级精度的GCr15钢球,直径12.7mm,HRC(洛氏硬度)为64-66,由上海钢球厂生产提供。
按照GBT6144-2010中的要求,采用GBT3142中的方法(转速1440r/min)检测最大无卡咬负荷PB
不同实验条件下的磨痕直径结果如下表(单位:mm)
上述实验结果表明,采用本发明实施例提供的润滑剂,在进行润滑性测试时均表现出较好的性能,并且在将润滑剂稀释至含水量99%时,其润滑性能依旧良好,且从上述数据中可以看出,采用优选的配方的实施例3~5的润滑性能明显高于其他实施例。对比例1的润滑性能和极压性能明显低于各实施例,说明实施例通过优选配方,使得到的切削液在稀释后的润滑性能和极压性能得到了明显提高。对比例2~5的配方在实施例5的基础上对处方中的组分进行了删减,但从实验数据表明,本发明技术方案中各组分综合后能够对整个切削液的性能产生了明显的影响,尤其影响高倍稀释和高载荷时的润滑及极压性能。
检测实施例2透明度、消泡性、腐蚀试验、防锈性试验
按照GBT6144-2010中规定的方法及标准(L-MAH),对各实施例及对比例得到的切削液(稀释至含水量95%)进行透明度、pH值、消泡性、腐蚀试验、防锈性试验,结果如下。
实验结果表明,实施例得到的切削液在各项测试中均能够合格,对比例中,各对比例在消泡性测试中均不合格,对比例3/4/5在腐蚀试验和防锈性试验中均未能全部通过,说明在处方中加入特定比例的PPG、BN和DC对提高稀释后切削液的缓蚀效果产生了协同作用。

Claims (7)

1.一种水基切削液,其特征是所述切削液由油酰三乙醇胺、丙二醇无规聚醚、支链化10碳格尔伯特醇聚氧乙烯醚、三乙醇胺硼酸酯、羟乙基十二烷基咪唑啉、聚丙二醇及余量的水组成;所述油酰三乙醇胺、丙二醇无规聚醚、支链化10碳格尔伯特醇聚氧乙烯醚、三乙醇胺硼酸酯、羟乙基十二烷基咪唑啉、聚丙二醇的重量比为1:7~13:1.5~2.5:3~5:1.5~2.5:5~8。
2.如权利要求1任一所述的一种水基切削液,其特征是所述油酰三乙醇胺、丙二醇无规聚醚、支链化10碳格尔伯特醇聚氧乙烯醚、三乙醇胺硼酸酯、羟乙基十二烷基咪唑啉、聚丙二醇的重量比为1:9~11:1.8~2.2:3.5~4.5:1.8~2.2:6~7。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种水基切削液,其特征是所述油酰三乙醇胺、丙二醇无规聚醚、支链化10碳格尔伯特醇聚氧乙烯醚、三乙醇胺硼酸酯、羟乙基十二烷基咪唑啉、聚丙二醇的重量比优选为1:10:2:4:2:6~7。
4.如权利要求1~3任一所述的一种水基切削液,其特征是所述丙二醇无规聚醚规格为PPE-1500;所述聚丙二醇为聚丙二醇600、聚丙二醇1000、聚丙二醇1500或聚丙二醇2000,优选聚丙二醇1000;所述支链化10碳格尔伯特醇聚氧乙烯醚为巴斯夫LutensolXL70、巴斯夫LutensolXL80、巴斯夫LutensolXL90、巴斯夫LutensolXL100的一种或几种。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种水基切削液,其特征是所述聚丙二醇优选聚丙二醇1000,所述支链化10碳格尔伯特醇聚氧乙烯醚优选为巴斯夫LutensolXL80。
6.如权利要求1~5任一所述的一种水基切削液,其特征是所述水基切削液的含水量为20%~99%(wt)。
7.如权利要求6所述的一种水基切削液,其特征是所述水基切削液的含水量优选为95%~99%。
